Charming hotel in the old town of Rhodes, just steps away from very nice restaurants and all the historical landmarks. Owner is very nice and responsive. Got a pick up and drop off in a golf buggy from the taxi station (very appreciated as had a large suitcase). Breakfast selection was good.

Bed in our room had a soft matress. OK for one night, but probably uncomfortable for a longer stay. The terrace where the breakfast was served is very nice, but there were not enough tables for all the people having breakfast in the morning. We had to wait until a table became available (in August the seating indoors was not as comfortable as airco was not on).

Wonderful stay, truly felt like guests in their home and we felt like nothing was too big an ask. John and Nikko could give a masterclass in customer service, they really were amazing. Breakfast in the courtyard in the morning was lovely, really good location a short walk from everything in the old town. John gave us lots of restaurant recommendations, we went to most of them and they were excellent - they are very knowledgeable on the area and gave really good advice of how to avoid tourist traps which was very appreciated. Room was conveniently cleaned while we had our breakfast each morning too, just all round such a lovely stay and I can't thank the team at Zacosta enough

This is a haven in Rhodes Old Town, just far enough away from the beaten path that you feel you're somewhere special, but still close to shops and restaurants. It's beautiful, and the management is fantastic. My daughter was sick the first morning, and Nikos helped me find a great doctor who had an appointment, and made sure I got there okay. This enabled us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The breakfast was fresh pastries from nearby stores, eggs, with yogurt, cereal and jam options, all very tasty (and of course coffee), and Nikos found unsweetened soy milk for my mother-in-law, which made her very happy. Rooms were cleaned daily and were very tidy. The aesthetics of the hotel is very calm and relaxed, with a wooden hallways and spacious courtyard. It was everything we had wanted for our stay.

Great location at Old Town, not at the center of the crowded areas and if you go out walking distance to everywhere. Nikos was a great hotel manager and did everything to make our stay pleasant. I also noticed that he payed attention to small details which would please the guests. The rooms were large and sufficient to accomodate 4 guests. (we were three) It was also nice talking to him. The place is more like a friendly home environment.

Furnitures in the hotel looked old. Maybe that was on purpose, to give a more antique style but I lacked the flexibility that we have in standart hotel rooms. You can check this from room pictures at the website.

Communication was excellent and we were met from the ferry by the owner with a buggy to take us and our luggage to the hotel. We were given a bottle of wine on arrival and the room was air conditioned with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a huge variety of food to choose from. On departure, we were again transported back to one of the city gates and a taxi was booked for us to take us to the airport. We would definitely stay again, this already being our second visit.

Quiet location. `Giordano’ suite was spacious and had character. Marble bathroom with safe shower. Continental breakfast served in courtyard. The host, John, transported me and my luggage in a golf cart so I didn’t have to walk uphill on cobbled streets within Rhodes old town. He also arranged a van to take me and my travel companions from the city gate to the airport.

The bedroom didn’t have much natural light but that’s because Zacosta is in an old part of the ancient city.

Really lovely rooms in the centre of the old town. The hotel made contact with us whilst in the taxi en route to arrange where to meet us and to take our bags on their golf buggy from the city walls to the hotel. John the manager was very helpful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations, we only stayed two nights before starting island hopping, leaving early on the second morning, the hotel even provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving very early and took our bags to the port. This is a great hotel with super helpful staff, lovely modern rooms and a very central location to explore the old town. Highly recommended.

The location in the old town was great. The owner met us with a gulf cart after midnight when we arrived with a taxi to an area where the cars can't go. He even took us the supermarket that stays open for us to get some drinks before taking us to the hotel. The staff (Nico and other staff) were extremely helpful with everything. I can't praise this place enough. It felt like we were with family.

I have nothing bad to say.

It was our first trip in Rhodes, staying in Old Town was so perfect. It was really nice of John and Nikos to pick us up from the ferry port. The breakfast was so good, we enjoyed it every morning. John, Nikos and the lady were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable for 3 people. We thank them for making our holiday great :)

The location in the old town was perfect for museums and restaurants. We had a suite with a terrace which was very quiet and peaceful. Nickos even came in his golf buggy to collect us from the ferry port.

A villa was being built next door and the cement mixer was noisy during breakfast. Our villa was on the flight path to and from the airport.
