I had a great stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and cozy beds. The Wi-Fi was decent and worked fine for general browsing. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and straightforward. Prices at the hotel (and nearby restaurants) weren’t exactly cheap, but also not unreasonable for the area. Still, the overall experience was very positive and I’d be happy to return — especially thanks to the excellent service by the staff.

The only minor downside was the sea in the bay area — it wasn’t very clear, a bit murky, and had quite a bit of seaweed, which made swimming less appealing.

We booked two rooms—one for my parents and one for my family, which included our 10-year-old daughter. Both rooms were fantastic! The Lux room was beautifully designed, spacious, and had such a great vibe. The beds were super comfy, and the showers were huge. The housekeeping team was amazing! We asked for extra bottles of water and towels and they delivered them promptly every time. They kept everything spotless, even cleaning the mugs we brought from home, which was such a nice touch. Dimitra at reception deserves a special shout-out! She was so helpful, always ready to answer our questions. Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on and really made our dining experiences memorable. The hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options available throughout the day. Lara during the day and Almiro at night took care of us like we are the most important guests at the restaurant. The atmosphere around the pool bar was vibrant, making it a perfect spot to meet other guests. Every day from 4 to 7 PM, they hosted lively pool parties which makes a difference from all ather hotels and resorts. You will never understand it if you do not experience it. This vacation makes you feel the same vibe as if you are out for a bar with friends. The rooftop area provided stunning sunset views each evening, with great cocktails. The spa also has great service and towels for the beach is just as easy as asking someone to bring you as much as you need. Overall, Nikki Beach Porto Heli gave us a wonderful blend of relaxation and excitement, creating unforgettable family memories.

I think the music could be improved by considering the nationalities of the guests. This way, all guests would feel more recognized and appreciated during their time at the hotel.

Music can be improved by incorporating additional alternatives in various languages, tailored to the nationalities of hotel guests.

The location is fantastic not too far from the marina but far enough to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. They have a fabulous view on Porto Heli Marina, probably one of the best views we’ve had whether from the restaurant or from our room. The view on the marina is really a masterpiece. The food was good even if we had the feel that the staff was overwhelmed during peak hours…the room was very spacious with a large bathroom and more than enough space for 2 adults + 1 kid. It was the biggest room we’ve stayed in Greece beyond 50sqm which is generous. The pool was also quite nice with a view on the beach even if it can be crowded in the summer but acceptable.

The beach was not appropriate for swimming at all. There was plenty of seaweed, I even found a dead crab on the beach. Definitely not meant for swimming, since it is too close from the marina. Of course not too many things to do at the hotel since there are so many things to do outside particularly yachting or exploring beaches in the surroundings.

We expected amazing accommodation and high quality services as we are a fan of Nikki Beach, but it exceeded our expectations. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Christophe, George and the rest of the management team for their kind assistance all the time. The beach club is both nice for music party and leisure. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer an amazing atmosphere for dinner. The spa and massage were really relaxing. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes. And our kids really enjoyed the private pool of our Ultra suite and our happy family time together. We definitely recommend this resort either for family leisure or for friends group hang out together.

Location is amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was vast, very comfortable and had large private pool, which was perfect on the intensely hot days.

There are some minor, basic maintenance issues, like bathroom sink stoppers not operating correctly without extra work and peeling paint on the outside areas. While delightful, the private pool and patio are fully exposed to the sun and the umbrella isn’t enough to provide shade all day. Some type of food & beverage service to the rooms with private pools would be wonderful, and likely easy to do with existing pool staff.

Amazing hotel, my second time visiting. Excellent service, great pool, lovely private beach, excellent music by the pool, excellent breakfast, charming and spacious rooms, super comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a suite with a rooftop jacuzzi. In short, a truly high-level experience.

In the past, there used to be a wonderful restaurant on the rooftop. Now they have good cocktails, but the only food available is rather low-quality sushi. It’s a shame—they should definitely invest in that as well. Still, the overall experience is excellent.

The main restaurant and bar food and drinks were not good quality. I stopped ordering cocktails at one point and only drank wine because they were really not good (ie, even my Gin & Tonic had flat tonic). The food at the poolside or room service was not good at all. But, I would still come back because everything else was terrific.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nikki Beach Hotel! The staff all around the hotel — from the pool team to the breakfast crew and everyone in between — were so friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and the pool was perfect, with great music and a fantastic DJ creating the perfect atmosphere. Thank you for giving us truly unforgettable days!

Everything was perfect

Fabulous resort with excellent facilities. Rooftop terrace restaurant superb along with beach/pool bar. The management team are exceptional and personable while a little more training in customer service would help some wait staff & staff at reception.

Check out experience was disappointing. We had to retrieve our own luggage from storage as no staff available to help retrieve or help load into car & we had two heavy suitcases along with hand luggage.
