Beautiful hotel with lovely helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Wonderful breakfast options with the choice of a daily bar menu or an evening buffet in the restaurant. The location as excellent - a short walk from a lovely aquarium, within easy walking distance to the harbour and the Old Town. Right opposite the beach with free towels in every room We had booked a room with a sea view It was very large and airy . No parking had been an issue when booking however the hotel reassurance of the availability of street parking proved correct and while we might have to drive around a couple of times we always managed to find space either opposite the hotel or in the small square behind. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by and a casino with the option to exchange currency.

The evening buffet was varied and affordable but for for me vegetarians there was hardly anything. In a country full of wonderful vegetables a selection of meat and fish free dishes would have been appreciated . Also the eveniing soup course could be varied to ensure that it also was vegetarian without disenfranchising meat eaters.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient.

One downside was the limited number of elevators—there are only two serving the entire hotel. This often resulted in long wait times, sometimes over 10 minutes, which was quite inconvenient, especially during busy periods. Additionally, the elevators are frequently used by hotel personnel which further slowed down the availability for guests. Improving elevator service or adding more could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Everything here was excellent. Specially the view of the sea from the room. The location was just amazing, near to the beach. We had some problem with the booking but as we arrived very late at night, nothing was possible for the first night. The next morning they changed one of our rooms to match our booking. The stuff, each and everyone, was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The main door was not sound protected, and if the other neighbours were making noice in the corridor late at the night, it was irritating. But this is such a tiny thing that it didn't matter much with us.

Booked for breakfast huge offerings to choose from and excellent ate out a few nights also ate in the hotel in the evening only Euros 18 and as breakfast was excellent ALL the staff were extremely 110% friendly and polite I would without hesitation recommend the Ibiscus .

Clean comfy room a bit small but adequate. Air con was good but have to have the lights on if you want it on during the night. I did find I was ok at night without it but had the door open a little and luckily there were no mosquitoes to bite me and give me an allergic reaction.

The fridge in my room didn’t work I reported it to reception on the first day but by the end of my 4 day trip it wasn’t fixed. Not having a fridge meant that I couldn’t have cold water to drink unless I bought it from the bar or shop. Warm water not so nice in temperatures of 35 degrees so a bit disappointing when I specifically chose a room with a fridge for this convenience.

We lived on the 4th floor. The housekeepers on this floor did not change our bed linens even after 3 days. After I asked them to change it, they were not happy and changed it for us. The room was not cleaned every day, they just came in and tucked it in and left. There was dirt all over the floor. During 5 nights 6 days that we lived cleaning was before us the first day of our check-in and the penultimate day when we changed the bed linen. The staff reception desk, restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Location great, it will be great if you arrange the sun beds for your guests at the beach.

Perfect location, next to the beach. We had a sea vew room, with a spectacular view to sunset. The hotel is not very new, but everything was very clean and pleasant. Comfortable mattresses. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner is untill 21.00, but we arrived later, and a plate with some cold food was waiting for us in the room, it was enough food for evening meal, if you are not vegetarian (grilled chicken, feta, egg, some vegges, etc). Nice life music at the restaurant on the ground floor in the evening. There is s very small market on the opposite side of the road, that is open at least till 23.00, if you want to buy drinks or some snacks. In the end of May most residents were not very young people, 50+, no kids, so it was very quiet. Overall, very good place to stay for 2-3 days.

Storage place is not very convinient, no any shelfs, no place for a suitcase. Drinking water was in the room only at the arrival, no refill next day. These are just minor thngs, overall our 2-nights stay at the hotel was pleasant.

The hotel service is impeccable – quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, of a decent size, and well-appointed with good-quality furnishings. The beach is just across the road, while the harbour for boat trips is about a 10–15-minute walk away. Main shops are a 15-minute stroll, and the old town can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants and mini markets are nearby, and even the hotel’s own restaurant offers fair prices, making it a great option for lunch or dinner.

The staff at the reception, breakfast and cleaners were very polite, friendly and willing to help, especially for a group with kids this was much appreciated. The location is also very good, you can walk to the old town which is in close proximity. Very clean rooms, cleaned daily and good selection for breakfast. We also requested late check out which the reception granted us with no hesitation.

Very affordable and good quality too. Staff, especially at the restaurant, were super friendly and made an effort to remember all the customers. Good selection of food - both breakfast and dinner. Great location - about a 15 min walk from the central bus station where we caught buses to the airport and to Lindos as well. Right outside the beach and you can rent out 2 beach beds for 15euros a day Rooms look newly renovated. In the bar area they had live music on Saturday night, and the vibe was really chilled

Not a bad thing, but my partner and I are early 30s and we were one of the youngest there. The vibe is definitely more on the chilled side, which we like.
