Perfect location in front of the beach and 10 min walking from main restaurants and marina. Friendly and helpful staff, specially Katerina who works in the breakfast, she was always very attentive heating up the milk everyday I asked her :) Easy public parking in front of the hotel. Decent daily cleaning and big room.

Breakfast variety could improve, but acceptable for the price we paid. Even though cleaning was good, the shower curtain was old and bit mouldy. We missed power sockets near the bed and a more powerful hair dryer.

We won't come back, but only because we never go back to the same place twice. Otherwise, we probably would! We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was cleaned daily, with towels changed every day. The administrator addressed all our requests very quickly. No electricity sockets near the desk in the room? Here’s an extension cord. AC not working? Go to the beach, come back and find it up and running. Forgot the key inside? Here’s the spare key. The room was plain but cozy and clean. Two things made it special: a fantastic balcony view of the sea and the sunset, and cute paintings by Little Rocks on the walls. That said, it was very windy on the 6th floor, so we didn’t feel like spending much time on the balcony enjoying the views. Luckily, the balcony had floor-to-ceiling doors, and we loved to see this view first thing in the morning. By the way, the curtains were thick enough to keep the room dark in the morning and let you sleep in on your vacation. This isn't always the case in hotels. The breakfast was almost the same every morning, but there was enough variety to change things up if you wanted. Bacon or sausages, scrambled eggs or omelette — those were the daily changes, while the rest remained steady. What I really appreciated was the consideration for people with special dietary needs: there was soy milk, lactose-free milk, and gluten-free bread. Oh, and we LOVED the traditional orange pie! The hotel has a small pool, but we hardly ever spent time there. When we checked out, we were given a nice little gift. Overall, we loved the experience and would like to thank everyone at Riviera for their hospitality!

I realize we should have asked them to do something about the slightly creaky bed (but it probably didn’t bother us too much)

The staff were excellent, friendly & helpful on the desk, cleaning staff & at breakfast. The hotel is well situated close to the Old Town & across the road from the quieter part of the city beach. Fantastic sunset views over the ocean to Turkey from front facing rooms - would really recommend these.

The friendly young woman in the breakfast room works so hard but it does seem as though at least one more staff member is needed. The tables can be at full capacity & quite a task for one person. Would be lovely to have cut up fruit on offer for those visitors like myself who don’t want cooked breakfast.

Close to the beach, marina, restaurants, center of Rhodes. Breafast also very good. Wonderful view from the balcony.

Unfortunately we were there as there were very big winds(beginning of June). Of course not the fault of the hotel, but we could not make the use of the beach (one of the reasons we booked this hotel). Some of the people early in the morning especially 5:00 -8:00 were hitting extremely the doors, instead of closing quietly. That was bothering us.

the hotel is in a great location on the sea front i was on the 4th floor so had a great view over the coast line breakfast was good with plenty choices of hot or cold fare plenty juices an coffee on offer

the room that i had had a great balcony but the balcony did not get the sun at any time of day i did feel the cleaners did not realise the residents were on holiday even though the did a brilliant job but 9 am is a bit early

The best thing during staying at this hotel was small present for each person on the leaving day :) The kids was happy of pool :) From the window we could see the sea. The old town is about 20 min by foot.

actually I was feeling as the hotel is of 3 stars not of 4 stars. The breakfast was good, but not so perfect as it is in 4 stars hotels. the electricity system was broken in the room and was difficult to charge our phones. At the first sight the women at the registration look polite, but It was feeling that they are not honest. The price could be less for that kind service.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days on our Rhodes vacation and everything was really great. We loved the view of our room, we could see the sea directly from the balcony. It was great to sit there in the evenings and watch the outside. I loved the little drawings in the room. I especially wanted to take photos of them and add them here. For their breakfast, it was absolutely adequate. There was nothing missing. Also, I hadn't eaten orange cake (revani) for a long time and it was one of my favorite cakes. Every morning after my breakfast plate, I ran to get my orange cake and this was a detail that made the breakfast perfect for me. Apart from that, we thought the location was great. It was a 15 minute walk to the old town. We loved walking to the old town for a nice meal in the evening. I would like to thank the staff especially, they were very friendly. A special thank you to the two ladies working in the morning for all your friendliness and for hosting us🩵

The only thing I regret is that we could only enter the sea right in front of us only once for half an hour because it was very windy and wavy, but it was completely our fault because that beach was called windy beach on the maps, we never paid attention to it, but it definitely deserves its name😅

Loved the location on the water with the balcony!! (Balcony facing the water is an upgrade) Breakfast was great. Small place but perfect for Mom and daughter trip. They were surprised to see Americans - but everyone was friendly and welcoming!

It was very windy! Didn’t think of swimming in the sea too cold! But 3-4 blocks walk to the other side of the island it was calm!! The wind was just brutal on this side!!

Hotel is located perfectly to the city center but in the meantime beachfront and still far from the hustle. View from our room was stunning especially in the sunset that we enjoyed much. But the most important part is the staff, they are very helpful and conduct a nice communication with guests. Especially special thanks to Elmas for her kindness and support. She is very positive and customer centric. I would definitely be back again to this hotel.

Air circulation in the bathroom was very weak and needs improvement

The sea view is really beautiful. The room was clean. The staff was kind.

Although the entrance of the hotel looks quite modern, the room and the elevator were quite old fashioned. The beds should be changed. One of the mattresses was torn and we could see the springs inside.
