This hotel felt like home away from home! The staff from front desk to room attendants were very friendly and forthcoming! Location is fantastic, minutes from restaurants, nice walk to old town and 3min walk to city beach! I've been coming to this hotel over and over again! The pool is nice too and they do provide pool-side towels! Dinner buffet option is a good and quick opportunity after a longer day at the beach :)

Very hard to find the fault....maybe the quality of vegetables and fruit and juice options at the buffet could be improved...but, I am a bit of a foodie :).... Overall buffet was really varied with choices of local food and many other options.

The hotel was very comfortable, no noise disturbance . Very clean , lovely staff cleaning the rooms . Slept very well. All staff were amazing , not one rude or grumpy one . Lovely pool, great atmosphere with helpful cheerful staff serving there , seemed to be enough sunBeds and no fall outs over them, from what I could see !

The breakfast room got a bit busy from 9.30. Maybe separate the coffee machines to other ends of the Buffett would stop congestion . Not enough tea and milk in bedroom but I just took some up from breakfast. That’s something and nothing, I didn’t bother asking for more , if I had they would I’m sure have left more .

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was very varied — something for every taste. I especially enjoyed my mornings on the balcony with a beautiful sea view and a cup of coffee. A special shoutout to the lovely blonde lady at the bar — she was always friendly and remembered how I liked my coffee, which made my mornings even better. A really thoughtful touch!

The only thing I missed was clearer labelling of gluten-containing products at breakfast — that would have made things easier for those with dietary restrictions.

I took the half-board option and enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet every day. Breakfast was effectively the same each day but covered every option, hot and cold, so never became boring. The evening buffet included at least five hot options each day, plus a selection of salads and desserts, and offered very good value. The staff, in kitchen and front of house, were excellent, keeping the buffet topped up and fresh and the dining room buzzing.

I had no complaints and would happily use this hotel on any future visit to Rhodes.

The location was excellent for the activities and trips we had planned to undertake and it was very well located for venturing into the surrounding town, both day and night. The food we had was all very well presented and prepared. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy to a very high standard. The hotel should be really proud of it's staff as they all gave excellent service and were always very helpful and friendly.

The only thing we didn't really like was when we had to leave and go home.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options – something for everyone. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and there were always sunbeds available, which made it extra relaxing. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the harbor, the beach, and the town. The room was a good size with a clean and modern bathroom.

The only downside was the elevators – they were small and very slow, which was a bit inconvenient at times.

The location is just in the center of downtown—5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main shopping area, 5 minutes to Mandraki Port, and 10 minutes to Old Town. I loved this location. The breakfast was decent and something for everyone. The staff in the bar was amazing, especially the lady with long blonde hair (sorry, I do not remember the name) since she remembered my coffee preferences and always welcomed me with a big smile.

I could only suggest adding gluten- and lactose-containing information to the breakfast options since many people have issues with these.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was great for shopping, dining, proximity to old town and historic sites, walking distance to nice beach and central bus station. Pool was clean.

Sauna and hot tub were not operating at the time of our stay. It would be nice to have more fresh greens available at breakfast such as arugula or spinach - they only had lettuce. We reserved a queen size bed but the room had two twin beds, which was fortunately quickly remedied by the staff to move us immediately to a different room within minutes. Shower does not have a device to hold the soap and other items so we had to place them in paper cups.

The entire staff, from the maids to the restaurant workers, were very polite and upbeat. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade (from pool view to sea view) since the room we were given at first had a single bed instead of the two beds we initially requested. The breakfast had some vegan options such as vegan milk, oats, fruit, and on some days, grilled vegetables and potatoes. This is a good start but I hope the hotel expands their vegan menu in the future :) Our room was exceptionally clean and we got fresh bottles of water daily from the cleaning staff.

The coffee at breakfast (from the espresso machine) wasn't very good. It's better to get one at the hotel bar. The hotel furniture is a bit dated.

The location of the hotel is exactly in the center of Rhodes close to everything, very clean and the staff very polite and helpful to what we needed. Also very nice breakfast. Thank you for the amazing hospitality at your hotel. I would recommend it to friends and relatives.

The biggest minus was the luck of parking . Even though there are two free parking spots in front of the hotel, they are not enough for the customers since the road is very busy .Also, they don't have any playing area for children, which is something they could add in their facilities and that would be great for families with children.
