Basically, everything! Beautiful, new, and stylish room with comfy large beds and a large shower. Worth it!

Absence of a physical reception, which was not clear while we were booking. We discovered later that there was no reception and when we got at the property we had some trouble accessing the room (since it's automated from a distance) but calling the given whatsapp contact would quickly solve the problem.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town, bus and taxi stops, and Elli Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast mainly includes items like croissants, cakes, pastries, and crackers. On our last day, we had an early ferry to catch and didn’t have time to sit for breakfast. We asked if we could take a few cakes and pastries with us to eat on the ferry, but the staff explained that taking food from the breakfast area is not allowed as per hotel policy. However, since we were traveling with our children, they kindly made an exception and allowed us to take a few items. It would be a thoughtful improvement if the hotel could offer a small takeaway breakfast package for guests who have paid for breakfast but are unable to enjoy it due to early departures.

Good hotel in a great location. The room was spotlessly clean with very good in-room facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No “proper” reception area, so when we had to get ready ahead of our flight home, we had to sort ourselves and our bags outside on the pavement and then stand outside on the pavement waiting for our taxi. Despite the staff looking at us, at no point did they offer us a seat at any of the dozens of empty chairs, even though we’d been guests of the hotel and spent money in their bar. Also, I did ask if I could pay for another night’s accommodation to use the facilities up until 6pm but was told “no”. But that may have been because they were full. A designated area for guests would be an excellent addition to what is a really good hotel.

It is a beautiful place. We stayed here twice and loved having a balcony. The hotel was very close to the bus stop which made it a breeze to explore And travel back-and-forth to the airport . It is in walking distance to the port and the old town. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water welcome you. Both rooms had a beautiful spacious shower. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are wonderful- reception is open until 8pm and for late arrivals, they have remote reception ( call on phone or whats app) . They responded immediately and were very helpful. The only reason that it might not be a choice is the noise from the restaurants and bars at night. And it might be great for others due to the close proximity. Either way , it closes down about 1 am . I enjoyed listening to the happy sounds of people having fun.

Location was good central.

No reception no one to contact the key was left on the door no breakfast no night staff it felt a little insecure for a woman alone staying at hotel. No parking.

-12th City Hotel is located in the centre of Rhodos Town. Old town is only 3minutes walk away. - Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. - Upon arrival we was greeted by a friendly receptionist and directed to our room. - The room and toilet was modern and very clean. - The bed was super comfortable - The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided everyday. It was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day of adventure. - The balcony was nice overlooking the strip of restaurants and bars. - Bus station is 2 mins away. - Check out was quick and easy.

It’s a new property and few restaurants close by. Old town is also 5 to 10 min by walk and the way to old town is safe and next to sea. Room and bathroom was very clean and exactly as shown in photographs. I will recommend it for sure. This room even had a small npbalcony facing to the street with restaurants and in far you can see the sea.

I couldn’t find free parking slots and hence always had to park in the main harbor parking which is around 10 min walk. Which is not an issue but just for info. I was able to leave my luggage in reception after check out only until 5pm because there reception work until 5 pm only.

I was arriving late and leaving early, so didn't need a view or balcony - just a comfortable bed, a good shower, a kettle and air conditioning, and in a central location. The bed was super-comfortable, the shower excellent, with nice Korres toiletries and lots of fresh towels. I admit when I first arrived, the noise outside the front door from the next door bars was deafening - but you could barely hear anything from my room. And if you were looking for a place to stay after going out on the town, it would also be great.

This is a fresh, modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. Our room was large and airy with good aircon. It even had a balcony. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town however there are lots of restaraunts in the buzzing areas nearby.

The room rate was a little pricy. The ground floor of the hotel seemed a bit wheelchair unfriendly. This affects us as my wife struggles with steps.

Breakfast great. Location excellent - central and heaps of access to cafes/bars. Staff were great but having full reception access would have been so much better. Rang as had a couple of questions/issue with the door but no reply. Had to locate staff but they were fantastic help.

No full time reception or reply to questions when we left a message. However, staff were exceptionally supportive and helpful.
