Property and Staff- The staff were super friendly, smiley and professional. The property grounds, spa, pool and restaurants were a high quality decor finish and a beautiful setting . Location - The location was great to relax but also close enough to Lindos to explore. Food - The breakfast and lunch options were good.

Not a true five star hotel given the price point. Towels - Room towels were not five star quality, quite hard and a couple times stained. We had to request new towels. Bathroom Privacy - The bathroom doors in most rooms are made of glass and do not close or lock. There is no mechanism on the door which meant limited privacy even for the toilet. Housekeeping - Threw away some personal items and food by mistake.

This was our second visit. We came last year and were so impressed by the quality, location and superb attitude of the staff we decided to return. We arrived about 8.30pm and were made welcome and comfortable immediately. I know you’ll say ‘everywhere makes you welcome’ but this is another level- it’s clearly so genuine. They really want you to feel special and looked after, and it’s evident everywhere and from all the staff. We had room 3304. Same layout as last year but even better view! Bed is super comfy, the room spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Turn down service every night, with fresh towels when needed ( in addition to changed every morning) Even on a day when we didn’t make it easy for her to get in, she waited until we were ready and still cleaned thoroughly. We were welcomed with a bottle of red, a bottle of bubbly and fruit basket. During the stay we errr given another bottle of fizz for no apparent reason! We are not big spenders in the bar or restaurant, so it wasn’t as a thank you for that. We enjoyed the fabulous huge range for breakfast everyday and mostly ate out at night. I could continue wth superlatives but will just say-,come here and enjoy. A couple of people who were a week before us did mention that a few things weren’t ready for them- the rooftop bar wasn’t open and only one of the three a la carte restaurants were open. Plus the grass hadn’t been cut. But we found no such issues, except I think maybe the rooftop bar wasn’t open. We enjoyed the terrace bar anyway. Special shout out to Jay ( not sure I’ve spelled it right) but he welcomed us like friends and made a point of coming over to see how we were, see if he could help in any way- just a lovely young man. Also Katrina who looked after us at breakfast everyday day. We felt like we had made special connections with these people in particular, but I cannot think of any interaction with any member of staff that wasn’t really pleasant.

My only minor quibble is the positioning of the (large) TV. There is a lovely vanity unit/ dressing table with chair and a huge mirror ( perfect for make up and hair) completely filled with the TV. It would be much better to put it on a wall as I had to do make up and hair over the sink vanity space.

The moment we walked into this place it exceeded our expectations, the service, the hospitality was all amazing, initially we had requested a room with a bit more privacy and they accommodated our needs straight away. Maria and Angelika at reception were the loveliest, they gave us recommendations and helped us throughout our whole stay truly the best hospitality we have ever received staying at a hotel. We even told them we had a late flight and they accommodated us with late checkout.Overall a great experience and the kindest staff! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and hopefully return! Thank you!

some of the facilities were slightly run down but nothing major, the room cleaning services could also be a bit better as sometimes we would return to our room and certain areas would still be dusty and not cleaned.

I stayed at Lindos Grand Resort and Spa last week and it was my second stay at the Hotel having been there for 2 weeks back in 2023. I absolutely love this place, so much so that we are getting married in Lindos largely because of the experience provided by the hotel. Before I get onto the hotel itself, the staff absolutely make the Hotel. I travel about 10-15 times a year with work and for holidays and the service this hotel is the best I have ever received. Particular mention goes to Katerina who looks after guest relations, from minute 1 until the moment we left she made us feel so warm and we will continue to come to this hotel because of her and her team, she is such an asset to the Hotel. At the front desk Maria and Theodora are so good and looked after us very well. Vanessa by the pool is so attentive and a credit to the hotel, she was always smiling and so efficient. Jay and Jordan were also fantastic and nothing was too much of an ask at any time. The general manager Alexander and George were extremely professional and are assisting us greatly with our wedding later this year. The food at the hotel has a really good variety and extremely high quality, it is so good that you do not really have a reason to leave other than to go and see the wonderful Lindos and what it has to offer. The facilities are great and the rooms are magical, I could not recommend this hotel more.

Amazing pools. Amazing pool by the room. Just superb accommodation. Great housekeeping. Fantastic breakfast. Easy access to the beach from the beachfront rooms.

Unfortunately, we spent first night in a worse room (SEA VIEW, up the hill) as the night shift manager did not recognise "BEACH VIEW ROOM" as "BEACHFRONT ROOM", saying that any SEA VIEW room is BEACH VIEW at the same time. Luckily, the day shift moved us to the BEACHFRONT room and it was just perfect. The whole complex is on a hill. It could be sometimes annoying, unless you are in the BEACHFRONT rooms ;-) Sadly, the beach nearby becomes very trashy. Hotels around just do not care. Tourists do not care. What's worse, the locals don't care. We saw a fisherman frying some fish on a pan on his boat, then throwing all the oil and food remains right in the sea. We saw floating excrements and plastic bags in the water. Very sad. The hotels should push for change.

I was amazed by the level of the service of this hotel! I read reviews befor choosing the hotel that were great, but it was beyond my expectations! I travelled alone and I was upgreaded to a more better room when I arrived, because the hotel was not full, so nice approach :) They offerd me welcome drink and the check-in was very smooth. Everybody were smiling and so helpful. The room was so amazing- with a pool and view to sea. Such a nice atmosphere in the room and it had everything for great vacation. I also used spa and had a massage. The receptionist in the spa was so patient and helpful when I was choosing my treatment. He was a true professional. The massage therapist was also ciropractice and gave me good tips with my backpain and it really has worked! I also ate lunch every day in daily restaurant and the service was just the best, the servant was very friendly, made good suggestions for what to eat and was very polite. Also the service in breakfast and during dinner was careing and very friendly. I felt every step of the service process through my stay was carefully thinked through and was very customer oriented. Loved the stay and It was very relaxing, just what I needed! Thank you for best experience and I wish you all the best keeping up the high service standard!

Excellent As soon as I arrived for my week to the moment I left all the staff were amazing, from reception to the beach attendant, the welcome at breakfast with a lovely smile 🙂. Thank you. Breakfast is wonderful, more choice than you eat in a week, lovely and fresh and beautifully presented. The buffet for the evening meal was again wonderful with a different theme each night. The puddings are to die for. The rooms have a huge comfortable bed and usual facilities with a lovely powerful large shower. Views are breathtaking. Thank you to everyone there.

The facilities are spotless throughout but it was the staff that were all so friendly and made it a memorable holiday for me as my first holiday as a single man.

Location and facilities

Build finish and quality of the.rooms not up to the standards that rhe resort wants to project. Private pools at rooms smell like sulfur. Ac regularly fails and needs to be reset by the hotel staff. Same for hospitality of staff, base attitude is very friendly and service oriented, but some things seem strange eg bar staff need to charge every round of drinks separately, which doesn't come across very customer oriented or inviting to spend more time there. Long story short: we found it a more than fine location to stay for a week, but the resort projects a certain level of ambition that is just not fully met by the experience we had staying there and considering the prices charged.

Overall the hotel was lovely, in a good location and with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the spa was excellent - the facials and massages are highly recommended. ‘Private beach area for hotel guests was a plus. Good location - quick (15€) taxi to Lindos downtown area and reception was helpful to organize taxis.

They make you sign into their app when you check in and we found the app to be pointless. You could not book treatments or make reservations through the app and the excursions in the app did not match what we were told/able to book with guest services. We had a great room with a private pool but the bathroom/toilet door didn’t close Private balcony could have been cleaned more throughly.

Stunning location with infinity pool overlooking the sea. We chose it for the private beach section, which had loads of comfy beds which was brilliant. Room was always clean and quiet at night. Lindos is a 10 minute drive away so it’s a great location. Breakfast buffet was really varied and great value as an add on. We had our room upgraded upon arrival which was a bonus too!

Bar staff were quite slow. After coming back from Lindos for dinner we wanted to have a drink in the hotel bar and on multiple occasions we were waiting quite a while for our order to be taken. Similar with coffees at breakfast, no real organisation on how orders worked so some days we didn’t have any coffees, not the end of the world but would’ve been nice.
