The service was consistently attentive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. What left a particularly strong impression was how the hotel handles guest feedback. After we shared our thoughts privately as part of an internal satisfaction survey, we were personally invited to discuss them in more detail. This respectful and open dialogue reflected a high level of professionalism and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. She made sure every detail was taken care of and truly made us feel like VIP guests. Her service was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The room upgrade we received was the perfect surprise, and we are so thankful for the gesture. It made our stay even more perfect and meaningful. I really liked the hotel for its fantastic infinity pool and amenities around, and truly unique atmosphere. Live music every day, enjoyable water activities during the day. The breakfasts were good, and the dinners were excellent thanks to the high quality and variety of dishes. On top of that the staff was incredibly attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Room service was excellent as well, with cleaning done twice a day.

The beach area is fully public and seems neglected by the hotel: no service available, sunbeds looked abandoned and dirty, and there was some trash scattered around, so this definitely needs improvement. Additionally, both the outdoor and indoor gyms were disappointing: the outdoor one was small with very limited equipment (but with the great view over the Vlycha beach), and the indoor gym in the basement had an unpleasant, humid smell and lacked proper facilities for a hotel of this size.

Property and Staff- The staff were super friendly, smiley and professional. The property grounds, spa, pool and restaurants were a high quality decor finish and a beautiful setting . Location - The location was great to relax but also close enough to Lindos to explore. Food - The breakfast and lunch options were good.

Not a true five star hotel given the price point. Towels - Room towels were not five star quality, quite hard and a couple times stained. We had to request new towels. Bathroom Privacy - The bathroom doors in most rooms are made of glass and do not close or lock. There is no mechanism on the door which meant limited privacy even for the toilet. Housekeeping - Threw away some personal items and food by mistake.

This was our second visit. We came last year and were so impressed by the quality, location and superb attitude of the staff we decided to return. We arrived about 8.30pm and were made welcome and comfortable immediately. I know you’ll say ‘everywhere makes you welcome’ but this is another level- it’s clearly so genuine. They really want you to feel special and looked after, and it’s evident everywhere and from all the staff. We had room 3304. Same layout as last year but even better view! Bed is super comfy, the room spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Turn down service every night, with fresh towels when needed ( in addition to changed every morning) Even on a day when we didn’t make it easy for her to get in, she waited until we were ready and still cleaned thoroughly. We were welcomed with a bottle of red, a bottle of bubbly and fruit basket. During the stay we errr given another bottle of fizz for no apparent reason! We are not big spenders in the bar or restaurant, so it wasn’t as a thank you for that. We enjoyed the fabulous huge range for breakfast everyday and mostly ate out at night. I could continue wth superlatives but will just say-,come here and enjoy. A couple of people who were a week before us did mention that a few things weren’t ready for them- the rooftop bar wasn’t open and only one of the three a la carte restaurants were open. Plus the grass hadn’t been cut. But we found no such issues, except I think maybe the rooftop bar wasn’t open. We enjoyed the terrace bar anyway. Special shout out to Jay ( not sure I’ve spelled it right) but he welcomed us like friends and made a point of coming over to see how we were, see if he could help in any way- just a lovely young man. Also Katrina who looked after us at breakfast everyday day. We felt like we had made special connections with these people in particular, but I cannot think of any interaction with any member of staff that wasn’t really pleasant.

My only minor quibble is the positioning of the (large) TV. There is a lovely vanity unit/ dressing table with chair and a huge mirror ( perfect for make up and hair) completely filled with the TV. It would be much better to put it on a wall as I had to do make up and hair over the sink vanity space.

Aside from the views, the hotel staff were super. They provide a golf buggy to get to the rooms which was a really nice touch. We loved the pool and beach, there were always sun beds available. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, they provided my girlfriend with a gluten free breakfast that was prepared separate from the buffet to avoid contamination. We had an amazing view from our room. Loved Lindos Grand will be back for sure!

The property was about 7 minute drive away, we did get a lot of taxis back and forth which can be a bit chaotic in Lindos Square. It would be nice if the hotel provided a shuttle for guests in the evening times.

The room with the private pool was exceptional, the breakfast and dinner buffet were rich and diverse, great hostesses and waiters in the restaurants, bar and spa. The infinity pool was huge and beautiful. The hotel's private beach was quiet and very comfortable with good food and drink service.

The garden view private pool room was too close to a busy connecting road — constant traffic noise of cars and buses approaching the hotels made it hard to fully relax when being outside. The reception staff seemed helpless and unable to resolve an issue with our room...

We had an unforgettable stay thanks to the wonderful, helpful staff—special mention to Angeliki, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly enjoyable and memorable. The breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety, fresh and delicious. Upon entrance, the resort’s design was simply admirable, featuring a stunning infinity pool and plenty of excellent restaurants. And just a short walk to the beach with free sun-beds use for guests staying at the hotel. Our modern villa was the highlight, with an extraordinary private pool that made the experience feel both luxurious and relaxing.

The moment we walked into this place it exceeded our expectations, the service, the hospitality was all amazing, initially we had requested a room with a bit more privacy and they accommodated our needs straight away. Maria and Angelika at reception were the loveliest, they gave us recommendations and helped us throughout our whole stay truly the best hospitality we have ever received staying at a hotel. We even told them we had a late flight and they accommodated us with late checkout.Overall a great experience and the kindest staff! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and hopefully return! Thank you!

some of the facilities were slightly run down but nothing major, the room cleaning services could also be a bit better as sometimes we would return to our room and certain areas would still be dusty and not cleaned.

I stayed at Lindos Grand Resort and Spa last week and it was my second stay at the Hotel having been there for 2 weeks back in 2023. I absolutely love this place, so much so that we are getting married in Lindos largely because of the experience provided by the hotel. Before I get onto the hotel itself, the staff absolutely make the Hotel. I travel about 10-15 times a year with work and for holidays and the service this hotel is the best I have ever received. Particular mention goes to Katerina who looks after guest relations, from minute 1 until the moment we left she made us feel so warm and we will continue to come to this hotel because of her and her team, she is such an asset to the Hotel. At the front desk Maria and Theodora are so good and looked after us very well. Vanessa by the pool is so attentive and a credit to the hotel, she was always smiling and so efficient. Jay and Jordan were also fantastic and nothing was too much of an ask at any time. The general manager Alexander and George were extremely professional and are assisting us greatly with our wedding later this year. The food at the hotel has a really good variety and extremely high quality, it is so good that you do not really have a reason to leave other than to go and see the wonderful Lindos and what it has to offer. The facilities are great and the rooms are magical, I could not recommend this hotel more.
