The Villa is very well located for visiting the Old Town in one direction and the beach in the other. It has been beautifully refurbished and the rooms are very well planned, with great attention to detail. You can charge your phone on your bedside table, because the electrical sockets are in a sensible place! You can blow dry your hair in front of a mirror for the same reason! There are hooks in the bathroom for hanging up towels/clothes. The toiletries are good quality, the towels likewise. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one gets it right. Our suite was spacious, elegant and air-conditioned. Parking was available, too. Helen, who manages the villa, was absolutely delightful and attended to our questions quickly and effectively. We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location of the Hotel is perfect as you can reach every where you want easily. My room was fantastic and comfortable. I felt myself at home😊. The cleaning was very good and the cleaning lady was always smiling. One big note for the General Manager Mrs. Helen! She is amazing very kind and friendly. I felt like that I know her for 10 year. Whenever I asked or needed something she was very helpful😊. When I checked in she prepared the map of Rhodes and printed a list of Restaurants where I could go to eat. Shortly she is wonderful. I will definitely be back here and see forward😊

Location excellent. Only a couple of minutes from bars, restaurants, shops, beach, etc including the ones used by locals (which we prefer). Only a 5 minute walk to the bus station and 5 more to the medieval old town. Villa Via Iliotti was an oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury in a busy town. The quality oozed from every corner as soon as we approached and walked in. Completely spotless, stunningly decorated, large rooms and ensuites. The manager (Helen) was the perfect combination of welcoming, warm and professional, making our arrival (after a late change in our plans) really easy, recommending restaurants, booking taxis, etc. Highly recommend it and wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next trip to Rhodes town.

"We had an amazing stay! The property manager, Helen, was exceptional. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit. She even helped us get a rental car. The hotel also offers free parking for guests. Its location was perfect, right in the city center, just a 5-10 minute walk from the old town, the beach, and the pedestrian area. We stayed in a really lovely and spacious double room. The only thing to note is that all double rooms are on a half-basement floor with smaller windows, but the good thing is that the room stays cool even on hot days in Rhodos."

My stay at Via Villa lliotti was superb. The host was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. The accommodation was even better than I expected and location excellent. A simple but delicious cooked or continental breakfast can be taken at the cafe across the road, or in a different upmarket Italian eatery that offered amazing choices. It is ideal as a base for exploring, but if you want to lie next to a pool on a sunbed all day a different hotel may be more suitable. I will definitely be back soon.

There was nothing that could have made it any better. The whole experience was amazing.

We had a very beautiful, tastefully decorated suite on the top floor of the building. Comfortable beds, efficient AC units in both rooms, good wifi, nice bathroom, everything very clean and neat. The manager Helen was extremely friendly and helpful. Optimally situated in the heart of the town - just a short walk to the beach, old town, restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rodos.

Everything was perfect.

A very big room. a luxuriously decorated place. pillows and bed very very comfortable. body milk in the shower, soaps, shaving kits,fridge full of soft drinks (treats) Coffee machine, iron, beach towels, cleaning of the room everything is good. It would be perfect if it had a bidet faucet or nozzle! the bed is much larger than normal sizes. The hotel is not in the old town. It can be reached on foot. We also stayed in the old town. Compared to the hotels there, this hotel is newer, beautiful, and comfortable. Even though we stayed in the basement room, it was airy. The host has prepared detailed programs so that you won't even have to think about things like how to visit Rhodes, how to plan, what to eat, etc. Our host Helen was very polite and very helpful. The hotel is managed very professionally. A detailed guide book has been prepared in the room for emergencies or extra needs. e.g. doctor appointment. The Turkish map of Rhodes was detailed. Ottoman buildings were located in the old town is marked. Please write your phone number correctly as there is no 24/7 reception at the hotel. Check your e-mails or booking message box. You will contact with Helen and check in.

There is no bidet nozzle or faucet!!! slippers are very thick good but a little small for men. Some rooms of the hotel are in the basement and some are on the upper floors. We stayed in the basement, as the window is towards the ceiling and people pass by, it may be uncomfortable. The glass partition for the shower is too small. The ground is getting wet. Although it is not a problem because the bathroom is too big, it may be a problem if you stay for more than one day.

The host (Helen) was so helpful and friendly. She stayed up late to let us checkin at 1am and was really helpful with ensuring our rooms were ready on a very short notice. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and very memorable. The rooms are a good size and gorgeously decorated. They are very comfy. The place is also in an excellent location - close to shops and restaurants, the beach, and the Old Town (all walking distance)

That I couldn't stay longer!! I realise that's cheesy but it's true - I have zero complaints!

The hotel is located in the center of the city and in the heart of the city. Close to restaurants, attractions and the beach. The service is of a very high standard, cordial and warm. We got a large room, clean and decorated. Fridge filled with drinks on the house. Warm recommendations on a list of places to visit and recommended restaurants in our native language. In addition, we had the number and direct WhatsApp of the reception for any problem and question and were told to contact with any matter even after leaving the hotel. Amazing boutique hotel we will definitely return to again.
