The location was amazing, right in the center of Spetses next to the shops and restaurants. The bus stop was 2 minutes away, as well as the main grocery store of the island. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite okay space-wise for two people with a cute balcony facing the sea. Also the stuff was really nice and helpful!

The fact that it is located in the center of spetses also means that there could be some noise in the morning, however not that annoying

The hotel location was great right in the heart of the square off the port. Even though balcony looked over square below with restaurant s it wasn't noisy for sleeping. Was a nice ambience. Staff always friendly and helpful

Beds were brand new but a little too firm for me but they found me a mattress topper for me which was great.

Family-run hotel at the centre of Spetses. Very close to Dapia (Spetses' port) and the beach of Agios Mamas, and immediate proximity to shops and restaurants . Lots of restaurants just at the hotel's entrance. I booked the family room which comprises 2 separate rooms (with one entrance). It was perfect for two adults and two children. The rooms were clean and of good size and shared a large veranda overlooking the Clock square, with views of the village, the hill and the sea. There was a fridge and flat TV in one of the bedrooms. Very good and noiseless air-conditioning. No breakfast available (but this was not a problem for us). There is an elevator from the reception to the rooms - however there are a few steps (I think around 8-10) to get into the hotel. Overall a great stay for a family.

Everything was great - it was slightly inconvenient that access to the bathroom is through the one bedroom (practically suitable only for a family). Also, there is a lot of sunshine in the veranda in the morning through early evening, which makes it difficult to sit outside during this time in the summer. But these were minor problems.

Sophia at Reception was AMAZING! She thoroughly explained how to get around beautiful Spetses, she was so kind in offering us an early check in and in tending to our every need. The hotel staff was wonderful and our room overlooked the bustling streets of Spetses while having an unforgettable sea view. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is exactly in the center of Dapia, in Clock square. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean every day, in the elevator is playing only classical music, that’s superb!

Need something to change in the small shower place. It’s very small and the curtain sticks in your back. And will be great if will added breakfast.

I loved the location and it was a perfect room for a short stay like ours, what's more the staff was extremely friendly and it was easy to check in and out

We didn't love the shower curtains and the bathroom was quite small, a bit difficult, but in the end it worked out fine

Great location right in the centre of town, close to the ferry terminal, cute cosy clean room with a balcony view of the sea, reception staff helpful and lovely. Accom was better than expected

We had two single beds pushed into a double with a gap in the middle, and the shower creates a wet room

Nice location,clean!But be prepared to have a balcony in a restaurants area and smell food every night!The hotel is old but very clean,very good for families with children!

Location was perfect. The Felame host very helpful and polite. Cleaning was everyday... perfect

I think you should put more carpets in the washroom. The shower can really make a mess and maybe a shelf in the shower.
