Absolutely fantastic stay our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean,we had the Junior Pool Suite and we loved it. We needed a quiet holiday to recharge and we were so looked after by Effie, Giannis and Retta.We have never met such lovely,warm friendly people, nothing was too much trouble,they even sorted a rubber safety shower mat for added security on the tiled floor as my husband has had a hip replacement and it made him feel more secure. The breakfasts were wonderful we had a different choice everyday,all fresh and beautifully prepared and delivered with a smile by Retta. We had a wonderful time and sad to leave however we have booked to return. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Stunning mix of authentic Greek decor with very modern twist Stylish, clean, spacious, airy. Every detail was thought of Perfect location next to a cute square… literally 2 minutes to the busy street but also calm and soundproof rooms New town is around 15 minutes walk. Worth a look but personally don’t think you can beat the charm and authenticity of the old town Staff were so helpful and friendly. Organised our transfers from the airport and onto Lindos. Very relaxed and looked after us well. I particularly loved the Greek breakfast delivered fresh every day. I think most items were home made and it was such a treat Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rhodes

Absolutely spotlessly clean, very good quality mattress on the bed, I slept really well. Breakfast was delivered every morning with good quality food and lots of variety. Considering the location is right in the middle of Rhodes old town it was very quiet and peaceful. Hosts very accommodating and friendly, felt like seeing old friends by the end of the week. Pool area was lovely and secluded a real sun trap. Kitchen is well equipped and water, coffee and juice replaced each day. Loved the whole week here and can't wait to go back! Exceptional.

Can not find any faults and I am really picky!

The property is located in the heart of the Old town, right next to very nice restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hosts Effi and Jannis were exceptional. As cars are not allowed in the Old town, they contacted us beforehand and arranged for an electric buggy to come and pick us up from one of the entry points (no extra charge!). They then met us on arrival, handed us our keys and showed us round the room and the property. The room was spacious and cosy. We had a private pool, with which they provided some floats for us to use, as well as a paddle and ball. They gave us a complimentary beer and wine when we arrived too! They gave us their number so we could message them for anything during our stay. Every morning they delivered breakfast to us at time we decided before 11am, which we could eat within our private pool area. It was really nice and included a nice combination of eggs, grilled chicken, donuts, cakes, fruits, yoghurt etc. When it was time for us to depart, they arranged another electric buggy to take us outside the Old town to meet our taxi (no extra charge)! Overall, amazing stay! Thank you Effi and Jannis. We will hopefully be back soon!

The only thing, which can't be helped due to the property's great location, is the fact that the property is located near some clubs/bars which do play loud music at night (seems to start sometime after 12.30am). Sometimes this was noticeable (particularly the bass), sometimes it wasn't. We were provided with complimentary ear plugs and eyeshades to help with this though. So if you're a light sleeper, I would highly recommend making use of these or trying to sleep before 12.30am.

The location is perfect for dining and sightseeing in the old town. Our room had a converted ancient water cistern which served as our own private pool. All was in pristine condition and very cool. Shower and bathroom could not have been better and our bed was big and comfortable. However, the best thing was the unbelievable breakfasts. Something different everyday and always traditional. Effie even provided a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for our ferry. And she gave us a lift to the port!! We would love to return one day. Thank you Effie, Giannis and, of course, Retta. You made our time in Rhodes special and unforgettable.

The property was is a prime location of old town, nothing was more than a 5-10 minute walk. Inside was spotless, cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards. The owners made you feel like family and were the very definition of greek hospitality, i couldn’t recommend it more ! The staff also were amazing going above and beyond all the time. The photos of the room are an exact representation of what we walked into. A special thanks to effie, yannis for making our holiday perfect and also a thank-you to Retta for all her hard work !

Absolutely beautiful place with everything you could want and more. Perfect hosts who are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast, what can I say but WOW it’s delicious and so much. We are looking at booking again and highly recommend staying at Utopia Luxury Suites. They are centrally located to everything you will need. We were given all the information we could need before arrival, they also sorted our taxi from the airport including a buggy from the entrance of the walled city to our accommodation. They also sorted the buggy to come and collect us on our departure.

The compound and apartments were levely, we were met by electric buggy at the gate and taken into this lovely location central in the old town, surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and were an absolute relief when we got back from out in the heat, and turned on the air conditioning! I can't fill in this review without mentioning two things - the breakfasts - which were so welcome each day! they were super tasty and the variety was so good - there was something for all four of us! The other thing to mention is the hosts - Effie and Giannis - both were so awesome and accommodating, they really made our holiday a little more special!

We misunderstood when we thought the pool was communal, but that was really our fault. It was a little depressing having to walk past that lovely pool in the heat, with mostly no-one using it :0(

Effie and Yiannis was very helpful and kind throughout our accomodation, even days before our arrival they got in touch with us to offer their assistance. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and served at just the right time each day. Lady who served breakfast was very kind. Everything was perfect, we felt very special. Thanks to Effie and Yiannis for making our stay so wonderful and also for the sweet suprise.

Nothing bothered us except the loud music coming from a place near the hotel until late hours. However rooms have good isolation, it didn’t bother us much.

The hosts and employees are amazing - They always think of you and for us it felt like family. They’ll do whatever they can to make your stay more enjoyable even if you already checked out and have to wait for the late plane. The breakfast they prepare is also superb with diverse fresh food and fresh orange juice to kickstart your day. The apartment itself is also very clean, beautiful and spacious. And the garden/facility (we had with the pool) is just amazing as well. Everything you need to visit is in walking distance and even closer than it looks on google maps (harbor, restaurants, museums). Such a good location in a lovely city with great restaurants.

The only minor thing is that there is a nightclub in the area that plays loud music until late at night at certain days.
