This hotel is modern, clean and quiet, with excellent staff who are friendly and help with any request. It’s a short walk to Rhodes old town and the hotel provides you with an information sheet with walking directions and restaurant recommendations - the restaurant we tried from the sheet was excellent! All of the information provided was fantastic and even helped with simple things like getting the bus, which really added to our stay and made things simple in a place we hadn’t visited before. The facilities like the lounge area and terrace were comfortable and a great place to relax. The bed was big and comfortable.

The bathroom was clean but extremely small, to the point where showering was a little difficult due to the lack of space.

thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Galaxias. I was welcomed by Anna at reception with an 8 page booklet of helpful information about Rhodes, included restaurants and things to do. This subsequently resulted in me dining in one of the restaurants (Kalammmakia) and visiting the Rodos Acropolis , both from their booklet and enjoyed them both! Anna was so helpful, organising the best way to get to the ferry port. Another reception staff gave me the verbal instructions to catch the bus to Lindos (something Google Maps couldn’t provide), which was key to me experiencing this pretty town. The room I stayed in (delux room) was very comfortable, with tea making facilities and a stocked mini fridge with a price list. The large bed was so comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. I love the decoration, especially the ceiling above the bed- see attached photo. I can’t thank the staff enough- they made my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend. Thank you!!

The hotel location was ideal. Approx 20 minutes walk to the Old Town and to Zephyros Strand beach. I initially booked a studio room but was offered Cosy room by Galaxias. Great suggestion and made my stay more comfortable. The room was a good size with plenty of storage. Small bathroom but suited me. Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well all during my stay. Room was cleaned everyday. Good air con and had no issues with it. Good breakfast provided with a good selection. On arrival I was allowed access to the room early so I could unpack and shower after my flight. Also given a very useful 8 page guide of what to see, where to eat, and local transportation. Superb customer service. I would like to give a special mention to all the staff. They were all very helpful, very polite and genuinely wanted to engage with the customers. The staff are a credit to the Galaxias hotel. I will be returning to this hotel for future holidays in Rhodes.

Very nice atmosphere, clean hotel, very good breakfast, excellent service from a very friendly staff, ready at all times to help with everything! During my stay I happened to see Katia at the reception several times. So helpful even drawings routes. The information brochure about Rhodes given by the reception it was very helpful.

I wish there was a kettle in the room.

The common areas and the rooms were super clean! The towels were super soft and they changed them daily. The people treated us like family and they didn't care to take the extra mile for us.

The location is very convenient since it is situated in a busy area with bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. However, it s a long walk to the old town where the touristic sights are, especially under the hot sun. You might consider to take a taxi which costs cheap.

Staff was friendly and attentive room was cleaned every day and our towels were changed every day and we had space and privacy in 1 room.

was little bit far from the Airport, we couldn’t eat in our room No Electric kettle in the room No mosquito net door when you open the door for fresh air. But the AC was working very good

The stuff was very kind and willing to provide any information we needed. As we arrived they gave us a detailed list of the most important things to do and see on the island. Great job, keep it like that. The room was cleaned every day. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a great experience staying at the hotel. Many shops around and we could easily access the old town of Rhodes also on foot.

The only thing I would change is the shower in the bathroom

Room was big in size. Very quiet part of town. Quiet and got an excellent nights sleep. Internet WIFI was good and had an excellent access speed. Balcony allowed you to sit on the outside. No smoking made it perfect.

Α little far from town but that was ok if you don’t mind walking 1.8km A little scarce for food places but “To Nostimo” around the corner is ok.

Very Impressive. I have travelled the world, and been to some of the best hotels. I was slightly apprenhensive staying in a 3*, but it well exceeded my expectations and in many areas much better than 5*. Greeting with a welcoming sheet on the location and places to go which was good, reception staff amazing, especially two of the ladies. I had an administration personal thing to do and they pulled up all the stops to help me. When i wanted a kettle they provided. We had a nice balcony. I cant high recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for making our 3 night stay superb.

The shower a little small, but good shower head good jet of water. shower cap and body lotion would be nice but now im being picky as nothing else to make a comment on.

The hotel's location is within walking distance from the central bus station, shopping areas, and neighborhood. We prefer to walk, but you could get around the area with taxi at a good price. The hotel's room is clean and cozy. I also like their cafe bar and waiting area, with all the gold accents on it. The staff are really nice and friendly, especially Marina. They took their time to answer all our questions and even gave us tips on good restaurant finds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

It's not that I didn't like it, but could be improved for future travelers. Although there is a shower curtain, the shower area could have a sliding door panel around it to avoid water spilling on the bathroom floor.
