Arriving quite late in the day at reception we were greeted by the manager and another member of staff who made us feel very special indeed. We were given a welcoming drink and our cases were quickly transported to our room. The location of this fairly new hotel is perfect for the traveler who wishes to be in the middle of everything. The staff could not do enough for us and we had an extremely nice and comfortable five days here.

I really can't think of anything which could be improved, other than possibly a lift to the bedrooms instead of using the two sets of stairs, but they actually have two ground floor rooms available for disabled people.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and want to help you not only during the stay but also after the stay is finished. The commitment for customer satisfaction was incredible, this trait was much much better than any place I have stayed. I would like to give you an example but I’m pretty sure it would be our experience, and other guests must have experiences that satisfied them as much as it did for us. Secondly, breakfast is very satisfying, again it was by far one one of the best value I’ve got throughout my travels. Thirdly the location was great, as it is very cöose to nightlife (ie fuego and live music is just downstairs) but interestingly no sound into our room due to great insulation. Also being in the center of old town, very easy to see historic sites. Additionaly there is a supermarket just next door.

Maybe it was only our room and we forgot to complain due to great experiences we had but the toilet flush in our room was very strong of which after the liquid spills out if we flush too fast.

The location was perfect in the old town, very close to the hippocrates square and to the Marina Gate for the Kolona harbour for Dodekannisos speed ferry to Symi. We booked the superior King Suite because of the normally small sizes of greek hotel rooms but it was net necessary because the double rooms were very big as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The owner Dimitri and Katerina are very friendly and generous. We were spoiled with gifts and would highly recommend the hotel.

If you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing some earplugs because the noise from the nightlife can be loud sometimes.

The hotel staff are very hospitable, kind, and attentive, and their treats are wonderful. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is included, and it’s so good that it’s hard to believe. The location is excellent. For wine lovers, there is a wide selection of wines from all regions of Greece at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place

We were upgraded to the superior suite as the original room’s air-conditioning being broken, which was large luxurious and very clean, especially the stand-alone bath in the room. The location is incredibly central and we were only a short walk away from everything. The staff went above and beyond for us, the wonderful man at reception was kind, informative and very generous and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent.

Due to the amazing central location the noise at night was very loud, especially coming from a club that backs onto the property. Whether this was just the superior suite room, or it applies to them all we cannot say.

A superb hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms and facilities. All members of staff were absolutely brilliant, really friendly and always on hand to deal with any issues. A special mention to Akis who is a consummate professional and a credit to the hotel. The breakfast, which is taken on the terrace in front of the hotel, is really nice and of a high quality.

I suppose, due to the central location in Rhodes Old Town, we should have been prepared for a bit more noise in the evening from the surrounding nightlife. We're use to visiting smaller, quieter Greek islands so are not use to the more lively town environment but if it's something you are use to or indeed are a bit of a nightbird then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to you.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, wine selection and hospitality of the staff were all amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s easy to walk everywhere in the Old Town. I highly recommend! The owners welcomed me like family and made my experience beyond great!

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! It was my second time at this hotel and I will continue to return when I can!

We are very pleased with the Katherina’s hospitality in the mornings. She is always positive and helpful about everything. Breakfast is perfect, you can order anything from the menu. Thanks to Mrs. Huelya, we didn’t suspect anything about hygiene. The hotel is brand new. Everything is clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. The airconditioner works very well which is very important for Rhodes. The hotel provided us clean beach towels everyday. The location : Every attraction is 5 minutes walking distance maximum. Honestly, I can say that there is no better hotel in Rhodes old town. Thanks for everything!!

What a fabulous find. A tucked away gem in the old town of Rhodes that makes you feel part of the family whilst staying with them. Room was lovely and well appointed with everything you needed- including gorgeous Korres products in the bathroom and a Nespresso machine as well as fluffy cotton dressing gowns and black out blinds - what more can you wish for. Katerina was a stunning hostess, so kind and fun - even giving us an early morning coffee and chat before our ferry. We will definitely be back. We moved here from Atrium Palace - a disaster of a hotel and this felt 5 x the 5* experience.

I can imagine the noise for some may be a problem - but what do you expect for such a fantastic location in the heart of a busy town! Tucked on the far corner from the bars our room 109 was relatively easy to fall asleep with minimal discomfort with the air conditioner making just a low hum.
