We are well travelled both for business and pleasure and have stayed in many hotels across the world. The Aquamare is right up there in our opinion and is a fantastic option if you’re looking to stay in Rhodes Town. It’s bright, modern, spotlessly clean with lovely bar, reception and dining areas. The rooms are a good size with large, comfortable beds and a super en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The balcony is quite small but big enough for two to sit outside comfortably. Loads of room in the dining room which has inside or outside dining options. We were on a B&B basis and the choice for breakfast was extensive with hot and cold options, cereals, fruit, breads, preserves, Greek food, yoghurt and boiled eggs. All the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect - about 2-3 minutes from the huge Elli beach, a15 minute walk to the old town and port and surrounded by a huge range of bars and restaurants. I strongly recommend this little gem of a hotel and will certainly be hoping to return.

Could do with a little more drawer space in the room.

The location was super close to the sea and it had a calm oasis like pool area with pretty plumeria tree and others . The staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant . Recently renovated small room with everything you need including bathroom and room hanging hooks much appreciated. The cleaning woman took pride in her job and provided immaculate service . Everyone was welcoming with lovely smiles . This made for a fantastic stay

There is only one elevator but most people were happy to take the stairs

The only one thing I can think of was a flashing light on neighbouring property than was directly outside my balcony and as a migraine sufferer I found this annoying (this was on someone else’s property) I would definitely recommend this hotel

We spent our honeymoon in Rhodes, and we chose this hotel and it was a very good decision, because we had everything we needed. The beach was very close, so we could visit it every day, but we also used the hotel pool. The rooms were perfect, we had enough space, we really did have a sea view, the cleaning was daily, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they smiled a lot, which is also very important. All in all it was a great experience, we were really satisfied.

Location close to both Elli Beach and medieval town center, very good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet garden area with small yet lovely pool. I would definitely consider coming back for a few days.

This hotel is ideal when you have a few days to spare between flights and/or boats. I wouldnt recommend spending your entire holiday here, though: for that purpose, the area is too crowded and the facilities are limited. It is a city hotel after all. Bathrooms are really very tiny, as are the balconies. Sea views are partially blocked by buildings. Tea / coffee is not replenished, not even upon request - most four star-hotels I stayed at in this price range do this. Supermarket is very close though.

The property was a good location, near the Bach and nice restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and staff were lovely.

The room was extremely small, we could hardly walk at the end of the beds as they were very close to the wall and a big shelf sticking out which made it even more difficult. The size of the pool was deceiving on photos, it was tiny, with only a few beds at one side. Bar was empty every night.

Lovely hotel, well laid out, relaxing and well managed. We particularly liked the huge choice at breakfast and the breakfast area out in the garden under the trees. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The location is fabulous if you want to use the beach. The local area has lots of good bars, restaurants and shops. It's a 15 minute walk into the old town.

Our room (a classic) was very small. Most importantly it lacked storage space. It had one small wardrobe, but no other drawers or shelves. The bathroom was tiny with a child size sink and it was really difficult to use it.

Very nice hotel on perfect location with kindest staff (from the reception to the restaurant team and cleaning staff) and several beaches nearby. The breakfast was fine and sufficient but the dinners were amazing and super delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable with many TV stations, and we haven’t experienced any problem with water as it was mentioned in some guests’ reviews. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would like to return next year.

we stayed only one night and the location and facilities were perfect for this time. Voula on the front counter was lovely and helpful.

the bed wasnt attached to the bedhead so it skated away from the wall when sitting up in bed. The breakfast superviser was a bit too active - it felt like he was always checking on you and when i went to get a plate of food my beautiiful greek coffee was gone when i got back!

We were at Rhodes for a weeding and booked 4 rooms for my family. The stuff was very friendly and professional. Position very near to the center, restaurants and Elli Beach. The room was clean and there was variaty in the breakfast.

The bathroom was small and during the night you would listen people while talking to the next balcony. The room was small for a 4 star hotel in proportion of what we paid.
