Our stay at Zacosta Villa Hotel was exceptional in every way! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rhodes’ beautiful Old Town, allowing you to explore the charming alleys and historic sights on foot. Breakfast was truly wonderful — fresh, plentiful, and prepared with great care, the perfect way to start the day. A special mention goes to George, who, with his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. You could really feel that he genuinely cared about our stay, and that made it all the more memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Rhodes with comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.

First impressions from staff, particularly George, on arrival so accommodating, informative and always available to help. The hotel so quiet, as you walk inside the inner courtyard, clean, comfortable and authentic. Bed comfortable. Provision of coffee machine and also access to daily bottled water, both still and sparkling as complimentary were an absolute considerate addition to our stay. Beachtowels also provided if you head out for a swim at the beach Bathroom clean and provisions top class. Breakfast buffet covered simply yoghurt, eggs, selection meat, cheeses olives, croissants, Danish pastries, Greek pastries eg spanokipita, also on our stay fresh waffles or pancakes an option too. We had two rooms, family of 4 downstairs and myself I stayed upstairs in the Raimondo room. Whole experience without fault.

Fantastic boutique hotel with the most incredible level level of friendly help and service from the staff. We stayed for 2 nights at the start of a 2 week Dodacanese island hopping holiday and will be staying on our last night as well. George kindly met us at the city walls from our airport taxi in the golf buggy to take us to Zacosta and also ran us to our ferry on departure, and throughout our stay provided great help and advice and has continued to do so through our onward journey! The hotel itself is lovely, set back on a quiet side street but still right in the old town. It has a pretty private courtyard where a great breakfast is served. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We can't recommend highly enough - just what you would want for a visit to Rhodes old town!

Nothing - all fantastic!

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa hotel in Rhodes! Everything was simply perfect — from the beautiful and peaceful setting to the spotless rooms and relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay special was the host, George. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout — going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. I’ve never been the type of person to leave reviews, but this place genuinely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Rhodes!

Nothing!!!

The hotel itself is located really centrally to the old town but also hidden away - so like a little oasis The staff were definitely the highlight - we felt like royalty with them checking in just the right amount and offering to assist with any bookings or when our travel plans changed Special shout out to George who was lovely and made our stay really special - still one of the best Aperol Spritz’s we’ve had Thank you for adding so much to the holiday - if we’re ever in Rhodes again we will be back and definitely would recommend to anyone

Everything was perfect - no complaints

This little gem can be found down a little lane, just a short walk from the busy area, tucked away behind a wooden door. It's really pretty & has everything you'd need for a stay in Rhodes old town. The staff of 2 are incredibly helpful and kind. George picked us up from the port in a golf buggy & took us back. He also gave us useful tips for places to eat. It was my husband's Birthday & they played & sang to "happy birthday " whilst lighting a candle on a gorgeous little cake. The surprise continued with champagne back in the room.

Couldn't fault it

Charming hotel in the old town of Rhodes, just steps away from very nice restaurants and all the historical landmarks. Owner is very nice and responsive. Got a pick up and drop off in a golf buggy from the taxi station (very appreciated as had a large suitcase). Breakfast selection was good.

Bed in our room had a soft matress. OK for one night, but probably uncomfortable for a longer stay. The terrace where the breakfast was served is very nice, but there were not enough tables for all the people having breakfast in the morning. We had to wait until a table became available (in August the seating indoors was not as comfortable as airco was not on).

Wonderful stay, truly felt like guests in their home and we felt like nothing was too big an ask. John and Nikko could give a masterclass in customer service, they really were amazing. Breakfast in the courtyard in the morning was lovely, really good location a short walk from everything in the old town. John gave us lots of restaurant recommendations, we went to most of them and they were excellent - they are very knowledgeable on the area and gave really good advice of how to avoid tourist traps which was very appreciated. Room was conveniently cleaned while we had our breakfast each morning too, just all round such a lovely stay and I can't thank the team at Zacosta enough

This is a haven in Rhodes Old Town, just far enough away from the beaten path that you feel you're somewhere special, but still close to shops and restaurants. It's beautiful, and the management is fantastic. My daughter was sick the first morning, and Nikos helped me find a great doctor who had an appointment, and made sure I got there okay. This enabled us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The breakfast was fresh pastries from nearby stores, eggs, with yogurt, cereal and jam options, all very tasty (and of course coffee), and Nikos found unsweetened soy milk for my mother-in-law, which made her very happy. Rooms were cleaned daily and were very tidy. The aesthetics of the hotel is very calm and relaxed, with a wooden hallways and spacious courtyard. It was everything we had wanted for our stay.

Great location at Old Town, not at the center of the crowded areas and if you go out walking distance to everywhere. Nikos was a great hotel manager and did everything to make our stay pleasant. I also noticed that he payed attention to small details which would please the guests. The rooms were large and sufficient to accomodate 4 guests. (we were three) It was also nice talking to him. The place is more like a friendly home environment.

Furnitures in the hotel looked old. Maybe that was on purpose, to give a more antique style but I lacked the flexibility that we have in standart hotel rooms. You can check this from room pictures at the website.
