I don’t usually leave reviews, whether positive or negative, but this time I really felt like I had to. I was warmly welcomed at this hotel, which is very well located near both the beach and the town center. My room happened to be under renovation, and to make up for it they truly went out of their way to pamper me. Where other hotels might have just offered a standard room and service, here I really felt appreciated. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Chrisula, who gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and have a drink.

The staff are really helpful, the beds are super comfy, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to use the pool area at our leisure as we assumed it would be overcrowded/towels on loungers etc but we enjoyed a full, peaceful day by the pool. It’s really clean, large and gets plenty of sun, the snack bar and drinks were also excellent. The area is really close to everything you need, right in the new town and a short walk to Rhodes beach and the old town. Plenty of bakeries/shops/restaurants in the immediate area. There was also nice entertainment in the bar lounge at night, live musicians etc. We also showered before we left in one of their guest check out facilities. The price was really reasonable as well. Breakfast had everything you need. We’d stay again!

The hotel is centrally located and close to the beach. The rooms are clean and renovated, and staff are welcoming. They provide towels for the pool and beach, and an iron for request.

Standard room was quite small, there was not enough space for our luggage and clothes. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this room more than 2 nights. Breakfast was ok, offering many different dishes, including fruit. However, the coffee provided from machines was awful and caffe latte was sweet. The hotel should either invest in the machines which make coffee from grains and not from substances, or provide coffee prepared by a barista.

The reception staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our breakfast every day, there was a varied selection. The cleaning staff were fantastic at always making sure our room was kept to a lovely standard no matter what time of the day we were in or out of the room, we always returned to find they had cleaned it for us. The shower was lovely and so clean, and having a little balcony was lovely, if we looked over to the left we had views of the sea. We were so close to the beach and a close walk to the edge of the old town too.

Not a dislike but we didn’t end up using the pool as we couldn’t work out when it was in the sun, and the beach was so close by at any rate.

Appears to have been renovated recently. Rooms are tidy well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and bedding with towels and bed linens changed regularly. Found all staff we interacted with very friendly both at reception and at the buffet breakfast. The breakfast is great there's a wide range of food such as bacon, eggs and the like. There's Fruit, yoghurt, cereals, breads and pastries plus local foods such as bougatsa, spanakopita and cheeses. I would say the location is perfect it is walking distance to the old town and in the heart of the new town which is where you will find more options for dining, convenience stores and other shopping. It's also very close to the city beaches. One small issue is parking. Often difficult to find parking however this is an issue in the city in general. Acandia is clean,good value, friendly staff in a great location. If you plan on staying in Rhodes town well worth considering.

We stayed one night on 5th floor. Room 516. Would visit again in a heartbeat.Perfect location, minutes from restaurants, 15min choice of beach and sunsets, 20min bus station /ports. Feels newly restored, exceptionally clean, professional and courteous staff everywhere. Room decorated to the highest standard. Bed extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was silent. Balcony small but ok. Sliding doors to patio very high standard. Even though we were in the heart of the city, it was completely silent in the room. Pool and pool bar were great, we didn’t make a great use of it, it was shady being at ground level, which is probably awesome in hotter months. Breakfast was excellent, cappuccino was great. Villeroy and Bosch dinner ware. WMF cutlery. Lobby has nice bar, not overpriced, plenty of communal places spaces to sit and people watch. There is a connected space with high end large windows to the open air. If cigarette smoke are an issue, just close the internal glass doors so it’s not a problem. Cannot recommend enough.

The whole staff took really good care of us, almost like a 5-star hotel! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Especially the manager Sabrina went above and beyond! The room was spacious and with all the needed amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel super close to the beach and other services (mini market, car rental...) and good restaurants around the area within a very short walk.

Nothing! Perfect stay in Rhodes Town.

Room was spacious and beautiful, bed and pillows were comfortable too. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Staff were very nice too.

Good location, although not very accessible with public transport (7 min walk from bus station). Hard to do with luggages. We got a room directed to the street and there was a lot of noise from restaurants and cars, only around 2 am only restaurants turned their volume off. In the morning 8 am we woke up twice to a lovely sound of drilling from the street also.

Hotel is new/newly renovated. It's clean, modern and very nice looking. Room was spacious and bed was excellent. Breakfast is excellent with large various of items. Our room was always clean and tidy, thanks to professional cleaning lady. Staff in reception was positive and very helpfull. Highly recommended place to stay :)

The pool area was maybe quite small. Its between two buildings with no view but hotel walls.

-due to renovations there were electrical problems, in specific several wall outlets were nonoperational and we had to try them one by one in order to find a working one. Also some lights (e.g. the red reading lights) were not working. - Also for the same reason we were issued physical keys instead of key-cards
