We visited Mitsis Petit Palais in August 2025 and it truly exceeded all our expectations. We had booked the All-Inclusive package to enjoy the full experience, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall organisation of the hotel. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel like more than guests. A special thank you to Damianos and his amazing team at the restaurant, Antonis, Maria, Michalis, and Kostas. They made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner feel like a special occasion. They prepared large tables for our group, served with care and humour, and built a truly warm and familiar atmosphere. Their kindness and attention were unforgettable, for sure the best hospitality we’ve ever received. The restaurant serves high-quality buffet meals daily: Breakfast: 07:00–10:30 (American buffet), Lunch: 12:30–14:30 (complete buffet), Dinner: 18:30–21:30 (complete buffet with theme nights!) Thematic dinners were a fun surprise, every night brought something new, and the best idea of all was the wood-fired pizza oven, which our child absolutely loved! We also enjoyed drinks at the main bar (open 09:00–01:00) and the pool bar (10:00–18:00, and open again 21:00–23:00 when there were evening activities). A friendly note: there’s a specific all-inclusive menu at the bars, not everything is included, but the choices are more than enough! As for our room, we were offered an upgrade, possibly due to our Genius status, and we appreciated it deeply. It was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sea view, armchairs, a large TV, and a balcony perfect for relaxing. The mini bar was refilled every two days and added a touch of comfort. The bathroom was very modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The All-Inclusive package helped us avoid stress. We are so grateful to the team at Mitsis Petit Palais for giving us such a relaxing and memorable summer.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was carefully organised and exceeded our expectations. If we had to say something, it would only be that we wish we could have stayed longer!

As soon as my husband and i arrived we were treated so well thanks to Reception john our meet and Greeter gave us a sweet lemon drink then carried our cases upstairs so friendly and Funny miss him when we opened our room Door we were both amazed at what they had done for us as it was our ruby wedding Anniversary 40 years we both got emotional The staff at the hotel are a real credit to them i haven't meet more helpful friendly people and a huge shout out to our room cleaners who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing thank you both a must stay hotel 10/10 +

Staff were fantastic, very calm and friendly throughout. Consistently tidying/restocking throughout. Staff were truly a highlight. The food was fantastic with an incredible selection every night, there was always fish/meat and vegetarian options plus a very large salad bar.

The shower could do with an upgrade, low water pressure but sufficient. The pool area was small, however there are reserved sun loungers by the beach that belong to the hotel for free which made up for this. The staff work very hard, and we're lovely. However I would have liked if they offered more refills on drinks throughout dinner as the glasses were small, and full of ice which was needed. But I often felt I was waiting on drinks. This would make it incredible.

The attention and care of the staff is very good, they care about customer satisfaction and offer the same quality of service to everyone, it is a price performance hotel. We would like to thank Nikos, who made our registration at the entrance and welcomed us with a smile☺️

Our stay at Mitsis Petit Palais was phenomenal! The hotel is great with delicious food and amazing staff members. I have never seen such forthcoming and considerate staff. We got everything we needed even before we asked. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the location was excellent as well. The beach is a five-minute walk and you can reach the old town in 15 minutes on foot. We did not have a need to use any extra transportation but if you do, there is an affordable taxi option.

Thank you to all the amazing staff at Mitsis Petit Palace for an exceptional stay! The location is perfect – right by the beach and just a short walk to the old town, which made everything super easy and relaxed. The food was lovely with loads of variety, and we especially enjoyed our leisurely mornings by the pool. But what really made this place stand out was the wonderful team. A few special mentions.. Loizos checked us in and was always up for a good chat when we got back after our evenings out – such a kind soul.. Zara greeted us with the warmest smile every time we walked into the restaurant, she is absolutely gorgeous inside and out.. Mike the lifeguard who kept us safe and happy by the pool.. Last but certainly not least, Alex at the bar who brought so much fun and made sure we had everything we needed.. We never wanted to leave. Location of Mitsis Petite Palace is excellent, in the quiet area of the downtown, close to the beach, shopping area and old town. There is a large scale reconstruction of the Mitsis Grand Hotel nearby, but during our stay there were no noisy construction works, so it didn't disturb us. We took two rooms - family suite and single room, both were very spacious and convenient with plenty of utensils, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with soft drinks. The staff is very nice especially in the dining room (thank you Zara, Maria and all the folks). Food was very good and various, no crowds and lines in the dining hall. Manager Margarita was very attentive to our requests. Kids enjoyed swimming pool very much (for us it was too cold even in jacuzzi), thanks to Michael (the lifeguard) the time near the pool was very nice. Bars were good, drinks were tasty. Even the cultural program in the evenings was very decent, especially the Greek evening. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the lower floor, from the one hand it was very convenient since we didn't use elevator, from the other hand sometimes we could hear the noise from the bar on the ground floor till late. Earplugs solved the problem.

First holiday for a year. Had late flight but were welcomed by great staff members who had arranged food for our arrival that was waiting for us in our room, along with complimentary wine and treats. Rooms are a good size, with fridge and brew making facilities, with our room on the 5th floor having a balcony providing sea views. We are a low maintenance couple, who did not require rooms cleaning on a daily basis, but very pleasant cleaning staff tidied the room anyway. Hotel is close to beaches, and there are lots of shops on the doorstep, with great restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Rhodes Old Town is also around 15-20 minutes walk away, and a nice walk if you go via the harbour. Breakfast was included in our booking and there was a lot of choice food wise, and we also paid extra for dinner, but we didn't eat in the hotel every night, and when we did we found a great selection of different foods. All in all, great hotel, great staff, great food and great facilities. Really pleased.

This little hotel offers everything you would expect.. from arrival the reception staff are amazing, friendly, very helpful and attentive. The room was clean, we also were provided with a bottle of wine and two pots of dips complementary on our arrival in our room. Slippers, bathrobes and a well stocked mini bar. We stayed all inclusive. The food in the restaurant was different everyday, lots of lovely fresh salads, pizzas, choice of fresh breads, fruit and desserts.. The restaurant itself was cleaned after every sitting, I noticed the cleaners.. The tables cutlery, glasses etc were pristine. The restaurant staff were also very attentive.. The bar area outside by the pool was lovely to relax and have a drink.. I travelled as part of a small group, the hotel staff were very helpful in trying to seat us together, which was challenging in the evenings as the restaurant was very busy...The location is perfect, a short, 15 to 20 minutes walk along the harbour and you are in the old town. I would highly recommend the Mitsis petit palace. I shall return next year with my friends..

The only little grip is the hairdryer in the bathroom was not so good, but I could live with that...

Great location, very friendly staff (particularly the reception and housekeeping teams), comfortable and clean rooms with all the facilities you might need and good breakfast. Lovely touch to have the complementary wine and preserves in the room and we were welcomed with homemade lemonade on arrival. We really enjoyed our stay which was on a B&B basis.

The bar area was quite loud in the evenings due to performances and the acoustics of the building meant quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor early in the morning so not ideal for people who want an early night or like to sleep in.
