We recently stayed at Armata Boutique Hotel in Spetses and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located, with all the charming restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and elegant, and the hotel features a stunning garden with a lovely swimming pool — a perfect place to relax. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I totally recommend Armata Boutique Hotel and would definitely love to return!

My partner and I both appreciated that the hotel was so close to the town for restaurant/cafe access. And yet it was also tucked away so you never felt it was noisy either despite the proximity. The staff also couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast selection was very good to set you up for the day. Also being given a bottle of wine on check out was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting, which having finished it as I write this, I can confirm went down very well.

I can’t really fault the place or the staff. I know other reviews have talked about the small space between the pool and loungers on the poolside but having used them several times it didn’t bother me. You adapted to it.

We were in Spetses for 3 nights at the end of May. We very much enjoyed our stay with The Armata Boutique Hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival. Our room had one of the balconies overlooking the pool, which we enjoyed every evening. The room was a decent size. It was clean and well taken care of. I prefer a slightly softer mattress, but my spouse was quite happy with the firmness of the mattress. The location was perfect for walking to most places in the area: less than 5 minutes to the main part of town, and about a 25 min walk to the Old Port area. We did not rent motor bikes for our stay, but many people do. Stefania, at the front desk, provided excellent restaurant suggestions, which we followed, and were not disappointed. Definitely take the time to ask, and see if reservations can be made for you in advance. The daily breakfast was a treat. There was something for everyone and more.

We walked from the port, using the GPS; however, it took us to the back of the property. I would suggest a person map the route out without using GPS. It will save carrying your bags a longer distance than needed. unnecessarily.

The scenery is picturesque. So quiet, although it’s in the center of everything, right behind the Posidonion Hotel. The pool was big for a boutique hotel, always so clean! The garden and the pots and the plants were fantastic. Excellent breakfast with good variety of food and homemade stuff.

Personally, I would prefer a more simple bathroom. A little complicated when you arrive, definitely do not follow google instructions. You have to approach the tourist police building and follow that path.

The hotel is lovely and very pretty. It has a fabulous pool and the rooms are comfortable. The people who run the hotel are warm, welcoming and very helpful. A very friendly atmosphere has been created that the guests were very happy to interact which makes the hotel feel familial.

There is little to criticise - the rooms are a good size and the only thing I would have preferred is a bigger shower. Otherwise the hotel was quite hard to find initially, it is tucked away which is great as it is quiet.

A fantastic place to relax and chill out for the week. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms were clean and spacious, with the option of both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable, always a bonus when travelling. A lovely breakfast was included in the price, with plenty of variety to satisfy most dietary requirements, and the outdoor dining area was great. Although the grounds were not expansive, the gardens were beautifully landscaped. I recommend a pool-view room - it is worth the extra expense.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, and perhaps a comfortable sitting chair.

The cleanliness, the food and the friendliness of the staff. George works tirelessly, in maintaining high standards (he's always on the go)! I needed medical attention whilst I was there and George arranged a doctor to come to my room. Elena (I think that's her name) stayed in the room to translate). I cannot thank them enough. The location is perfect for the ferries etc and beach. You have to take the horse and trap at night...it's €10 euro to the old port and €10 back! It's a wonderful experience and you get to see the island. It's beautiful at night. We will definitely be returning.

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent breakfast for any taste or diet! Fresh local eggs in various ways, lots of different cakes, cookies, cold and hot meats, fresh fruit and yogurt, juices, cereal, honey and nuts, and the variety changed every day! Breakfast was served on the ground floor and one had the choice to eat inside (very few), in the garden under the sun, or on the veranda overseeing the swimming pool!

Mosquitos were annoying and had to use plugin devices to keep them away, but not a reason to not go back again and again at this little jewel!

Everything about this hotel is pleasant. The staff in particular are so nice, personable and helpful. Big shout out to Stefania at the reception desk, thanks for all your assistance you’re wonderful! Amazing breakfast selection one of the best I’ve had in terms of selection and quality all in a beautiful atmosphere where the garden is immaculately maintained!!!

Nothing I didn’t like but something to keep in mind is that there are steps leading up to the rooms particularly if you’re on the top floor.

A gem! Small yet large enough to have all the amenities. Friendly staff ready to help the traveler who is rusty from years of pandemic. I forgot my electrical plug adapters - ouch! No problem, they had an immediate solution at the front desk!

Due to conference sessions starting at 9:00 am, the breakfast start at 8:30 am was a bit tight... yet, I arrived a few minutes early and the staff was ready with the buffet. Plus, excellent location, so the walk to the conference center was only 10 min stroll in a lovely place.
