Family-run hotel at the centre of Spetses. Very close to Dapia (Spetses' port) and the beach of Agios Mamas, and immediate proximity to shops and restaurants . Lots of restaurants just at the hotel's entrance. I booked the family room which comprises 2 separate rooms (with one entrance). It was perfect for two adults and two children. The rooms were clean and of good size and shared a large veranda overlooking the Clock square, with views of the village, the hill and the sea. There was a fridge and flat TV in one of the bedrooms. Very good and noiseless air-conditioning. No breakfast available (but this was not a problem for us). There is an elevator from the reception to the rooms - however there are a few steps (I think around 8-10) to get into the hotel. Overall a great stay for a family.

Everything was great - it was slightly inconvenient that access to the bathroom is through the one bedroom (practically suitable only for a family). Also, there is a lot of sunshine in the veranda in the morning through early evening, which makes it difficult to sit outside during this time in the summer. But these were minor problems.

This hotel is exactly in the center of Dapia, in Clock square. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean every day, in the elevator is playing only classical music, that’s superb!

Need something to change in the small shower place. It’s very small and the curtain sticks in your back. And will be great if will added breakfast.

Great location right in the centre of town, close to the ferry terminal, cute cosy clean room with a balcony view of the sea, reception staff helpful and lovely. Accom was better than expected

We had two single beds pushed into a double with a gap in the middle, and the shower creates a wet room

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Despite our room being just above the square, there was no noise from the restaurants after midnight and in the mornings. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Internet connection was very good.

The shower was quite small, and the bathroom door could not be closed properly. There are a few stairs before you enter the property, which may be a problem to people with mobility issues, but it was fine for us.

The location is perfect, VERY VERY CENTRALLY located, close to all bars, restaurants, shops, market, port of Dapia. Walking distance to all of the above, as well as to PALIO LIMANI (Old Port). Renovated and clean room with great view to Dapia and sea view..

The matresses are hard, the shower is very narrow, I stayed 3 nights and no maid came in to arrange my room.

Basic hotel in a great location. Loved the balcony/terrace with view of the town and the sea. Such a great perch to enjoy an afternoon beer and snack. Really helpful friendly staff.

A Hotel Faros was so great! We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and had a nice balcony. The location was perfect and the staff was so welcoming

The location is brililant - right off the ferry dock, and next to the main shopping street. Since Spetses is quite large, I enjoyed being in the middle of everything.

Don't expect modern, nicely designed bathrooms or stylish rooms. This is quite basic - but it does the job, and is good value on an overall expensive island.

We were with our 1-month boy and stayed for only a night. The room was ok, with a great big balcony with nice view and really on a top location.The staff was really nice and pleasant and they even last us stay longer, for the baby to take a nap and make our lives easier, until we took the boat.

There was a weird smell- maybe it used to be a smoker's room or sth. The room is quite small even for a couple.
