A very big room with additional 2 single beds so plenty of space to spread out. Kitchenette very well equipped with big fridge freezer and microwave as well as 2 electric hot plates. The bathroom was big enough, always lots of hot water in the shower. The maid came everyday to make beds and clean. The pool area and garden with orange & lemon trees are very clean and well looked after with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols (pool is not heated). It was very quiet and peaceful as per description but supermarket and restaurants very close by. There's a direct connection to a small beach as well. We loved our stay, thank you so much.

We had to fix 2 of the chairs on the balcony (not really broken, just not a very sturdy design) but there were 2 more chairs anyway. Apart from that everything was perfect. There were no tea towels in the kitchen but we used one of the handtowels.

The pool area is just amazing, surrounded by a very well kept garden, always plenty of comfortable sunchairs available, and the vibe we found it to be always quiet and relaxing. For the rooms, they are a bit dated but nothing too important, however we didn´t like very much to be on the top floor, as the sun was hitting our room and there was no shade on the balcony. Additionally, the table and chairs are too big for the size of the balcony, making it quiet crammed. We asked if it was possible to move to a room on the ground floor, with a terrace connected to the garden, and Savvas kindly moved us quickly. We were really happy with the ground floor room. The location is very convenient, as there is a bus stop taking you back to Rhodes Town or south to Lindos just steps away from the property. There is also a supermarket, a fruit shop, a coffee shop and a few humble restaurants nearby. A beach is also nearby (300 m.)

The towels were a bit worn out and smelled a bit like chrorine. Also, the air-con was a bit too weak for the heat. It was able to cool down the room but just about.

Beautiful grounds, clean room and friendly staff. We had asked to check in early to prepare for a wedding we were guests at. The hotel sent a message several hours early to notify us the room was ready. This was perfect timing and allowed us even more time to prepare. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, so we took some photos before heading to the wedding. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire stay in Rhodes. I only wish we had stayed longer here, the pool looked amazing!

Everything was exceptional

Just read the other comments and believe every word of them :D Really! This is a small paradise hidden between a bunch of other huge hotel complexes. With plenty of parking, perfectly cut green grass, green lemon and other trees, tall palm trees, a big clean pool with blue water, a nice little building with about 20 rooms (all looking towards the garden). It is very very clean, thanks to a very very lovely lady, who didn't just cleaned the room spotlessly, but even folded the kids clothes. She always had a few nice words, asked us if everything is fine each time we met. The place has a very nice owner, who welcomed us warmly, asked us about our trip, he was smiling while telling us about his trip to our country once. He told us to come and ask if we have ANY wishes, questions, problems. The room had everything we wished for. (did I mention how clean it was?) It had plenty of space for the four of us, there was a small kitchen part, a coffee machine (we got new capsules once we used up all of them), a fridge with 2 big bottles of mineral water waiting for us, dishes, cups, mugs, good WIFI, air conditioning, in the bathroom there were towels, shampoo and shower gel, soap, toilet paper... Really, everything we needed... We didn't cook, but ate cold food on the balcony each day, looking down on the little paradise called garden. All this is located in the middle of the town, there are tavernas, super markets, gift shops, just about 50 meters away. There is a small hidden door that you can open with a key on your room key to shorten your way to the closest beach by making it 100m instead of 500m. We had a car, so we were traveling across the island, but even if you don't, the bus stop is also 50m away. I'd say this place is perfect!

There wasn't anything we didn't like...

It was perfect for our style of travelling - independent sightseeing (not with agency or groups). 1. Spaciousness - room is big and comfortable. We asked for 1st floor apartment with balcony because I though it would provide more privacy (ground floor apartments open up directly to pool garden), but it is not really an issue because there is not much "traffic". The terrace on ground floor is quite bigger than balconies so for families (4 people) perhaps it is better to choose ground floor if possible. 2. Pool - it is cleaned every morning and never crowded (at least it wasn't in beginning of September). The hotel also provides beach towels. 3. Civilized guests - no loud voices, no leaving garbage behind. 4. Location - it is close to "life" (Faliraki, Rhodes City), but not in the heart of it. You have 2 supermarkets, a bakery and various restaurants close by (2 - 5 min walking) and bigger markets cca 2 - 3 km away - you need a car or scooter. There is also a bus station on the main street but we didn't use that option. 5. Good wi-fi: it is strong & stable in the room and by the pool. 6. Cleaning on a daily basis 7. Kitchen amenities - fridge, kettle, coffee maker, small electrical stove, cutlery, plates, frying pan and pots, bottle opener - everything you need for simple meals. There was also a sponge and dishwasher detergent. 8. Shower cabin - it is closed with glass, not just a plastic curtain which usually leaves the bathroom flooded; there is also no shortage of hot water. The hotel is family run and the family actually lives there (in the middle apartment); the owners are friendly and helpful, but leave you your own space. The local beach is not the best one, but it did not matter to us because we drove around the island and found better options a few km to the south (eg. Tassos beach is very nice). All in all - a great hotel, if you use it as a comfortable base to explore the island on your own.

There is really nothing that bothered us during our stay. The furniture is a bit dated like stated in some other reviews, but well kept and clean so it was not an issue. A bar by the pool would probably ruin the peace and quiet so I do not think it is missing; you can always bring your own drink there (no glass allowed, bottle or cup).

Small hotel with large rooms. Acces to the lawn and pool straight from the terrace on the lower floor. Very clean. Own kitchen fully equiped with large fridge and freezer. Large double bed with comfortable mattress. Cleaning of the room done every day and very friendly cleaning lady. Clean pool with warm water. Wonderfull large garden with orange and lemon trees. Small kids pool for the toddlers. The beaches where we were at were all just under 7 minutes by car and the hotel is close to the Rhodes town as well.

Not that we did not like: just some tips for improvements in the future.🙂 Furniture feels a little old and would need a renovation to keep it updated with more modern times, but all in all very well kept.

The outside pool and palm trees. Quiet setting. Room and pool side towels provided. Good local amenities. Good bus route. Very comfortable bed and well equipped, spacious room. Friendly and helpful hosts - Daniella housekeeping worked very hard every day to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation - always smiling. Savos was very welcoming, great communication, and generally very helpful.

Very minor - the shower head easily falling off its holder. Had to make sure it was secure before turning on/off the water pressure.

Good location, nice and clean poolarea, 400 m to the beach. The owner is a very kind and helpful man. The rooms are well equiped with cleaning every day. Close to shops and restaurants.

Great location (amazing tapas restaurant nearby). Poolside so quiet, we were first out (at 10am) many days and had loads of sunbeds to choose from. All the staff were wonderful- we loved the cleaner. Bed was comfy and lots of room for us all to get ready. Lovely balcony. Shop was 2 mins walk away. Rhodes town 20 mins taxi ride away.

Shower didn't really cope with 3 women and overflowed through drain

Very friendly, very clean, lovely pool, lovely staff, all the equipment you need, rooms cleaned daily and towels when you wanted them, sunbed towels provided, clean pool area, well kept garden, good location. The owners were very helpful and were able to allow us a later check out for our late flight.

For us the beds were a bit hard but that is personal to us!!! Quite a few ants on patio but nothing we couldn't cope with - the staff did their best to brush them away each day. It can't be helped!
