Klimis Hotel in Spetses exceeded all expectations during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any needs. A special thanks to Klimis, who went out of his way to prepare us breakfast early in the morning since we had to leave before the usual breakfast hours—a truly thoughtful gesture! The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right by the waterfront, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms were impeccably clean, and every detail was well taken care of. Overall, an outstanding experience in every way!

Easy walk from ferry to hotel -- well situated on main waterfront road. Small but fun balcony. Nice walk to lighthouse, and in other direction to good harbor restaurants and beyond. Close to small but interesting museums slightly uphill. Hotel balcony doors shut out major, incessant noise of motorcycles. Adequate room with small bathroom.

No real lobby to hotel, just desk and a couple of chairs and small elevator, but not a deal breaker.

+Location: walking distance to both the central port and to the old port where the best restaurants are. +View: Great sea view from the balcony +Room: The A/C is quite new so the temperature is easily (and without noise) regulated as needed. The shower was quite spacious with constant hot water. Bed quite comfortable

- Breakfast: No buffet; a rather traditional and common breakfast is served to your table, so the variation and choice is limited

Stefania was wonderful. She was warm and welcoming and helped to make it an excellent weekend. She was able to help us find massages, manicures, guided us to a great bike rental shop, and made sure we had a taxi when we needed one. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the view. I would recommend this hotel and Spetses to anyone who asks.

The only thing we would add was putting in a coffee maker in the room. That way you could enjoy the view in the morning and not wake up your roommate.

Wonderful room and view...definitely book the water view room! Klimis, the owner is terrific. The receptionist went to great lengths to help is get laundry done before we had to leave. They even prepped a breakfast to go for us leaving on the early ferry, before opening time. Can't say enough good about this place and staff! Location great, nice room.

The hotel was very accommodating throughout our stay! They held on to our luggage as we arrived much earlier than check-in time and mad ewondetful recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants to dine in! We were greeted with a smile at every interaction, the room was clean, comfortable and the sea view simply spectacular 😀 They even went above and beyond when we slept in and missed breakfast by offering us some options. Spetses is an island I'd visit again and Klimis is where I'd stay again.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and the main center. The staff was friendly and helped with restaurant reservations. The breakfast was quite good.

Although the room was small, it was still manageable, but the bathroom was really tiny. There was no rack in the room or on the balcony to hang wet towels or swimsuits.

Brilliant location - the setting was perfection & the staff went out of their way to assist us. The treat of having a patisserie at our fingertips was a bonus & the sweets were impeccable!!

If there was an issue it would be the choice of possibly having a choice @ breakfast time eg: choice of poached, scrambled eggs. This is only minor, the regular breakfast served was fairly good with variety.

The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff was very helpful. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The sea view was the highlight of our stay. I have no major complaints, just a minor issue with the fan in the bathroom needing cleaning. Overall, I wish everyone operated with such professionalism.
