The location, the food, the cleanliness of the hotel was first class, amazing experience, couldn’t fault anything! Fabulous week away in this superb place, staff were so friendly and helpful, will be coming back next year ❤️

The only little thing was there is only 1 lift for the whole hotel but apart from that, all was good

Location and staff are really outstanding. We took daily walks to the historic city center and ports, the fact that we didn’t have to commute to see the beautiful views made a big difference. Staff was always welcoming, polite, friendly and in a good mood, which was an uneasy task with the amount of work they have in this peak season (mid August). Rooms were renovated, clean and well equipped. We had one with “garden view” which in fact provided views of two trees in the middle of a service corridor between hotel wings, but it was okay. The only disadvantage was a strange layout of the room where the shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the room just with glass panels. I’ve seen this before, not sure if it’s some kind of new trend, but it strips you of all privacy despite the milky glass. Food was very varied, there was always something to choose from even if you’re picky. Quality was mostly really good, especially the local cuisine - fish, cheese, salads, minced meats and grilled vegetables. We’d appreciate a glass of fresh water with the dinner, I only found a drinks machine with various lemonades. Otherwise, drinks were charged extra. The hotel pool and pool area seemed small from the photos, but comfortably hosted 20-30 people. There was always a place to sit or lie down, which means you don’t have to pay 20 eur/day for beach sunbeds (it’s just across the street). The hotel reception offers excursions to the most popular places like Lindos, Filerimos and Butterfly Valley. The coach service they provided was really good, buses were luxurious and air-conditioned with a nice driver. If you’re into some adventure, I recommend taking these options. Overall we loved Rhodes and this hotel was a gem :-) Once more, thanks to the super-nice staff for making our stay memorable.

Have stayed at this hotel in 2023 and loved it so returned with my daughter we were instantly upgraded to a suite room 201 which was amazing Staff in every department were attentive, polite especially the bar team we loved them so much we are already planning on another mum and daughter holiday in 2026. Pool gorgeous, breakfast team amazing as my daughter is Coeliac and they brought her breakfast straight from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination from the buffet. Receptionist when we arrived and always wore a pink tie was amazing . We had complimentary wine, water and snacks on arrival and felt thoroughly spoilt. See you in 2026

Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Excellent location, right across the road from the beach and 15 min walk to the old town / port. All staff were very helpful and friendly - big shout out to Adele who looked after us each morning at breakfast - she made us feel so special and looked after us so well. The hotel itself is beautiful and really clean, rooms were very modern and very comfortable beds.

Excellent location close to the town centre and the old town. Breakfast was excellent with variety of foot to chose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and smiling. Great view from the balcony!

The toilet bin had to be fixed as was not working The toilet sit was also broken and was fixed on the day. there was no hand tissue in the room. The safe needed batteries and needed to be fixed twice. It is not acceptable for a hotel that claims that is 5 star not to have available coffee in the room. When asked i was charged for a capsule of Nespresso which was annoying. I never faced this in any other 5* hotel that i visited.

I stayed at the Mediterranean Hotel in August 2024 and found the location to be very convenient. It’s right across from the beach and close to the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. This was especially helpful since we had a small child with us in a stroller, and we could easily walk around the area. We didn’t use the pool as it was quite small and often crowded. One downside was that the in-room amenities like coffee, tea were not replenished automatically, so we had to request them from the reception ourselves. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options available. Overall, it was a convenient stay, particularly for families, but there were some minor inconveniences.

It is a 4 star hotel, not 5! The dinner was not very good. There is not a lot of choises and basicaly nothing gluten free. I even asked the stuff (in the restaurant and reception) for gluten free food and still the next day there was nothing for me (except vegetables). You have to pay for drinks, there is not even water for free in the dinner.

We enjoyed the location, the environment of the hotel and the cleanliness. The breakfast was very variable and tasty. The bar's food and drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. The pool area was clean and private. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bartenders Mr. Stavros and Mr. Nicholas! Staff at the breakfast was also incredible. Housekeeping was excellent! The whole experience was excellent and this hotel was a great choice for our holiday.

Some of the reception staff were not very welcoming and never said hello or asked about our day. In a 5 star hotel the coffee in the room should be included to the price of the room. A kettle is missing from the room. Some of the restaurant staff were not very customer oriented and it sometimes came off as the customers were merely a nuisance for them.

Very clean and close proximity to Elli beach. Breakfast was plentiful consisting of a variety of fruits good fats , protein and healthy carbs.

Staff at reception found it difficult to smile or say Kalimera and avoided engaging in conversation with clients. A very jovial and ready to assist staff member was Dionyssis working in the main dining room.

The location was great, the sea was just in front of the hotel, historical sightseeing and shopping areas were at walking distance. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The live music on Friday was exceptional, we were very happy to listen good quality soft rock music at the garden of the hotel.

The perfume used at the lobby could be changed, something like flower freshness type can be choosen.
