Our stay was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect – very central, yet still on a quiet part of the street. Just around the corner, there’s a main road full of great restaurants and shops. The old town and the port are also just a few minutes walk away, which made exploring super easy. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we felt it was great value for the money, and we would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast could be a bit more varied, especially for longer stays, as the selection can get boring after while. However, the quality was still very good, had everything you need and it was a pleasant start to the day.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The location is excellent, with the beach just 7–10 minutes away and plenty of restaurants and corner stores open until midnight. The breakfast was alright, though it gets very repetitive if you stay longer. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection in my room (3rd floor) was poor. Also, even though the hotel is generally good, it is overpriced — but that’s the case with pretty much every property on the island.

The location is excellent, very central and close to everything. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room cleanliness was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-organized. The room facing the church was particularly spacious, bright, and sunny in the morning, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The cheerful and friendly attitude of the receptionists and all the housekeeping staff made my holiday even more enjoyable. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It was a peaceful and delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

All the staff that work at the Santa Maria City Hotel are all very professional, attentive , offer amazing customer service and genuinely care about their guests. The Staff that maintain the breakfast buffet are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the cleaning staff are very friendly, attentive and genuinely care about the guests. I have stayed at this establishment many times now. I am never disappointed. The Santa Maria City Hotel rates five stars and more. The rooms are amazing. Great showers, TV’s and comfortable beds. I definitely will stay here again in the near future.

This property is amazing. I have stayed here many times now. It never disappoints. Sophia & Nicoletta that work on the front desk are so professional, attentive and very friendly. All the cleaning staff that I encountered in the hallway are all very friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel rates five stars and more. I definitely will be staying here in the near future.

Wonderfull clean hotel with lovly staff and great location, was great to have a fridge in the room and kettle, shower also was very good and always hot water. Great hotel, keep up the good work Santa Maria 👌, fantastic stay would 100 percent come back. 😊

Breakfast was nice but maybe a little more choice on the hot food would have made it perfect.

Our arrival was late, after midnight, but they didn't have any problem with that. Breakfast had different options every day, we were satisfied each morning. Room was clean and spacious. If you don't expect luxury, I would recommend this hotel to you.

Double bed had two mattresses that were moving Few ants in the bathroom, but it didn't bother as at all

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The responsible were always trying to get feedback from us and interact with us. Location was good; if it was peak season it would be more lively but it feels safe. Room is clean and big, as well as the balcony.

The setting of the shower area - it won’t be flooding but the water is definitely accumulating a bit outside of the shower area. But it is alright. It always got cleaned the next day. Some room doors are just right next to each other. If your neighbour is not considerate and just pulls the door closed when they leave or push it closed when they come, it will be so loud that your heart might skip a beat. (It happened to me for two nights and it scared me to death and my second night was full of nightmares until they checked out early around 7 am.)

Great location, plenty of great restaurants around and 15 mins walk to the old town and a port; 6 mins walk to the beach. Very friendly reception service. Breakfasts were good.

Housekeeping services could be improved. Housekeepers were asking each day if we need anything like toilet paper, towels etc but they made up our room only one time out of 7-night stay.

The hotel was beautiful and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean (We only stayed two nights so we opted out of room cleaning) The location is excellent, it’s walking distance from beach, shopping, good restaurants and clubs. Breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly❤️

The only minor thing was that there isn’t any tilt on bathroom floor which means that the water will stay on the floor and the floor did stay pretty wet after shower. This wasn’t a big problem and a quick fix for this would be to provide all rooms with bathroom floor wiper:)
