It is a very nice hotel in a nice area of Rhodes town, 10 minutes walk to the Old town. There are many interesting coffee shops around, 5 minutes walk is fish market and fruit and vegetable market, there are two large supermarkets in 10 minutes walk for hotel, also an organic food store is nearby. We especially liked: Kyriakosa at the Reception who is a really nice and gives a relaxed, calm and very friendly and also atmosphere to the hotel. And she is always happy to help. I very much like the shampoos at hotel as they really natural with only natural ingredients without any chemical smells, they smell very delicate and very natural and they are very good for hair. Also hotel is in a quiet spot which is good for sleep. I also like their shutters which really make the room dark at night so it is easier to sleep. The hob is very nice as is traditional and easy to operate.

air conditioning had too many options for me, a simpler easier to operate version would be better for me.

The property is only a 5-minute walk away from amenities such as coffee shops, bakeries, banks, a supermarket and a restaurant. It takes 15 minutes by foot to get to the old town of Rhodes, and only 5 minutes by car. Domy is an excellent hostess - I've been to many hotels and I've never felt so welcome. She is always smiling and talkative and goes the extra mile to help her guests and offer tips on how to get around the island and what to see. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice view from its big balcony. The neighbourhood is safe and pleasant to walk around. Overall, the stay was very good value for money!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We really liked the hotel. We were met lovely Domi, a marvellous manager. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town. Our room was on the 1st floor, it was a little cool. The room was clean, bathroom had soap, shampoo, shower gel. The kitchen has lots of different cookware, microwave, fridge, electric cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle. The bedroom is small but comfortable. The housemaid Katerina brought us a very tasty breakfast every morning. Daily cleaning of the room. The hotel staff are very kind, positive people. Thank you so much for your attention, help and hospitality. Many thanks Domi for recommendations for shops, restaurants and cafes. Not far from the hotel there are cafes, shops, a good supermarket Kritikos. The week flew by like a day. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rhodes, relaxed, saw great places, walked around the Old Town. If possible we will return again to this wonderful island.

We were happy with everything. A little noisy as our room was located next to the reception.

I tried the pool once, I can swim but had to be helped out by a wonderful family from Finland. They all had floats on because there is a strong current in the pool, which we all decided was due to a large machine which filters the pool and causes a strong current. I kept being pulled under and actually thought I would drown, had to be helped by the lovely family who I think saved my life. The pool filter seems much too strong for the small pool. This is to do with the owner of course and not the lovely hotel Staff. They are wonderful.

The hotel is perfect! We can recommend to all. Its perfect located, we were walking to the center and we dont need public transport and when you need it, its directly in front of hotel. There is also few shops and restaurants near to hotel. Apartment was clean, comfy, with kitchen and all what you need and door directly to pool. It was amazing. Reception is clean and cosy, like all other places in 7PALMS. What we wanted specially highlighted is Domy on the receptions. This amazing women helped us before our trip and also during our stay. Our vacation was so much better thank to all tips she gave us and and we spent nice moments with her and talking. There is not so many people like Domy. We are so happy to met her ♥️ Also other staff which we met were amazing.

The hotel was clean and close to everything and the staff was helpful and kind. This is not a luxury hotel and the value for money was quite good, the kitchenette was very useful especially with the Farmers market so close by and the rooms were always well cleaned. Reception did everything possible to accommodate our large group and we felt well taken care off. Thank you Domi and staff for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately the pool was closed, and we really didn't get to use the pool deck. One of the 12 rooms was experiencing a warm water issue throughout the stay.

We had apartment number 16, with two bedrooms, which was on the ground floor. We had a private terrace close to the pool. Best apartment in the building in regards of pool access and privacy. Pool water temperature was perfect! The kitchen was rather small and there was no common room, just the bedrooms. But it didn't matter as we had a really great terrace! The service was excellent! Domy in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff was also very nice and eager to help. Really lovely people ❤️ 15 min walk to the old town. Close to restaurants and mini markets.

Pool was really great. The only thing was that the filtering system was on for too long periods. There was a sign stating that pool depth is 1,20-1,90 m but the shallowest we found was 1,60 m. Whenever the filtering system is on, there is a rather strong current. We didn't have any problems swimming against the current, but be careful if you're not a stong swimmer. The closets in the second bedroom smelled of mold, so didn't want to put my clothes in the closet. The closet in the master bedroom was fine.

- Their recepcionist is the best! She's very friendly, kind, always smiling and providing wise advices throughout the stay. - The apartment is very well equipped: the beds are comfortable (and made everyday!) and the A/C cools the room and living area fast enough. - Towels, gel, shampoo, body lotion and flip flops are provided. - The mini bar, kept in the fridge, has a reasonable price e.g., 1.5L bottle of water at 1€.

- The apartament had a funny smell coming from drains/bathroom - I had to ventilate it upon arrival and every now and then during the stay. - Heats build up rapidly even if the windows/blinds are kept shut

I liked mostly exceptional communication with Domy, hotel manager. She was so polite, friendly and nice. She recommended to us, some great restaurants to visit, and beaches too. Our apartment was sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, and two balconies. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great place to chill after the warm day spend in the beach. Everything is close, supermarket, local Zephyros beach, and walking distance from the Old Town is about 20minutes. We felt safe and had a exceptional stay, surely we will book 7 palms again. I highly recommend to book a excursion to Lindos, and 7 springs Also, bus station is in front of the apartment. Thank you Domy 😊

Everything was perfect, I don't have any complain.

We can't thank enough Dobby( sorry if I made a mistake) she is a treasure of this establishment. Location is perfect for 3 main reasons: Close to small public beach, and to Aegean fish resturant which has best fresh sea food and best prices. The second is nice and windy area, old town part does not have breezy evenings like hotel location. And third hotel area has many small local gaffes for 5 eur you can have a nice fresh bakery and coffee. Overall we like our time at hotel. Big balcony, nice room. We stayed in end of September we did not use AC.

May be only lighting. The lamps in room gave very white light and at the evening you feel like you are in hospital. I would prefer more warm lights a bit yellow may be. But it's not an issue at all.
