We had a nice room with a partial sea view. The room was spacious, we had plenty of towels and soap. Having a balcony was a plus and we were also able to hang our clothes there. Breakfast was buffet style so you could eat until you were really full. The location was great, very close to the beach. It's also possible to find parking not too far from the hotel.

Breakfast became less diverse after a few days (fewer options). Sometimes we could hear noise from the hallway at night because other guests were being loud. One evening, we didn't have hot water while showering.

I stayed here for 10 days and I liked this hotel for its quietness, cleanliness and very convenient location. Beaches and two seas are 10 minutes away by foot. All cafes and taverns are also nearby for any budget. Breakfast was the same every day, but very convenient for relaxation. The water in the shower was always hot and the room was cleaned too, the Internet is also good for Greece. I can recommend this hotel for relaxation.

Everything is fine

Everything was great, i cannot understand the bad reviews of this place. It's very clean, the rooms have Everything you need, the bed very comfortable, it's quiet, the saff is nice and welcoming both at the reception and restaurant, the food is very good etc So i warmly recommended this place to everybody and always book it again when visiting Rhodes.

It wasn't the Sandringham Palace but after the negative comments I read i wasn't expecting much. But it was a very good hotel right in the middle of Rhodes, with a nice breakfast.

I thought they might have changed towels and bedding more often.

The rooms were spacious and clean every time, the staff was super nice and disponible, we could leave the luggage there after check-out for free and they told us to use the bathroom, pool and everything we want to even after the check-out until we need to go to the aiport (It wasn't a luxurious hotel, I wrote my review based on the price of the room)

The breakfast wasn't that good but you could eat enough sandwiches and croissants which didn't have any quality problems

the location is good & the workers are very nice & the pool was enjoyable for my daughter

We’re going home in one hour but I just wanna let my feedback bevor i give a bad feedback officially… the hotel boss is still shouting at his employees, we goes on vacation to rest and she is constantly tearing and mobbing on his employees instead of being grateful that despite the fact that the hotel was overcrowded, she did not increase the number of employees ... the quality was also very low because the management ordered only the cheapest products for breakfast which aren’t always freshly. the water wasn’t always warm for shower & the energetic lines went broken few times . no tea maker in room , no iron

Everything! Sta staff was great, the best location ever and the breakfast was super!

I really liked the room. It was big enough, it had all the necesities(fridge,A/C, toiletries, balcony) and it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was also tasty and had many options. The pool was very good and very clean during our stay. The hotel is close to the sea and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

The Wifi was non existant in the room. It only worked at the reception

The location was excellent,very well positioned close by the shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean , staff very friendly , and Michellina from the reception was very useful , nice and willing to help. Extremely polite lady !! She helped us throughout our stay at all Times with a smile
