Very good location and value for money. Nice restaurant downstairs. Good air con. Very nice and helpful staff.
Didn't get the apartment which was shown in the advertisement when booking side sea view...would have liked the balcony with the chairs/table to have had the view of the sea rather than the side street.

We can say that the rooms were clean and the decoration was modern. We asked for separate beds, they forgot, but they corrected it immediately. The employees were friendly and interested. Also the location is nice. Close to seaside and good to not being in old town crowd and at the same time 15 minutes walking to there.
Sometimes we had difficulty putting the room card at the door because it was very worn out, but this is not a problem at all. I just wanted to say. The only problem was that they forgot to put towels and no one was there when I landed at the reception, which we noticed at a late hour when we arrived at the hotel. A sentry can be very nice 🙃 my problem was solved when I asked for help from the cafe. Because it works together with the restaurant/cafe at the bottom. But that doesn't stop me from wanting to stay when I go Rhodes again.

Very supportive staff, helped with all our extra requests. They would keep calling everywhere to get what we asked (thank you Christos & team). We were amazed from such help! Clean appartment, comfortable bed, kitchen with all you need. 1 min to the beach. Restaurant in the building with tasty food, very big portions, friendly service who was also very supportive (travelling with toddlers). Baby/ stroller-friendly. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

The location is great - steps from the beach. The rooms are modern, spaceous, clean and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is equipped with necessities, and there are 2 fridges. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are super-nice and welcoming. We would gladly stay in this hotel again.
No mosquito net on the windows- could not keep the windows open, had to run the AC instead. The very first thing we did upon entering the room is defrost the fridge - it was packed with frost and the freezer door would not close because of that.

The location is great, close to the old town and beside 2 beaches. The room was huge and it was fantastic to have a private jacuzzi on the massive balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful though I would have liked more of a variety in bread options.
The jacuzzi hadn't been cleaned properly and didn't seem to work on my first night there. There were no instructions for using the jacuzzi. I pointed this our at breakfast and the jacuzzi was cleand and working the following day. A robe would have been good to put on when getting out of the jacuzzi. Beside the room was some kind of fan or generator which could be heard in the room so there was always a bit of background noise. There was an electric stovetop in the room but it couldn't be used as there were no pans or cooking utensils.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were a really nice size with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The location was excellent. Really good aircon and lovely showers
The rooms were serviced most days (supposed to be every day) but the wiping down of the bathroom basin and shower was not good, and the floors could have been swept / mopped better. The restaurant downstairs (Nisos Restaurant) was awful!! The male serving staff were very rude and quite arrogant. Definitely NOT a place to waste your time or money at.

Location, very comfortable beds, nice and new furniture, a lot of closet space, beautiful and big balcony
1 pillow on each bed extremely was thin. Impossible to use while watching TV or reading. It was not clear in the description that the jacuzzi is public for all guests to use, that it is located on the first floor with only 3 rooms having direct access. Our room (101) had sea view and street view right above the restaurant. In the morning we woke up with cigarette smoke coming into the room. This is really a pity for such a beautiful cosy boutique hotel.

The room was huge. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Good outside seating area on the first floor. Friendly reception staff. Good location near the sea and plenty of shops.
I arranged a taxi through the hotel and after waiting for a while, I got a message and had to go and find the driver outside departures rather than arrivals at the airport. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming: flies around the fresh fruit and I had to ask for milk to go with the cereal. The kitchenette was minimal: 2 sets of cutlery and crockery, 1 pan, hob and fridge

I loved that there was a restaurant downstairs, so I didn't have to walk far to get my meals. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were very helpful in recommending things to do.
One day, my room was not clean properly and I had to report it to the desk. Parking is not available at the hotel. Because we had a hired car we had to walk about half a kilometre back from the public parking space.
