The breakfast options included local products that were fresh and plentiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The main lounge yard is a beautiful place that houses a small pool and offers a welcome respite from the sweltering mid August sun. It is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the old city in the secluded streets, which are quiet and serene. But the greatest praise goes to the wonderful staff, which have made this experience into fun memory. We would like to offer a special thanks to Miss Elena and Mr. Theo for their efforts to make our stay as comfortable as it was. Mr. Theo’s restaurant recommendations have certainly turned our dinners into very delicious and fattening experiences.

Charming. Beautifully renovated. A truly historic experience. In the alleys of the old town. History everywhere. A fantastic vibe. Everyone helped with recommendations etc. an amazing quality breakfast. Absolutely 5 star. We are a very travelled couple who were truly impressed. A very unique experience indeed. Your taxi from the airport has to stop at the gates of the old town, but the staff here collect you in a golf buggy and deliver you in style !! All magical. We were in the knights chamber which is the more basic room, but very comfortable huge bed, beautiful linen, warm and cosy too as it was cold in the evenings(march). Complimentary coffee, water, and a delightful courtyard garden with many areas for relaxing. Thank you.

Nithing

Our flight was delayed—and nearly canceled—due to a freak storm, and we were re-routed to Kos. We pre-arranged a driver, and the hotel made sure he was kept informed about our situation and was ready to pick us up when we finally arrived in Rhodes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. The hotel itself feels like an oasis—quiet, and peaceful. After seeing the busier tourist areas, we appreciated the hotel’s location even more.

Clean facilities, great location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The building is a little old and so noise can be an issue, depending on the room you are allocated. The floors of room above (our ceiling) creaked a lot, which meant that we were kept awake by the person staying in the room above walking around at night. A rug in the upstairs rooms might help absorb the noise! Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Rhodes :-)

This is a beautiful boutique hotel,the location was perfect, little oasis, hidden away but still close to everything in the old town. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, lovely stylish rooms and beautiful furniture.

The room we were in was perfect, big bed, air conditioning, and well equipped with coffee machine, water bottles every day, robes, towels, slippers, and toiletries. If we had to find something that bothered us it would be the light from the high window which beams through early in the morning onto our bed which woke us first few mornings, we got around this by covering it with a towel.

Building was beautifully restored and interestingly furnished. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful, cooked to order daily. We enjoyed having a key to the front gate for any return after 10 pm. Manager could not have been more helpful, from arranging and meeting us at the taxi at the very late hour of our arrival, to advising us about day trips and car rental and conveying genuine concern about our satisfaction with our stay. Other staff was helpful also.

One of our family group was concerned about the steps to his room, particularly on arrival with luggage. But the comfort, location and uniqueness of the property made up for that concern. And upon departure, the luggage and steps were not issues as it was taken by staff to meet the taxi to our next destination.

Location were awesome. Garden of the hotel is very fascinating and peacefull. Everything is premium. They have a little shuttle buggy and they transfer you to the outside .

Room at the ground floor is very uncomfortable. There is no silence because of the people who enters to hotel from in from of you. Drain at bath is not working, after a short time bath fills with contaminated water. Told to workers but didnt fixed. Bed is not comfortoble ar the ground floor.

Spirit of the Knights is a one of a kind experience. The historical context of the building lends a very unique atmosphere to the place. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Rhodes, walking distance from everything but tucked away from some of the busier streets. Elena and Theodore were both so nice and so helpful with everything, made our trip relaxed and enjoyable. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Rhodes

First off we stayed in the "Pasha Suite" room and it was such a beautiful and comfortable room. The highlight of this room is the huge fully functional sauna/steam room! How amazing is it to have a PRIVATE steam room in your own hotel room and it was designed to look exactly like a classic steam room from a long time ago. The bed was incredibly comfortable and a king size! It had a large couch/bed in the living room area and the bath tub is HUGE. You could easily fit three grown adults sitting in it. Our host was incredible helpful, nice, accommodating and made some great recommendations for places to eat. We went during the off season and there was barely anyone in Rhodes (how we like it) and only one other couple in the hotel while we were there. Breakfast was made fresh to order each morning with delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. The garden area where you eat breakfast each morning was like a little oasis! We were right in the middle of Rhodes Old Town so we did have to park just outside the gate (tons of free parking just outside the gates) and walk about 5-7min to the hotel but it felt like nothing as you were transported back in time surrounded by castle walls and medieval streets. Our host helped us bring everything in when we arrive which was amazing and did the same when we left. He gave us great instructions on where to park as well.

We liked everything.

This was a great hotel for our three days in Rhodes Town. The owner came to meet us from the transfer with a trolley for the luggage (you'll need it, you can't get dropped at the front door) quite late at night. The courtyard has a little plunge pool, which is great for cooling off. The hotel has been renovated with lots of nods to its past. Daily bottles of water in the room were very welcome. It was our honeymoon and they welcomed us with surprise wine and fresh fruit in the room - really nice of them.

Maybe a very British comment, but I expect tea and coffee-making facilities in the room at this price point.
