Ioannis was an amazing host since the first second.Even if he was not in the town, he directed me properly to find the house and checked on me if everything went well.He also recommended me to do couple of things in Symi.Just as a quick reminder, since the island is quite hilly, you need to be aware of the house being a bit up.However, it is absolutely worth to the sunset view from the top towards Pedi and you can always take the little public bus.This place and the stay is absolutely recommended.

Conveniently located in Main Street with everything you want around you. Breakfast was excellent every day. The staff very friendly and greeted you with a smile all day.

No table or bench or chair in room. Wanted to work on lap top and difficult to do on bed. Guest lounge and sitting area in lobby very hot and air conditioning was switch off during the day therefore could not sit there comfortably to use laptop. Also no coffee offered in room although a kettle and coffee cups provided. Strange! We asked about this and there was a definitive NO given on request for coffee.

It was a very nice experience, to be here while working, and at the same time have a comfortable stay in the hotel. We liked the location, 5 minutes walk from the seaside and 15 minutes walk from the old town. The staff was very polite and helpful for everything and request that we had, especially Despina, at the reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast was also excellent woth a variety of food, some of which of greek traditional cousine.

This property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to Rhodes Old Town where all the shops and restaurants are. The bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned daily. All of the staff at the hotel were super nice and accommodating! Our bedroom and bathroom are a little outdated though, so I would say they are due for an upgrade soon. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We had a great time and also felt super safe staying at this hotel.

The staff was amazing! Eva helped us a lot,the list with some restaurants was also a big help. The room was simple,but for this price had everything you need. Many restaurants,shops,grocerys in the area.

The building next to the hotel is abandoned,i think it will be renewd, but is was a sad view. With days gone by,i got used to it. The bathroom door coudn't be opened fully,so you could sidle in only. The doors are very loud. Bed was very soft. Breakfast was boring, not so many options, but again it was a very decent price!

- location in a busy (noisy) part of the city, don't expect evening relaxation on the balcony here (that it's a price for an excellent location) - on the last day of our trip, our bathroom was flooded from upstairs - but the staff started to solve it promptly

- The bathroom had a bad smell (like sewer smell) - We had to disconnect the fridge cuz it was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep - At breakfast the woman from the personal didn’t had her hair tied and that’s no very hygienic - The room doors are either close or open. No possibility of locking the door what gave us a insecurity feeling at night

Room was quite large, toilet as well was large and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The bed was of a good size and soft and the air-conditioning was working fine. In the room we had not one but 2 balconies, one quite large with 2 chairs and a table. The hotel is well located, outside of the historical centre, common areas are good and the breakfast provided a good choice of salty and sweet, coffee machine at the breakfast area was below my expectation but the coffee provided at the bar was good

Nothing much, there are few things to improve. The hotel is missing a little of Greek experience overall, maybe is something missing of these family hotels that make you feel at home. The Wi-Fi signal at the 4th floor was really poor, for a decent signal we had to go down at the reception area. The bathtub size is quite small when used as shower. The area can be noisy at night, the location is not the best for restaurants and activities in October, i has the feeling that restaurants even if good in the area were kind of empty and with no life. The cleaning schedule is kind of weird, sometimes we had cleaning ladies coming at 1PM, other times at 3PM, once at 9.30AM, not very consistent and was difficult to understand when we could return without creating issues.
