The staff were all very nice and helpful. They took pride in their workplace and ensured we were comfortable and happy. The refurbishment has modernised the property and the room we stayed in was spacious enough, very comfortable and pleasant. There was attention to detail, the cleanliness made our stay worthwhile. The breakfast provided by the hotel was always fresh and the variety catered for all. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Situated in the heart of the city, Diana Art Boutique hotel boasts an enviable location that provides easy access to all the major attractions and restaurant. It was incredibly convenient cause everything was in a walking distance. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. From the reception, housekeeping and kitchen staff everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The reception staff was always ready with a smile. Nectarios is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and was more than happy to provide recommendations and assistance whenever needed. The hotel offers an excellent range of breakfast options that cater to various tastes and preferences. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive staff made breakfast a delightful experience.

The location super close to the old town and also all the shops and beach within walking distance. Beds are super comfy, very friendly stuff in the hotel super helpful towards us. They handed all our question and request very professional. We had to stay longer and thanks to lovely Nektarious we could stay longer due to my sister's illness which helped us so much.. we could not thank him enough to sort the problem out!

The first night could not sleep because of the noise from outside but the next day i had asked if we could change the room and they did change us to another room on top floor and slept like a baby afterwards.

The best in town! We stayed 4 adults and 1 child in the hotel. Nektarios was the greatest help in Rhodes for us. He gave advices where to visit where to eat where to buy. And we loved all of his advices. And all the other workers(I dont remember the names) were so nice to us. They helped a lot. They were so loving to our 2 years old daughter. The location is great. It is exactly in the center of everything. The sea is so close, the restaurants are just everywhere you look, the old town is 8-10 minutes walk. It was so easy to wander around. The rooms were super clean, the bed was super comfortable. They put new coffees, tea bags, shower gel, shampoo every day. That was nice. The breakfast was really good. They have many options and local tastes. And all of the food was good quality. When our daughter didnt want to have breakfast they said we could take anything for her for the day. That was so nice! And the last day we couldnt find a taxi to go to the port. The owner of the hotel gave us a ride. That was o kind of him. We will go there again!

It's a very great hotel located in the area of restaurants despite the fact that it has no swimming pool and SPA procedures. The staff was fantastic, too - the receptionist Nektarios and breakfast lady Despina were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very delicious every morning, I could try different dishes and I liked it very much. There's a possibility to buy excursions in the reception. Moreover, the room was very clean and spacious and it was cleaned every day and it was unexpected, but also nice to get candies from cleaning ladies :) Thank you very much for everything and I'll stay there the next time when I arrive to Rhodes!

Luggage storage room could be a bit bigger, but it wasn't a very big disadvantage at the hotel

Despite the noisy touristic area, the hotel is in a great location, walkable to anywhere that is worth visiting. Comfortable bed. Attentive staff, esp complaisant was the breakfast lady - eυχαριστώ!

Overpriced in general, as hotel's interior is a bit outdated. Breakfast time (07:00-10:00) could be extended and menu could be more variant, esp if you're staying there for a week. Slept well, except the first and last nights, as the cleaning staff started rustling at 7:15 just nearby our room (after notifying the reception desk, they took it into consideration).

The location of the hotel was ideal, a central spot in the new town of Rhodes. Very clean and convenient room for a family of four. Breakfast, specially prepared by the hands of miss Despoina, was superb, variety of options, with emphasis in the local cuisine, different things to eat every day. Very friendly staff, they really made an effort to make our stay more comfortable.

Nothing really. Everything was great. Parking was a problem, but you can't blame the hotel for this.

I would like to recommend this hotel.It was a pleasure for us to stay here.The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Each person was friendly and helpful. All room’s details are new and especially the bed was good.

The staff made the stay amazing. Super helpful when I had any problems such as my phone didn’t work to missing a tour due to my phone reception which they helped me connect with the tour operator and set up another tour.

Rhodes is a party nightlife place and the street noises could be heard in the room way into the early morning hours- at the same time if you close your window then it was quiet in the room. For those of you who like to sleep with widows open I recommend 3rd floor and up further away from busy street.
