The location is perfect. Owner of hotel is so friendly and helpful. He shared all informations about island. All personels are so kind. Breakfast is enough. There is a good qualified coffee in breakfast service.

Extra costs have been shared for safe and air conditioning. The weather is well enough during our staying period but it can be a problem for mid of summer days. I can understand an extra energy consumption for air conditioner. But there is already safe in the room; and there should not be an extra payment for using the safe. The housekeeping change the towels per every 3-4 days. It was not a problem for me, I’m just sharing the differences between other hotels which I stayed and New York Hotel.

The NY hotel location is GREAT. Close to the city center and nearby the sea. One bus stop to airport is close. Fridge in the room. Nice varied restaurants in the area. A friendly family atmosphere at NY Hotel, thanks to the landlord who is WAOUW ! Speaks French fluently, dedicates time and provides a real personalized attentive service to each of one's guests. Full of nice advice about locations to visit, places to eat from (ask about Obelix). Thanks to the landlord's wise advice, I came back from Symi island without having been cooked by the burning June sun. Also a special thank you to the cleaning lady who is so kind and professional. NY Hotel is not only an hotel, it is a beautiful human experience where you can have extremely interesting conversations with the owner who has a rich life experience. Interested in kite surf ? Very nice placement in the city. Close to swedish barstrip and and a little walk to the old town. The owner was always happy to help and to give advice to our freindgroup.

The only downsides with the hotel is the breakfast and that they only clean 2-3 times a week. But for the price you cant really complain.

The location was great. It was close to the old part of the city and to the bus station. In the neighbourhood was many restaurants and shop. It was close to the beach. The owner was nice and helpful. Rooms was clean and comfortable.

We thought that the breakfast will be a little bit better. It was only two rolls and one croissant per person. Each of us also got a small plate with 4 slices cheese and 4 slices ham. At the buffet was coffee and orange juice and small package of jam. We were hoping for some vegetables or fruits. The breakfast wasn't terrible - but it could be better.

It is Close to the downtown (inside of the downtown). Correct staff. The hotel has good condition the room was clean. If you searching a cheap accommodation close to the city center, which is better than a hostel or you searching a room for 1 or 2 person without high expectations, this is perfect choose.

There was not enough socket in the room. I The sockets wasn't good place. There wasn't socket next to the bed. t was hard to find a place to charge my phone. I solved with the television socket. There is no telephone in the room, so you can not ask a wake up call. Should be a better service if it is available. Little bit loud street because there are some club nearby. It wasn't disturbing for me. AC wasn't free, but the AC was correct. Breakfast was reaaly poor. If you would like breakfast better to find a place for breakfast or go to shopping. It has an elevator but it is quite small.

the breakfast was very plain, but we didn't really expect to even get any breakfast, ok on days where things need to go quick in the morning. We could hear noises from the surrounding bars at night, but with earplugs I wasn't bothered

The owners are amazing, friendly an helpful people. The hotel with a nice foyer and terrace in front is perfectly located in the middle of the Rhodos Town, from where you can easily access shops, restaurants, beaches and the Old Town. My room had everything I needed. The simple breakfast was good enough to start the day!

The hotel is in a wonderful location: close to Elli Beach, the medieval city, to restaurants and shops.

The owner is fantastic. He’s always kind. I broke my backpack and he took it to repair.

Very good location, helpful and kind staff, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, although totally the same every day but delicious and enough. They have a nice bar, also. Definitely recommend it!

Extra paying for air condition, room is a little noisy.

Very friendly staff, nice location right in the city centre. There is not much noise from the street in the night. We can leave our luggage by the reception last day after check out.

Basic served breakfast and same everyday - ham, cheese and bread. Mattress not the most comfortable for me, not much space to store your stuff and luggage.
