I stayed here with my friend and we LOVED it! The location is impeccable, we could walk everywhere even with high heels. It's safe, 24/7 reception and the staff is lovely, they are ever so helpful and positive. The breakfast was good too, not too many options but still we weren't disappointed, we could always eat something we liked. New towels and housekeeping everyday. Wasn't too loud and we didn't have any problems with soundproofing either. The only downside i could think of is the bathroom. There's a tub and no curtains or anything so the floor is all wet everytime you shower, and i had the danger of slipping when i tried to get out of the tub a couple of times. These can be improved. Amazing for the price. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

The bathtub needs a curtain or a cabin.

Very central location , close to the city beach, to the old city and to the nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast food options were very good. exceeded our expectations. The receptionists were very kind and helpful with everything.

I would improve the coffee and juice quality during breakfast. It would be nice to have mosquito nets on the balcony doors during the summer time. I'm sure that many people like to sleep with fresh air and not under A/C.

The pool water seemed to make everything that touched it green every day, including swim shorts and skin, and I found the downstairs toilets to have some cockroaches unfortunately

This is a great hotel. It is centrally located, within 10 minutes walk of the Old Town and the bus station. Nearby, there are many options for eating out. The hotel was keep very clean. The reception staff in particular were very helpful and informative, and were very tolerant of my frankly terrible attempts to speak Greek. The pool isn’t massive but it is easily big enough for a decent few lengths. The sun-beds were in really good repair and even though it looked as though there weren’t many, I never had a problem finding one. The nice thing is that the hotel tells guests not to plonk their towels down to reserve sun-beds. And they mean it, they take them off! If you are a runner (I am and my visit coincided with the Rhodes marathon/half marathon/10k) then get out on the streets early. The traffic builds quickly , although the hotel is only a 5 minute jog from Mandraki Harbour. Definitely coming back.

Seems a bit silly to say I didn’t like the breakfast. It was fine. Decent coffee. The cereal and hot food choices weren’t richly varied, but it is easy to find nutritious and tasty options. And let’s face it, if you want super fine dining, go pay for a hotel that does this. This hotel provides very good value in terms of the accommodation, service and breakfast.

There's lots to love about this hotel. The location was great. There are bars and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes' walk to the bus station, or the nearest beach, or the main retail area. 15 minutes and you've walked to Mandraki Harbour or one of the gates into the Old Town. Facilities were really good. Gym, swimming pool, really nice foyer and breakfast room. The breakfast was a good mix of cooked and continental-style choices, and available for a long period (7-10:30 I think). Room was a good size, nice and clean with a decent sized balcony. And the staff were lovely! Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Really felt welcome.

The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. It has a bath (bonus!), but it means the shower is one that is the same fitting as the tap, and because of where the head is against the wall, good luck with having a shower without it spraying the rest of the bathroom. They could definitely do with some extra sockets in the bedroom - you had to unplug the TV to boil the kettle, or unplug a bedside light to charge your phone. But these are niggles really. For the price I got this it exceeded my expectations, and would stay there again.

Hotel location is excellent, not too far from all shops and also 10 mins walk to the old town where there is plenty of history to see and visit. The staff are excellent and look after you during your stay.

Like most if not all hotels abroad (some in the UK) noise can be an issue between rooms. I put this down to inconsiderate guests and the type of and quality of hotel construction in general.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It's a minimum of 4 stars! I got the double room with a balcony that I asked for on the 3rd floor in the middle facing the pool. A large and well-equipped room, clean, quiet, no noise, stunning pool! Only when I checked out, I found out that there is also a gym on the underground floor, excellent location in the heart of the center, close to Elis Beach, cruise boats and the old town, restaurants and shopping, excellent reception staff and right to help with everything, reception 24/7. fantastic breakfast that has everything! Great price for what you get. The only thing missing is a coffee set in the room. I enjoyed every minute! If I return to vacation in Rhodes, I will return to this hotel. highly recommend!

No coffee set at rooms, The light in the room would have been better if it had been stronger or more lighting in the middle, There is no curtain for the bath, so water splashes out when you use the pipe. I had a burnt out lamp on the balcony and only after 3 days they replaced it, but it wasn't that bad. Other than that, all was 10!

Great location, really central to the medieval old town, shops and the beach. Breakfast area was really nice and had a great gym facility.

The rooms aren’t sound proof and the doors slam heavily so once people start moving about the hotel in the morning you can hear everything. The bathroom was slightly out dated and no shower curtain to stop water going everywhere. The pool area was nice but some sunbeds and chairs were a bit worn and also leave minimal space to get around the pool.
