The staff is very friendly and professional, will do their best to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from the sea, the beach is pretty cool, you have on one side a calmer sea, on the other one a windy, wavy sea. Enough sunbeds, drinks etc. The balcony on the "non-sea-view" side actually also faces the sea, but between 2 hotels, not bad though. The breakfast was delicious, they have so many options, some change every day. There is a small table with Greek specialties, loved the halva ❤️ really amazing for that price

Great location. Inland view still had a sea view which was a good. The square the hotel was in was also lovely. Good quality food at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

They didn’t want us to have push bikes we brought with us in our room. They allowed it after some back and fore however. There wasn’t anywhere before hand that advertised this was the case. If a hotel doesn’t allow bikes, it needs to be stated on the booking.

The hotel's location is excellent. The sea-view rooms are superb, with a balcony. A 20-minute walk is enough to reach the heart of Rhodes city's historical center. The shopping district is a 15-minute walk away and is so close. The breakfast is good enough—not perfect, but outstanding. The bar, which is on the ground and the reception floor, is also charming and welcoming. Crossing the small street, you can directly enter the famous Elli Beach near the sea. A short distance outside, you can walk to many Greek restaurants and enjoy the best Greek cuisine. Also, Casino Rhodes is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Rooms should be renovated. There are old-fashioned and new (refurbished) rooms. In old rooms, bathtubs and plastic curtains look very old-fashioned, dating to the 1980s. In new rooms, the shower cabins in some rooms are narrow, and a fat person can find it difficult to get in. Safes in the rooms are very old, and you need to use big keys resembling old castle keys. Safes are old-fashioned. The hotel is very good and almost top-notch; however, it requires some renovation.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was great. Christina, Mika and Christina at the bar and service were really friendly and willing to give us information about the island and where we could go to enjoy the most. Also Maria from the cleaning team was lovely and always with a smile. Sorry if I forget someone. The whole team of the hotel is an excellent team and really made me want to stay again there. We loved waking up looking at the sunrise from the balcony.

No negative things to say. If something only to be mentioned is that the room needs a refresh. Apart from this really happy that we found this place.

Clean room, new hotel, good breakfast

A waitress serving at the restaurant (He had a name like Alexis) was rude and indelicate.

Hotel is very good location. Eli beach is popular place and Hotel is in the heart of Rhodes . You can walk to the old town and the new town . Market , restaurants close to the hotel and the sea view is stunning from the room . Casino near the hotel and workers was very kind and helpfully.

I wanted to take good drink ( quality whiskey)in the afternoon at the bar but there was a just cheap 3 sorter and no alternative. Room was a little bit noisy because of the wind . Rhodes is a windy island so they have to make better isolation for their rooms

Friendliness of the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff was amazing! Especially our housekeeping lady Kilyani was taking a good care of us every day, made us feel in our room like at home! Location of Hotel is excellent, near to the beach, to new town and Old Town as well! Breakfast super delicious! We will definitely come back!!!)

The hotel is new, modern and staff is very polite. The restaurant had many options and the restaurant staff was also very polite and nice ( Alex was our favorite :) ) The breakfast was rich althrough we would prefer fresh juice instead of not so fresh beverages. The room was spacious and clean. Location was absolutely amazing, not so loud and the sea was clean. Sun beds were 20 eur per day wich is not bad. I would definitely come back!

We booked private transfer from airport to the hotel months before our arrival and waited for more then hour at the airport. It felt like hotel forgot about it but they gave us free drink as an apology so its okay. Like i said fresh juice for breakfast would be nice.

Hotel is on great location, just across the street from the city beach and you can walk to the part of the city with more restaurants and also to the old town - it was perfect for our stay, taking some swim and then go to explore the city. We had great view and chance to watch sunrise (it is worth waking up one morning). Breakfast was nice and few evenings there are some bands playing which were interesting too see. In the room you have different spaces to sit or leave things.

Even hotel looks renovated, our room was with quite old furniture. That is not a problem by itself, but bed was very soft and door almost no isolated sounds, so in the morning you hear everybody passing by, talking etc.

Location is perfect: close to the beach and city center(with bus station near hotel). Breakfast was nice with different options. Room was nice and clean(superior room) and the side view of the sea was great. Internet (wifi) was ok.

It would be nice to have a line to dry your beach towels/swimsuits
