Good place to stay. Perfect price/value. A bit far from main attractions - about 20 min walk to the old town. Main bus station 25-30 min to walk. Very close to small shops, tavernas, big Pappou supermarket not too far away. Small sandy beach nearby (some trash after storm). Not far from Farmers market (working Wednesdays and Saturdays). Apartment with small kitchen to cook. We booked two apartments (one of them huge on top with lovely private terrace, but beware, the elevator stops at 4th floor, there are steps to 5th floor). The lady working at the reception and assisting with breakfast very positive. Breakfast sufficient to choose with some warm potato pancakes, meat, eggs and cold cuts, several vegetables, coffee, tea, juice, cereals, yogurt, breads, etc. But do not expect such variety and comfort like in 5 stars hotels. The cleaning is basic, every second day removing trash, etc. Parking is on the street, at the beginning of the season no problem to park. This is more like privately owned apartment building with some hotel services (rental assistance, taxi calls). We loved the place as it was inexpensive, comfortable (good beds), quite spacious (especially luxury apartment on top), with good breakfast and basic amenities to stay and explore Rhodes island.

The local area outside the hotel about 100 meters has some place with left-over broken cars. You will see some wear and tear around in the nearby streets, but this is the issue that municipality has to take care of.

absolutely everything was amazing!! this place deserves 5***** ratings the staff are so kind and polite the cleaners are sweet ladies with big smiles who will do an amazing job so it's always cosy and clean there is always a happy person in reception the son of the owner is only 8 years old but is so intelligent and helpful the animals are a delight especially the birdy breakfast is yummy 😋 I had the best time can't wait to come back oh it's really safe and only 2 mins walk to the beach so can go in the dark which is great fun 😊 the farmers market is 5 mins walk and the shops 3 mins walk rhodes ancient sites are 25 mins walk room was big and bed was so cosy I slept sooooo much during my stay

This is amazing value. Great location for those that don't want the tourist hoards all the time, but still want all the possibilities. But you can still reach the city centre easily all hours. Local people all around. Good shops, restaurants, beach. Pool. Nice and quality selection at breakfast. Some variety from day to day. Real juice, milk, coffee, etc. For normal people with normal needs this is really a comfortable hotel. For a small fee they did our laundry too, but you need to ask. This is a small family run hotel. Some days can be busier. Anyhow, there is a more expensive laundry in another street close to the main road if you are in need of it. WiFi has a stable corner next to the reception desk for those that must work or have a gaming addiction.

This is not a complaint: Was just 2 days we needed to wait 15 mins for a table at the breakfast. We took it easy.

I want to leave my gratitude to Yana and her team. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. A wonderful holiday in a large and comfortable room. The room has two cozy bedrooms with air conditioning, a living room, a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Comfortable beds and thick curtains will ensure you a good night's rest. I also liked the breakfasts; even my picky child ate it in the morning. Cleaning, change of bed and towels every other day. It is also important that the staff will always help you resolve any issue, be it a taxi or emergency assistance. I was also glad that the hotel has a swimming pool for both adults and a small one for children, so you can spend time peacefully even with children. The description indicates that the hotel has two stars, but I will give it a good 4+, the staff took care of the quality of their services. I am very glad that I visited here and highly recommend it!)

excellent breakfast, friendliest and most helpful hotel-employees I have seen for long time, very helpful owner and family (had problems with battery of my scooter-they helped me immediatly with cable, nice lobby with good drinks for cheap money, around 5 very good cheap restaurants around, which are obviously all but tourist-traps, beach access within 2 minutes from hotel.....best choice for people not want to pay 5* but want to have hospitality more than that :-)

There were delicious and varied breakfasts. There were 2 air conditioners in the room. That was really indispensable in the summer heat! 10 minutes walking from the hotel there is a nice sandy beach. A marketplace is not far from the hotel where you can buy fruits from local farms. Pane di Capo is the cafe where delicious cakes are bought (I liked it). You can quickly rent a car (we rented one in Siech).

WiFi could be better and the air conditioner should be cleaned.

It has everything I needed. Beach and Old Town accessible on foot. The pool is just right size and never busy. Prices of drinks are reasonable and they give nuts and crisps for free. Staff are all friendly, nice and polite. The breakfast is always the same but it’s good enough to keep you full and energised for the day. There’s Greek night on Fridays and Cristina is a good dancer. Shower pressure is amazing. Had a slight issue with the shower gel which was leaking and the shower floor was covered with it and became too slippery but that was rectified right away.

Few weeks ago, I asked for an upgrade to a one bedroom and willing to pay for price diff but I never got a final reply. It would have been great if they told me NO instead of making me wait for nothing. The bed is old and mattress needs replacing as the spring hurt my back. The toilet has a slight awful smell so we had to close the door all the time. The towels were never changed, they just folded them back. Finally, we wake up everyday with loads of mosquito bites all over our body.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you. We liked the location a lot because it was quiet, there were not much other tourists this side of city, but still you could walk to the old town and beach was very near. Room was huge, plenty of space for just a two of us. We also liked the breakfast. Staff was helpful.

The double bed is more of a base of the bed, because it is missing a mattress part of bed so quite hard. It would make a big and positive difference if you could get the mattres. Room was tidy but quite old, e.x. one door in kitchen was broken, fridge and ac in beadroom seemed and sounded quite noisy, however it didn’t bother us and everything was as in pictures.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was good - 25 mins walk to Old Town, 5 mins to great, clean beach. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great, very quiet

Bed was very creaky, one air con unit didn't work as well. Linen and towel change only twice within the week and second time I had to ask for
