While definitely not a high-end hotel, it is a decent accommodation at a reasonable price. The location is good, staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around and most of Rhodos city sights are reachable by foot. The bus station is also 5-minute walk away, convenient if you want to use public transport to/from the airport or other places on Rhodos island. Overall, it's a good value for money.

The rooms are clearly a bit old, the bathroom door was a bit rustic and with mold likely from getting wet because of the shower placement. But it's still fine for a short stay especially if you're planning to be out enjoying the city.

The location was great. Just 7mins walk to Mandraki Harbour or the Old Town and a few minutes further to the beach. There are plenty of shops, cafes, supermarkets etc around the hotel. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the towels + bedding were pristine. Our rooms were clean, sheets + towels changed every 2 days. It was handy to have a small fridge in the room and also a small balcony. The breakfast was adequate, continental style with a tea + coffee machine, plus the use of a small toaster. It was nice to sit out in the Bistro area in front of the hotel at any time, even though it was always in the shade. It would have been great if the hotel had a sunny area to relax in or maybe a rooftop patio to sit on, but it is what it is. The staff were very good, so kind + helpful and Anastasia was amazing. she went over and above expectations to assist all hotel guests. The NEP Hotel is not The Ritz but for a 2star it's doing good. We all enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again when we go back to Rhodes. Many thanks to all. Brenda, Marc + Mick

Anastasia,the manager & Marie,the bar manager were absolutely brilliant,I couldn't have asked for a better team! They were so friendly & welcoming & couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to the main town,port & main bus stop in one direction & in the other direction its another 5-10 minutes walk to the beech and Casino Rodes which guests stopping at NEP Center hotel have access to there swimming pool. Yes I would definitely go back to NEP Center hotel with out a second thought. Once again a huge,big thank you to both Anastasia & Marie. Nick.

We had a great time at Nep, location is just amazing, very close to all boat trips in Mandraki Harbour, shops, restaurants and bakeries all around. The staff was exceptional especially the beautiful Lady Gaga lookalike (you'll see what I mean when you get there), and in general everyone was helpful, friendly and with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was plentiful and provided a good start for the day (eggs, bacon, feta, cold meats, tomatoes, obviously cereals, even some freshly baked croissants/pastries and different varieties of melon to complete your Mediterranean diet). Cleaning is done every 2 days, fresh towels and toiletries top-up, you don't need to constantly ask for it as it frustratingly happens in other hotels. Forgot to mention, handy bar downstairs, you can have a drink, chill and watch the world go by. Overall for 2 stars is a great and practical stay, highly recommend.

Located in the new town amidst some shops, it's a little hard to spot. The hotel was nicely appointed inside and the rooms appeared to be quite recently renovated. A couple of loose fittings in the bathroom, eg the shower curtain was almost falling off the wall, but at least there *was* a shower curtain. WiFi ok, we didn't use it much. The hotel let us keep our luggage there all day and also helped with taxis etc. Breakfast was ok although the dining area was a little small.

Slightly off-putting ambiance when standing on the balcony which in our case was at the back of the hotel overlooking the backs of shops and other rooms of the hotel and unfinished building sites, not the nicest view but also not noisy. Could only just hear a nearby nightclub but it wasn't intrusive.

Large comfortable bed, nice hot showers, decent breakfast and very nice staff.

The hotel was very clean and in a great area. Beach, stores and restaurants were close. No sound from the street could be heard in the room, only neighbour rooms doors closing during the night. The room had a small fridge which was great.

The breakfast that was included didn’t have a lot of options. Mainly bread, cereal, eggs and drinks. It wasn’t bad and the service was great, but maybe a little bit more fruits and yogurt would do great:)

Central amongst the shops. Short walk to the old town. Short walk to the sea. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Lots and lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas. Lovely friendly staff

Just a shame the shower is squashed in the corner of the bathroom. Maybe be difficult for lots to use.

The staff are so lovely, genuine and sincere hosts that all speak English. Always willing to assist and help with anything required. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the city centre and between the swimming beach and the old town. 5 minutes to anywhere. Fully serviced rooms. There's a bar for afternoon drinks. Complimentary breakfast by the lovely Fontini. You'll be very well looked after. It's owned and ran by locals and It's extremely modestly priced. Highly recommended 👌
