The room was modern, spacious and equipped with all the basic necessities. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were super lovely and helpful! They did their best to help us hire a car at super short notice. Central location with plenty of supermarkets, late night food, bakeries, pharmacies, etc nearby and the old town is within walking distance. Good value for money. Bed was super comfy!

It would be good if the balcony door/ windows had mosquito screens installed. Every time we opened the window or balcony door for fresh air, mosquitos would come in. But overall, the hotel and staff were excellent!

Everything. The room was immaculate new and modern . The coffee machine was superb. The housekeeping was impeccable, the bathroom luxury, the people Beautiful, the location was central to everything yet quite. AMAZING!!!!

Leaving 😭😭😭

We stayed here for 3 nights in May. Christina and Anastasia from the reception were super helpful and nice. The location is very good because it is in the middle of the old town, castle and Eli beach. Also 4 minutes from the bus station if you want to travel to another city (like Lindos). The rooms are newly built and they even had a bottle of local wine for us:).

The only issue is that breakfast is served at the sister hotel (Astron Hotel) which is like 8 minutes of walk. We did not mind because it is on the way to the beach and the breakfast was nice, and it was a short stay. But it is something to keep in mind. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here!

We had booked very spontaneously as the weather in Germany was terribly cold and wet. Because of the good reviews and the favourable price, the brand-new hotel appealed to us as a central starting point. As we arrived late, we were sent the access details and everything worked perfectly. We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. Christina from reception gave us a very friendly welcome the next morning, explained everything and described the way to the sister hotel where we had breakfast. You have to walk about 900 metres to get there. The breakfast buffet was also very well equipped by Mediterranean standards, the staff were also very friendly and you could reach the beautiful Elli beach from there in 2 minutes. The rooms at the Elite Centre were super clean, were cleaned daily and there were always fresh towels. There was also a huge TV in the room but we never used it. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable and it was also very quiet at night, despite the central location. With heart-warming friendliness, Christina at reception was always on hand with advice and good tips, whether it was good restaurant recommendations or excursion destinations, we were never disappointed. We went on excursions in our hire car and always found a free car park in the evening. During the low season, Rhodes is really wonderfully quiet, green and cosy, which we hadn't expected and were very sad when the relaxing days came to an end and we said goodbye to Christina. We would love to come back here!

Nasty mosquitos!

This is wonderful place , I came to Rhodes at my first time with my daughter and I felt here absolutely safe and comfortable. Mrs. Christina made our accommodation even more pleasure. Location is wonderful very close to old town , cruise port, bust station and new town. There is everyday cleaning, fresh water , towels and very tasty coffee in the room each day. Me and my daughter were absolutely happy with this vacation.

Due to the rainy weather there is too much mosquito around, so if there would be mosquito nets on windows at the rooms that would be even more wonderful.

Everything about my stay was great. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was larger and brighter than expected as there was a lot of natural light. The breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Even though I was in a street facing room, it was very quiet. The location is great. It’s close to the old town area, the beaches, the bus stop, and very easy getting to and from the airport. I felt safe walking around even at night alone. It was also very clean. There is also a space to leave luggage before and after checkout. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location was amazing we were a 10 minute walk from everything including the old town. The 2 receptionists were so lovely and friendly extremely helpful helping us book taxis when needed. We were even left a little note and complimentary bottle of wine for my partners birthday. The rooms were spacious and newly refurbished. Everything was clean and we loved the aesthetic of the hotel.

Only small improvement could do with better soundproofing we could hear people in the hallway sometimes and noise from outside but nothing loud enough to keep you up at night

We were on our final stop of a trip around Rhodes where we’d stayed in lots of air bnbs and apartments, it was so nice for our last stop to be in a new, immaculate hotel with fluffy towels, slippers and a great shower. We felt like we’d treated ourselves to a touch of luxury but without spending a lot. Location is ideal, right in the new town but a couple of minutes walk from old town and a couple of minutes from the beach. Balcony did over look the street but there was only a bit of hustle and bustle noise in the day which we enjoyed. Staff we great. Couldn’t fault our stay at all

The property is in perfect location. Offers everything we needed. The management replies very quickly and tries to solve what they can. Service is great!

An l emergency light in apparently each room is very strong green and you cannot cover it. This cause us not to be able to sleep for hours. No other hotel has this type of an emergency light and when we closed our eyes we could still see lots of light. In my opinion this is a very poor choice of the emergency light and it’s location in the room and I would strongly recommend the owner to cover the light or exchange it altogether. If it would not be for the light, I would give it 10/10 rating.

We loved everything! The staff were among the most helpful and kind we have ever experienced. They allowed for an early check-in, they helped to carry our toddler's stroller up the entrance stairs, gave plenty of useful advice about sightseeing, always with a big smile. The room was ultra modern, spotlessly clean, and very large, an oasis of tranquillity in the middle of the lively city centre. We would definitely like to go back!

There is no kitchen or place to prepare food, (although there is a fridge). But we knew that before we made the booking and there are plenty of awesome restaurants around, as well as supermarkets.
