The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, with easy access to everything we needed. Breakfast was served buffet-style with plenty of options. We used a rental car during our stay and were always able to find parking nearby. It’s not available on every corner, so you do need to look a bit—but we always managed to find a spot. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

One thing we didn’t like was the presence of mosquitoes in the room. No matter how careful we were, there were always one or two buzzing around. The room had a balcony door with a mosquito net, which we used the first night, and after that, we kept the doors completely closed and didn’t even go out onto the terrace. Still, new mosquitoes somehow kept appearing. We suspect they were coming in through the main door, which opens into a hallway directly connected to the pool area. This might not bother everyone, but for someone with strong reactions to mosquito bites, it could be a significant issue.

Friendly greeting on arrival, layout breakfast and pool times explained before being shown to Esperia for check in. Basement room but nicely presented, a good size and the terrace was more spacious than a balcony and quite private. Great value for money, when you consider you have the excellent pool and extensive breakfast of the Esperia included. It was a shame I only had one night.

The shower opening directly onto the bedroom was fine for me on my own but I wouldn't like it if sharing.

Located centrally in the new town. 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Lots of shops and bars around. The pool was well maintained and clean. Rooms were dated but to a standard expected. Breakfast was ok, TBH it wasn't anything special. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as were the service staff.

Bathroom was dated and very small, a modern solution would have been better within the space. The room lacked information, WiFi code for example. All in all the Pearl hotel was as expected for the price range.

The location was excellent. For the price thisnos very good value. Simple, clean. Bed was comfy. A/C quiet. Water pressure is good. Small balcony. Small new fridge. For a place to drop in, drop off and budget base to explore rhodes it was ideal.

The sound insulation is not great. The bathroom is very small. For solo this is fine, but for couple may be a bit of a squeeze. The street is a popular place so don't expect quiet till well after midnight.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable I slept very well. Fantastic choice at breakfast with everything you could possibly need. Great friendly staff, the reception staff couldn’t do enough for you. The location is absolutely fantastic, short walks to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay and I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rhodes.

Check-in takes place at the Esperia City hotel. The receptionists are polite. Upon arrival, we found out that for some reason we were upgraded, so our room was not in the Pearl hotel, but in the Esperia City hotel. I was happy with the surprise, because we were better off this way, instead of a ground floor room, we got an upstairs room with a view in a better hotel. The room was tidy and clean, we were also satisfied with the daily cleaning. The air conditioning can be used freely, it works well, sometimes a little too strongly. The hotel also has 2 elevators, so access to the rooms is generally ensured without waiting. The breakfast is very plentiful, with hot and cold dishes and sweets. Each time you could choose from at least 4 types of fruit. Breakfast can also be eaten by the pool. The breakfast staff is very nice and cheerful. The location of the hotel is very good, the beach is 5 minutes away and the bus station is 15 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood is well-stocked, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. It happened that in the evening the loud music and the noise of people watching the game could be heard from the bar opposite, but it was not disturbing for me, because when I'm tired I close my eyes and sleep. This may not be ideal for families with small children. I was completely satisfied with everything during my stay at the hotel.

Second time at Pearl and we loved it just as much. Perfect location, lovely pool, brilliant staff. Rooms are basic but all you need for exploring Rhodes, best bit is the aircon and nice balcony.

Breakfast could be a little better, eggs are very over cooked. The cakes and yoghurt were the best bit.

The staff is what made my stay. Everyone, bar tenders, receptionists, cleaning ladies, were so nice and kind! Also, the breakfast deserves mention: simple, but rich. There was a lot of food every day, and the cakes and Rhodian specials were very good. The hotel is located in the new town, less than 10 min away from the medieval city

I had a problem with my shower, since the tray was leaking. I told the reception, but nothing changed. Some silicon would have done, for the time being.

The personal was super kind, we got an upgrade without reason and that was the best start for our holidays. The breakfast buffet was also very generous and delicious. You can also leave your before the check in and after the check out. The reception personal was also so kind and they helped us every question and request that we had.
