It is a very nice hotel in a nice area of Rhodes town, 10 minutes walk to the Old town. There are many interesting coffee shops around, 5 minutes walk is fish market and fruit and vegetable market, there are two large supermarkets in 10 minutes walk for hotel, also an organic food store is nearby. We especially liked: Kyriakosa at the Reception who is a really nice and gives a relaxed, calm and very friendly and also atmosphere to the hotel. And she is always happy to help. I very much like the shampoos at hotel as they really natural with only natural ingredients without any chemical smells, they smell very delicate and very natural and they are very good for hair. Also hotel is in a quiet spot which is good for sleep. I also like their shutters which really make the room dark at night so it is easier to sleep. The hob is very nice as is traditional and easy to operate.

air conditioning had too many options for me, a simpler easier to operate version would be better for me.

The property is only a 5-minute walk away from amenities such as coffee shops, bakeries, banks, a supermarket and a restaurant. It takes 15 minutes by foot to get to the old town of Rhodes, and only 5 minutes by car. Domy is an excellent hostess - I've been to many hotels and I've never felt so welcome. She is always smiling and talkative and goes the extra mile to help her guests and offer tips on how to get around the island and what to see. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice view from its big balcony. The neighbourhood is safe and pleasant to walk around. Overall, the stay was very good value for money!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The service was outstanding! Domy is really a good host. The rooms are fresh, the kitchen is complete with a stove, a microwave, coffee maker and water boiler. The water pressure on the toilet is really strong, not like the other hotels we have been. The beds and pillows are really comfy! The hotel is located more on the residential side of the city and you need to walk at least 20 mins to go to the Old Town. But we knew it already so we were prepared to walk😁 at least 2 big supermarkets near the hotel and that makes it easier for us to buy our needs.

Wifi could have been better, but not overshadowing the overall service of this hotel.

For the class of apartment hotel this was a very good find and our family were glad we stayed here. We have two early teenage boys so we really wanted somewhere in Rhodes with a pool close enough to the old town that we could walk into town for the day and walk back for an afternoon swim to cool down before heading out later for dinner. Unless we wanted to pay a lot more in the New Town, or extravagantly more at a distant resort location, 7 Palms was the best located and the best value. Some reviews say the Old Town is a 10 minute walk away and some say it's 20. What we found is that the closest gate is about 10 minutes away, brisk walk, and that gets you to the quieter end of the old town (but with interesting things already nearby). A few more minutes in gets you to the start of the action with it being 15-25 mins to get to all the bustling or key spots within the walls. Our boys loved jumping off the diving tower out in the water from Elli beach and that was about 30-35 mins through the New Town. We're walkers so this was fine but I can imagine for many it would be a bit draining in the heat. The local beach, which is actually perfect if you just want to lay on a decent value sunbed, was only 10 minutes walk away. Some people mention that the location isn't the best and that there's not much around. It's true that there isn't the touristy aspects of the Old and New towns but there actually is quite a few "local" options at really decent prices. So for us, and what we needed, the location was good. We ate local a couple of times and loved the local authenticity and value but if you need to be right in the vibe then this area may not be for you. Lastly, so many people mention Domy and rightly so. If you don't engage with Domy you are missing out, she is a local encyclopedia. She knows where to go and what to do.

We really liked the hotel. We were met lovely Domi, a marvellous manager. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town. Our room was on the 1st floor, it was a little cool. The room was clean, bathroom had soap, shampoo, shower gel. The kitchen has lots of different cookware, microwave, fridge, electric cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle. The bedroom is small but comfortable. The housemaid Katerina brought us a very tasty breakfast every morning. Daily cleaning of the room. The hotel staff are very kind, positive people. Thank you so much for your attention, help and hospitality. Many thanks Domi for recommendations for shops, restaurants and cafes. Not far from the hotel there are cafes, shops, a good supermarket Kritikos. The week flew by like a day. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rhodes, relaxed, saw great places, walked around the Old Town. If possible we will return again to this wonderful island.

The hotel is perfect! We can recommend to all. Its perfect located, we were walking to the center and we dont need public transport and when you need it, its directly in front of hotel. There is also few shops and restaurants near to hotel. Apartment was clean, comfy, with kitchen and all what you need and door directly to pool. It was amazing. Reception is clean and cosy, like all other places in 7PALMS. What we wanted specially highlighted is Domy on the receptions. This amazing women helped us before our trip and also during our stay. Our vacation was so much better thank to all tips she gave us and and we spent nice moments with her and talking. There is not so many people like Domy. We are so happy to met her ♥️ Also other staff which we met were amazing.

I tried the pool once, I can swim but had to be helped out by a wonderful family from Finland. They all had floats on because there is a strong current in the pool, which we all decided was due to a large machine which filters the pool and causes a strong current. I kept being pulled under and actually thought I would drown, had to be helped by the lovely family who I think saved my life. The pool filter seems much too strong for the small pool. This is to do with the owner of course and not the lovely hotel Staff. They are wonderful.

The hotel was clean and close to everything and the staff was helpful and kind. This is not a luxury hotel and the value for money was quite good, the kitchenette was very useful especially with the Farmers market so close by and the rooms were always well cleaned. Reception did everything possible to accommodate our large group and we felt well taken care off. Thank you Domi and staff for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately the pool was closed, and we really didn't get to use the pool deck. One of the 12 rooms was experiencing a warm water issue throughout the stay.

It was super noisy: You could hear the doors banging because of the wind in the morning. In the night, you could hear the people on the other rooms talking loud and laughing. There should be some respect for the people who sleep. Also, I could hear the cleaning ladies talking loudly early on the morning while they were cleaning the room next door while I was sleeping. If they fix this, the hotel is very nice and the staff there amazing!

We had apartment number 16, with two bedrooms, which was on the ground floor. We had a private terrace close to the pool. Best apartment in the building in regards of pool access and privacy. Pool water temperature was perfect! The kitchen was rather small and there was no common room, just the bedrooms. But it didn't matter as we had a really great terrace! The service was excellent! Domy in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff was also very nice and eager to help. Really lovely people ❤️ 15 min walk to the old town. Close to restaurants and mini markets.

Pool was really great. The only thing was that the filtering system was on for too long periods. There was a sign stating that pool depth is 1,20-1,90 m but the shallowest we found was 1,60 m. Whenever the filtering system is on, there is a rather strong current. We didn't have any problems swimming against the current, but be careful if you're not a stong swimmer. The closets in the second bedroom smelled of mold, so didn't want to put my clothes in the closet. The closet in the master bedroom was fine.
