We had a wonderful stay at Avalon Boutique Hotel, a truly unique and charming property nestled right in the heart of the medieval Old Town of Rhodes. Despite being just steps away from the vibrant buzz of the town’s narrow cobbled streets, the hotel offers an oasis of calm and serenity — it’s quite remarkable how peaceful it is once you step inside the beautiful stone courtyard. We stayed in the Anatoli Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. A real highlight was our private terrace with a couple of sun loungers — perfect for relaxing in privacy. The bed was very comfortable, the linens spotless, and the bathroom (fitted with multi-jet shower features) was clean and well-equipped with towels and toiletries. Thenia, who greeted us upon arrival, was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful — always with a genuine smile. Throughout our stay, she and another lovely staff member (whose name I regret not getting) were both attentive and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made our stay all the more special. Breakfast was another highlight — served in a beautiful stone patio surrounded by greenery, accompanied by the gentle sounds of a water fountain and birdsong. A peaceful and refreshing way to start the day. Avalon Boutique Hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The attention to detail and the kindness of the staff made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely return at the first opportunity. What a gem, staff were friendly, we stayed in the Villa was exactly what we needed. its located in old town which was perfect right near all the sites and great restaurants in walking distance We only had breakfast one day , but it was nice. Clean rooms , nice courtyard to sit in. Taxi driver called them advising we were coming from the airport and staff member met us on the outside of old town with a golf buggy and transported us and our luggage to our room

Door handle broken was fixed immediately Very dark bathrooms not enough lighting , we put the lamps in there. Couldn’t get the lights so turn on in kitchen, but we ate out anyways

The little boutique hotel was a small sanctuary within the walls of Rhodes Old Town. It provided a shade and warm welcome from those who met us. It was clean and tastefully arranged. Cool in the hot days as it is within the old town building walls designed to keep the heat away. It is in the centre of the old town buzz, yet so quiet in the hotel area. The staff exceptionally earl and provided electric taxi services to taxi - very much needed in the hot days and pebbled roads.

The bathroom needs a bit of TLC, but it is very clean!

The location in the middle of the mideveal town was awesome. We liked the space the residence offered and the nice breakfasts served in the garden.

The mattress in the master bed room is worn out and we could not sleep. We were then allowed to use another large room with a perfect hard mattress.

This is a rustic, cozy little hotel just off one of the beautiful ancient streets. It has a lovely authentic feel to it and the staff are all very welcoming and obliging! It’s a short wander to anywhere in old town, and super convenient if you have a ferry to catch! Cute breakfast, served in the shady courtyard.

Overall it was lovely! It’s not the easiest to navigate cobblestones with a wheelie case and there’s (obviously!) no parking in old town, so just keep that in mind. Could add some more bedding — another pillow and a blanket would be good. It’s also not for you if you want something modern. (We liked it, but it’s certainly on the rustic charm scale!)

The hotel is in a good position, near the ippoton street and very close to the harbour and the bus stop. The structure is in an beautiful old palace .The patio is enchanted and we have enjoyed the breakfast served there every morning. Breakfast was an awesome surprise: Greek yogurt with honey, juice, every day a different salty and sweet dish. Staff was very welcoming , kind and kids friendly.

In the bathroom there was an old bath tub. This is a point that could be inproved

Really nice hotel in the old city just near the knights palace. Very comfortable room and a shady, relaxing courtyard perfect for a drink on a hot afternoon. All staff went out of their way to be helpful . Excellent breakfast and great recommendations from them for best restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Avalon. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Rhodes old town. The hotel is very peaceful with a beautiful courtyard. The room was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and staff very kind. Would highly recommend it

The location. This is a serious yes. Being right inside the old town and on the knights passage wow! The morning staff at breakfast were first class and the room was clean, quiet and safe.

The welcome was non existent, sadly the evening reception didn't receive my arrival time email, so the gentleman on arrival at 5pm was curt, direct and lacking in any warmth. The villa we had contained 2 bedroom safes, neither of which had instructions and were working. The downstairs aircon didn't work and there was not enough light (we kept having to move lamps around). We were basically handed a bunch of keys and left to it. Really not impressed by that!

Fantastic place in a central location in the old town. Host service is very good. I recommend it, you won't regret it.
