The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the main attractions of the city (just a 2-minute walk to Ellie Beach and a 15-minute walk to the old town). The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. They always made an effort to solve any issues that arose. My flight was at 10:30 PM, and the hotel staff were accommodating enough to hold our luggage, offered us the chance to take a shower, and allowed us to stay in the lobby until it was time for us to leave.

What I didn't like were the uncomfortable bed and the very large and uncomfortable pillows. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The corners of the room were dirty, and the balcony had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very small, and when you took a shower, everything got wet.

Perfect ratio price - quality. You receive decent comfort for the money you pay. The staff is very kind and friendly, you get also new towells and cleaning every day. Room size is decent, balcony is very nice, we got a sea view and I didnt exepct it to be so pleasant. There are no buildings in front of you and you somehow get this feeling of freedom and not overlooking the windows of the neighbour hotel. Also, the location of the hotel is rather silent, a bit aside from the main streets noise which is definitely a plus. At the same time you are very close to all beaches, aquarium, restaurants, etc. There is a fridge, a Tv in the room and possibility to make yourself a coffee in the morning.

Bathroom is small and it needs renovation, there is potential for quality improvement. Bathroom door also needs urgent replacement, it is old and very noisy when you open/close it.

Location was great in the old town. We felt very safe and were within walking distance to many places. The staff at reception were lovely and friendly and spoke English very well. The room itself was a great size and nicely decorated and our room had a balcony which was lovely.

The bathrooms are tiny! We can deal with that, but perhaps a floor standing squeegee should be provided so you can get rid of the water on the floor. The room doors were quite thin which allowed you to hear a lot of noise outside in the hallway.

I had an excellent stay, the double room was a great size for me with an excellent balcony and sea view which I loved, fabulous sunset :) I was on the top floor.The location is just 10 mins walk to the harbour and old town..there are plenty of shops and bars in the area and the beach is just across the road from the hotel. The air con is good and quiet, the bed really comfy, a kettle and mini fridge are provided in the room and the staff are really lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

No shower base so floor got wet but I just think that's the style and the floor dried really quickly and there was hot water for a good shower . Walls thin so could hear neighbours but it was quiet after first night .

Loved the location and very central. Also arrived in the early hours and Costa assisted me and all the other staff members were very helpful and to be commended. Loved the hotel.

Maybe consider a kettle and coffee or tea in rooms.

The perfect hotel for a trip. Close to bar street, Elli and Windy beach, aswell as loads of restaurants and markets. The hotel also has a pretty good view of the sunset whilst sitting on the balcony. The hotel is not very pricey, but it gives way more for such a price. The staff is amazing, and always willings to help. A very varied personal of visitors, everything from party goers, to old couples. Amazing breakfast aswell

The only two things i can fault them for is the small lift. The lift is way too small sadly. Other than that I would also wish they offered dinner

The rooms felt modern and had all the basic amenities you needed, including a mini fridge, hairdryer, basic toiletries, a small clothes rack on the balcony and air conditioning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and staff were almost always happy to help during our stay. The location was great. The hotel is located on a small plaza that's close to a number of beaches, the aquarium and the casino. You can reach the harbour in as little as 10 minutes (depending on the jetty / where you are sailing to). The old town is 15-20 minutes walk but still very accessible.

The rooms are smaller than the photos might suggest, and storage space for clothing is modest. Car parking along all local roads is free, but the area can get incredibly busy - returning late from a day excursion might leave you without a space to park your car. We made a complaint about a noise on our floor to the night manager while we were there, who said they would investigate but never did, meaning that we didn't sleep well on a couple of nights.

Fixed menu for breakfast with large variety. Nice rooms, renovated, comfortable mattresses and many pillows to choose from. Cleaning of rooms daily. Cool water in every floor from a water cooler, small fridge in every room. Also, water boiler and some basics for coffee in every room. Quiet floors, no disturbances from neighbours.

It was an extreme heat season and this could be the reason, but our air conditioning did not work properly. We mentioned to the receptionist but did not do something for it, even when we asked for a fan. It was our last day though, so we just let it go.

I had a fantastic experience at STAY Rhodes Hotel! The location is perfect - close to everything you need, and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service. Andreas and Demetrius at the reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, gave great local recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. Their friendliness and professionalism truly elevated our stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the balcony door lock was broken and it was not fixed during our stay.

The location is great - especially for the price. Only 20 minutes walk from the old town, super close to the beach too. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was amazing!

Only thing I would change would be having an option to have a Doble/King sized bed instead of 2 single beds. Also the bathroom does not have a shower plate/ enclosed space so it tends to flood a bit (especially given the bathroom's size). Everything else was great.
