The building is old with lovely character right in the middle of the old city. After the first night I asked to change to a more private room, and she kindly obliged me, despite the extra work. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the management very considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Rhodes.

We are grateful to Olya and her husband for their hospitality and warm welcome in Rhodes. Olya shared some great recommendations for restaurants and places to see in Rhodes. The location is perfect: lots of shops and restaurants are nearby, it's located right at the main street in Rhodes: Sokratous. The main street is quite busy and crowded. Our room was equipped with AC which was really nice and helpful during the heat in August. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Medieval Rose!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this accommodation! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome by the hosts to the spotless cleanliness of the room. The location was ideal – close to the city center and even not so far from the seaside, yet peaceful and quiet for a great night's sleep. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We can’t thank the hosts enough for their hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Everything was perfect!

The employees were very understanding and helpful. Even though we arrived before the check-in time, they accepted us to leave our luggage. I felt like in a warm home environment. There was a filter coffee, kettle, cup and plate in the room. Its location is in the center of the city, although there were occasional noises, it did not bother me much. The common terrace was nice and there were wires to hang the laundry there. I can say that it is a place where you can feel at home in the heart of history that I would like to visit again.

It would be better if there was a private bathroom and toilet

The location is amazing - right in the heart of the old town, just off the main street. A fantastic family run restaurant is just outside with excellent food - we ate there twice and it felt authentic with a lovely variety of different Greek dishes. We were with an elderly person and there was just one flight of steps to get up to the rooms which were large, comfortable, air conditioned and well equipped. There was a shared bathroom and everything was clean. The owner was very friendly and took time to make sure we were comfortable. She made up the rooms to suit our party of 7 people: a double, a twin and a triple room.

We were looking for something affordable and central for our one night in Rhodes. This place defentely met our expectations. It was easy to find, walking distance from the port, room was clean, comfortable, airconditioned and quiet. Olga was friendly and helpful. She offered to call for us public electrical car, free of charge, to take us to the old town gate, nearest to the port. It was really helpful, as we didn`t need to carry all our bags through the crowed and walk in the heat. She is interessting person to talk to.

Bathrooms need some maintanance, toilet cover is loose, shower should be repaired.

Olga and her husband were easy-going and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town! The room was very spacious with large windows. There were two showers on our floor so no waiting time to use bathroom or showers. Air conditioning worked well and having a small fridge and coffee-making facilities is good.

There is a bit of noise from the clubs in the area, which is unavoidable in this central location.

The layout is very nice and it is situated in the centre of Rhodes. For the bathroom situation there is 2 bathrooms shared between 4 rooms. It is not bad because sometimes the rooms are empty and most the time people our out when you need to shower. Olga is incredibly friendly she gave us beach towels and there is also a drying rack.

Had a lovely four nights at Medieval Rose. It was a gorgeous little boutique accommodation and very good value. The bed was very comfy. The room was quite spacious and also fairly quiet given its proximity to Socrates st. It was also nice to have a fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. I highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Medieval Rose a number of times and have always found it to be excellent. It is very conveniently located for us at the start and end of island hopping trips. It is located in the centre of Rhodes old town and just a few steps away from shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet. It is basic but very clean and Olga is a wonderful host who always makes us feel very welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending the property
