The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. The kitchenette was perfectly adequate. The pool, though small, was great, and right next to the room. The breakfast was totally fine. In short, everything was as described. I liked the position (near to the marina, and a fair walking distance from the main attractions of the old city, beaches etc.) and the area had several minimarkets. You did not need to walk far to find great restaurants too.

The internet was really only available in the public areas (lobby) which is inconvenient, and should not really be described as a facility of the room. In addition, the shower lacked pressure.

Apartment with small kitchen to cook. We booked two apartments (one of them huge on top with lovely private terrace, but beware, the elevator stops at 4th floor, there are steps to 5th floor). The lady working at the reception and assisting with breakfast very positive. Breakfast sufficient to choose with some warm potato pancakes, meat, eggs and cold cuts, several vegetables, coffee, tea, juice, cereals, yogurt, breads, etc. But do not expect such variety and comfort like in 5 stars hotels. The cleaning is basic, every second day removing trash, etc. Parking is on the street, at the beginning of the season no problem to park. This is more like privately owned apartment building with some hotel services (rental assistance, taxi calls). We loved the place as it was inexpensive, comfortable (good beds), quite spacious (especially luxury apartment on top), with good breakfast and basic amenities to stay and explore Rhodes island.

The parking place with broken cars left there about 100 meters away.

The local area outside the hotel about 100 meters has some place with left-over broken cars. You will see some wear and tear around in the nearby streets, but this is the issue that municipality has to take care of.

The hotel offers a very standard accomodations, that were fine for our intended vacation. The breakfast was good and had some variety. Except the coffee that was not so great. The host was super helpful and kind and always answered our questions. We were lucky to be able to check in earlier than official time.

Sound isolation of the windows was not so good. The hotel is a bit far away from the center of Rhodes and there are not so many options for transport. It takes about 15-2 minutes to reach Rhodes old town. We ended up walking a lot, which for us is fine, but it was harder when we had the luggage with us.

Big room, elevator, really good breakfast (the tastiest pie and pastry, local seasonal fruit, all fresh, etc), pretty good wifi, everyone was so nice and helpful. Zefiros beach is a 5 min walk, a great beach with no waves and clear water. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood, supermarkets, bakeries...It is quiet at night so we had a good sleep. Bed was comfortable and kitchenette was reasonably equipped for what we needed. I think this hotel should have higher rating.

We liked everything

Breakfast was very good. I liked the elevator. I liked the concierge, easy to check in and to check out. View from my suite was just ok, right to another apartment building, no ocean view :), but the suite design and the curtains were very nice. Spotless clean. Wi-fi did not had a strong signal from the main bedroom, from the living room it was okey. The pool was busy with the small kids and their moms. The area of the location itself is under construction. The hotel located across of the auto shop and behind the hotel were also very old buildings. The neighborhood looked abandoned to me. We had a car and drove around.

About the neighborhood improvement, I guess nothing can be done by the hotel.

absolutely everything was amazing!! this place deserves 5***** ratings the staff are so kind and polite the cleaners are sweet ladies with big smiles who will do an amazing job so it's always cosy and clean there is always a happy person in reception the son of the owner is only 8 years old but is so intelligent and helpful the animals are a delight especially the birdy breakfast is yummy 😋 I had the best time can't wait to come back oh it's really safe and only 2 mins walk to the beach so can go in the dark which is great fun 😊 the farmers market is 5 mins walk and the shops 3 mins walk rhodes ancient sites are 25 mins walk room was big and bed was so cosy I slept sooooo much during my stay

no complaints at all

This is amazing value. Great location for those that don't want the tourist hoards all the time, but still want all the possibilities. But you can still reach the city centre easily all hours. Local people all around. Good shops, restaurants, beach. Pool. Nice and quality selection at breakfast. Some variety from day to day. Real juice, milk, coffee, etc. For normal people with normal needs this is really a comfortable hotel. For a small fee they did our laundry too, but you need to ask. This is a small family run hotel. Some days can be busier. Anyhow, there is a more expensive laundry in another street close to the main road if you are in need of it. WiFi has a stable corner next to the reception desk for those that must work or have a gaming addiction.

This is not a complaint: Was just 2 days we needed to wait 15 mins for a table at the breakfast. We took it easy.

we had a great time at this lovely family run hotel. we also got a taste of the pool in the backyard with appealing bar, which was not as it was not in operation in April, but certainly very inviting. We had breakfast included in price, which was very decent with self service bar. the location is great and there are several great places in the area with seafood, as well as manageable distance to the center/sights. To add, Johny is a great kid and football player, our sons loved playing with him.

I want to leave my gratitude to Yana and her team. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. A wonderful holiday in a large and comfortable room. The room has two cozy bedrooms with air conditioning, a living room, a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Comfortable beds and thick curtains will ensure you a good night's rest. I also liked the breakfasts; even my picky child ate it in the morning. Cleaning, change of bed and towels every other day. It is also important that the staff will always help you resolve any issue, be it a taxi or emergency assistance. I was also glad that the hotel has a swimming pool for both adults and a small one for children, so you can spend time peacefully even with children. The description indicates that the hotel has two stars, but I will give it a good 4+, the staff took care of the quality of their services. I am very glad that I visited here and highly recommend it!)
