Pool area ,although lovely,was not large enough to accommodate the number of guests.People were still reserving beds with their towels from early morning

Room was lovely, air conditioned, large, comfortable, king size bed, views to the archaeological site behind the hotel. Large walk-in shower, ample toiletries, basin and adjoining toilet. Room was serviced daily, clean towels, beds made, linen changed. Fridge/Mini bar, we used it to keep our water cool. Buffet breakfast was incredible. Cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, bread, cheeses, cold meats, as well as a full selection of hot choices. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, any small issues were handled promptly. Mr Vangelis (manager) would welcome us each morning with a smile and handshake. Hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the Old Town, easy access to the Bus Station and Port.

This is a city centre hotel, surrounded by trees, with a swimming pool...so sunbathing space will always be restricted because of the travel of the sun. We did manage to grab a couple of sunbeds on our last day, my partner enjoyed the shade and I 'bed hopped' to be in direct sun at times. Pool is very clean, satisfyingly refreshing, lifeguard on duty, plenty of towels and refreshment service available.

The hotel was clean, tidy and a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the rooms are a good size. There is a good selection of food for breakfast with pastries, fruit, hot food. A good sized swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and a bar serving drinks and food. All of the staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful! The beautiful and busy ancient walled Rhodes town is less than 10 minute walk away, full of shops and restaurants, bustling nightlife. Also, there is a cocktail bar on top of the hotel!

Excellent staff, professional and always nice and available. Large and comfortable structure, with great facilities such as gym, spa, pool and rooftop garden. They also offer evening music events, but we could not attend. The breakfast was good with many options. Good location within walking distance from old and new town.

A 5 stars hotel should definitely provide parking facilities or offer an alternative solution with a local garage. We found that the standard room was way too small compared to other hotels at the same level. We would recommend the following improvements: Replace carpet with a more hygienic regular floor or parquet as in the other rooms Upgrade bathroom to provide basic privacy and ventilation Replace pillows Upgrade the hairdryer Avoid that the staff passing by around 7PM to check that everything is ok, enters the room with a key while guests are in

A first class level cozy an safe 5* SPA hotel. You feel welcome here. A personal "Welcome" card with a gift, a comfortable bed and good pillows awaited in the room. A large, well-maintained pool area immersed in greenery with an outdoor terrace and bar. George, the pool staff, is a gem - very helpful and attentive. Music evenings on the outdoor terrace, which could be enjoyed with dinner. Elegant roof terrace with bar. Breakfast very rich and tasty. Room service at a high level, staff very welcoming and helpful - especially Claudine and Andreas. Excellent location in the city park area - about 8 minutes walk to the port, the old town, the bus station and the center.

Smoking was allowed in the pool area.

The staff compliment this Hotel by their professionalism and virtuous manner and of course by speaking the Greek language. The location is well located in the town Centre near the old town it’s only a few minutes walk away. I liked very much the hotel design and style Far away from a Hotel offering mass production and all inclusive. Small very friendly and very very well established by the staff and the Hotels condition of been very well kept.

I did not like the fact that there was carpet instead of parquet and not presentable at that especially at the door opening it was a different shade of colour. I would suggest that when the management allocates rooms to booking.com they should consider much better options than this exercised. The food & Beverage department offers excellent choices from snacks to main dishes and the breakfast is highly suitable for anyone’s pallet.

Stunning hotel in excellent location near Rhodes Old Town. This was our 3rd stay. Exceptional staff, so helpful and charming. Very comfortable, newly decorated bedroom. Lovely quiet balcony. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful interiors, lovely pool. Looking forward to our next stay.

The outstandingly well trained and friendly staff really make this excellent hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, and there is always a smiling face to greet you. From reception to the chamber maids, to the first class restaurant team. Wonderful breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly want. The location close to the Old City, but not in it, is perfect. A nice quiet area.

Room was on the small side, and bathroom did not have a proper door.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff are all lovely, friendly and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and on arrival they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which was stunning and huge! All areas of the hotel felt so luxurious, it really is somewhere special. The pool area is kept clean and tidy by the pool attendant, George who was attentive and looked after everyone around the outdoor area. The staff behind the pool bar were brilliant, and delivered drinks to your sun loungers after ordering at the bar. The short walk to the medieval old town was pleasant and we felt safe walking back at night passed the playground and Estrella Rhodes bar. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, with an egg menu on the tables and buffets of hot food, fruit, cakes, pastries etc. You could order fresh coffee and pots of tea. We also walked through the new town to Elli beach and the other way across to a smaller beach called Akandia Strand. This is a sandier beach and not as stony as Elli beach, but it is small. The whole experience of our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

There is nothing we didn’t like!

Everything was fabulous - the property was spotless, staff very accommodating, great selection at breakfast, comfortable bedrooms. I think the highlight was certainly the location, can’t really be beaten to explore Rhodes Town. We have already spoke about staying again 😀
