Great location, delicious food, free drinks; wonderful staff... great value for money. But above all - lovely people working here, not only great professionals, but warm-hearted people: from waitress staff (Pollyanna, Sara, Irini ) to the ladies at reception (Rania and all the younger ladies) to cleaning ladies....conducted by their manager Mr. Anastasis, who were kind all very helpful with small tips, what to see or not to miss in Rhodes :) Thank you lovely people of Castellum for everything ! We arrived unexpectedly at Castellum - we had to make a spontaneous last minute reservation here due to some “adventures” in Rodos Old Town (we had arrived at another hotel we booked just to find no one there and then to find out that they have given our room so smn else).But we were lucky to find and book a night at Castellum where we were warmly greeted by personnel, given a very nice room with a spacious balcony and explained about all the hotel facilities and all-inclusive system and welcomed to the dinner which has just started. The room was new, nice and clean with a great tropical shower and all the required amenities. The staff in the restaurant was fast, positive and helpful and the cocktails in the bar tasted very nice. You can also take drinks from the restaurant with you and finish them in your room or on your way to the Old Town. There is a nice lounge area with sofas by the pool where you can drink coffee or a cocktail or have ice-cream. Also it is very convenient to go and wander about the Old Town and get to the hotel for lunch which is included in the price of your room - the hotel is just 10 mins walk away. We would like to sincerely express our gratitude to Yannis, Rania and Matina for their professionalism, your welcoming touch just made our day! Each of them deserves appreciation. Keep on spreading the Greek hospitality (totally lost in some places we visited during this trip) as you do! We travelled in Rodos for 2 weeks and Castellum was the best in terms of atmosphere, welcome and value for money, with a very nice location and renovated rooms. When we are close to the Old Town - we will definitely come again and we will recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives. If you are looking for luxury -I would say this one would rather be more of a city hotel with all you need but the atmosphere is very democratic, warm and positive! Thank you guys - you are great and we enjoyed staying with you even though it was only 1 night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. The food was really nice and plenty of choice. However, it is not A La Carte dining and for those expecting this you will be disappointed. However for the price you pay it is more than acceptable. The only downside is the bar and the use of paper cups if taking outside to the pool. However not sure plastic tumblers would be any better. Bar staff were helpful, but with generally only one person on duty you might have to wait a bit. Location is amazing with a 10min walk to the Old Town and the Acropolis and a 25 min walk to the new town. We had a lovely break and could not fault our accommodation or the staff and for what we paid, it was amazing. Thank you.

The bar set up, however the staff were friendly and helpful and it didn’t spoil our break.

Need improve variety of meals Please add slipers on the room, especially winder time is a must and few towels more. Room renovate probably in speed mood and some wall details never cleaned up properly. Glass on the balcony is not soundproof and the noise from the street was awfull. Pillows need improve or variety , at least 2 for every person.

We had a fantastic time at the Castellum suites from Start to finish. The staff were so helpful and friendly and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was lovely. The food was great and there was lots of variety too. The positioning of the suites is also a bonus, with only a short walk into Rhodes old town and a 15 minute walk to the beach and harbour. We would definitely book again.

The pool area was nice but it was hard to Find a sun lounger because it was often busy.

Lovely hotel in Central location.. all inclusive and very kind and friendly staff. Water and tea and coffee facilities are supplied in the rooms which is a welcome touch. Food is very nice. Luggage storage is available if you have a late flight and you can still use the hotel facilities after check out.

The place is amazing. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, we expected it wouldn't. The girl on reception was amazing. Gave us our all-inclusive wrist bands and stored our luggage for us. When the room was ready, she gave us a free upgrade. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The pool area is lovely and the pool itself is spotless. Plenty of choice on the buffet at meal times. You won't be hungry. Great choice of drinks on the all inclusive, local beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, brand as well as a decent cocktail list. Location is perfect. 20 minute walk to both the old and new towns, 15 minutes from the Acropolis. We will definitely be back.

Friendly, helpful and always positive employees everywhere, in the restaurant and bar, the cleaning ladies and the receptionists. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the food was excellent. Thank you Rania for allowing us to use the all inclusive after the check out until our flight. The location is excellent, in a quieter area but near the Old Town, there is nearby rent a car with excellent service as well. They left us colouring eggs in couzinak and candle in the room since it was Easter, and the hotel arranged live greek music the next day. The water was good for swimming in the small bays in the eastern side of the island and the reviews here are generally correct except the negative ones for the food. It was tasty, always warm and a great variety.

Everything was perfect and it was great value for the money we spent late April beginning of May.

Was pleasant stay at Castellum suites. Was scared to book this hotel because of different reviews, but completely no regrets for choosing it. Cleaning service every day, lovely and hard working staff, of course all the staff were great.. but especially want to mention Irene and Catherina (I guess she is a manager). I stayed there with two kids, and these girls were just incredible and so helpful. Hope the employer sees its great workers. The food was tasty, with no complaints at all. Stayed there for 10 days, so I know what I am saying, and of course, I didn't expected caviar and champagne. We checked in around 2:40pm, and the girls at reception made sure that we got lunch despite lunch time finished at 2:30 pm. It was so lovely after a long flight. Overall, I would stay there again, and of course, the location is just perfect. The bus stop across the road, and the old and new town is 15 minutes walking away.
