Taking into account the location, the friendliness of the host, and the equipment and cleanliness of the apartment, without a doubt the best accommodation we have been to. Homemade breakfast, change of towels every day, attention to every detail to make the guest feel comfortable and welcome is what sets this accommodation apart from the others. Located in an excellent location, in the old town of Rhodes, yet separated from the noise and crowds, so you can sleep comfortably and peacefully. Great recommendations and a big thank you to Panos for his efforts to make our vacation go well, I hope we'll see each other again on another occasion.

I couldn’t recommend Elaia- Fos highly enough! The property is in the heart of the old down, so everything you need is in walking distance. The room is nicely decorated, very clean and fresh towels and sheets were provided daily. The breakfast was freshly made by Mrs Georgia, who was super polite and friendly. Communication with Panagiotis, the owner was very easy. He was so helpful, arranging transfer, helping us hire a car and giving suggestions for restaurants. He went above and beyond when he even brought a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you for everything!

Excellent accommodation within the beautiful old town of Rhodes. The room was very comfortable and clean, it had everything you could need. Panos was an excellent host, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, met us at the town gate and took care of our luggage, he mad me sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The same goes for Georgia, she made sure our stay was very comfortable and made us a very generous hearty breakfast every morning, all fresh and home-baked, it was delicious! The hotel is on a quiet street in the old town and 5 minutes walk from the main street Sokratous and from all other attractions in the old town. Me and my kids loved our stay at Elaia-Fos and hope to return again in the future. We truly thank Panos and Georgia for their superb hospitality :)

Panagiotis and Ms. Georgia are the true definition of Greek hospitality. They made our stay incredible. Panagiotis was really helpful with everything else we needed to book and made our lives so much easier. The homemade cuisine of Ms Georgia in the morning was everything we needed to start our day. The rooms are on an amazing location and they are a monument of the 13th century. You really take a deep in a different era during your stay. Panagiotis has cleverly kept both the characteristics of the St. John's order and the Ottoman times. We are definitely coming back!!

Everything about this stay was amazing, and Panos our host made life really easy. The apartment, the breakfast (unbelievable) the area, all outstanding. Panos is full of really interesting information about Rhodes and the Old Town and arranged for our transport on arrival, during our stay and on departure. There is so much too see and do in this area, I would recommend staying at least 4 nights ( we stayed 6 and would have liked longer) in this apartment, because it us right in the heart of everything, which makes exploring more convenient.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel that one would really prefer to keep a secret and not tell anybody about! Amazing architecture, wonderfully restored with a feeling of a Morrocan riad. We stayed in the upper floor suite which was simply beautiful. Fabulously comfy beds and a really special bathroom with a Hammam feel to it with stunning wall and floor tiles. Each of the three rooms had their own terrace space in the courtyard area, protected from the sun where the most exquisite breakfast was served by Georgia who was simply the most wonderful host. Panos, the owner, was rightly proud of his hotel, and shared with us lots of information about it, its restoration and its history. It’s a fabulous location within the walled city, very near one of its entrances, and only minutes walk from the busier areas if you want them. This is without doubt one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in and Panos, along with Georgia, go out of their way to create an intimate atmosphere, home from home. Fabulous!

Our five-night stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine care that it truly felt like we were staying with family. The highlight of our mornings was the outstanding breakfast, freshly prepared for us each day. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a refreshing start, and the homemade pancakes were an absolute hit with our daughters – we would be so grateful to get the recipe! What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Panos, the owner, is an incredibly kind and caring host. His generosity is remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, assisting us with every request, big or small. Panos and Georgia, we cannot thank you enough for your warm and attentive hospitality. You made our trip to Rhodes so special. If we ever return to this beautiful island, there is no question that we will be coming back to your hotel. Thank you for everything. We appreciate it more than words can say.

Beautifully restored 3 room small hotel.We had the ground floor room which was very spacious with a living room . The owner Panos was very welcoming and organised electric buggy transport for us and luggage on arrival and departure.He was very helpful with recommendations for where to eat and visit. Georgia produced a breakfast feast with local ingredients.She was also very friendly and helpful. If we was ever in Rhodes again we would definitely stay here. The location of the hotel is very quiet.

First of all, the place was lovely! Our wonderful experience began with the warm and welcoming attitude of the owner even before we arrived. Throughout our stay, the treatment we received was excellent; there was always a prompt response and attention to our needs. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with daily cleaning done in a sensitive and pleasant manner. The location is excellent and easily accessible. Truly, our experience was wonderful. There's no doubt that the staff strives to serve guests in the best possible way. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and if we visit the area again, we would be happy to return.

Our stay was at the end of an island holiday where the pace of life is slower than in Rhodos, and the number of people is far less. The location of Elaia - Fos gave us a gentle transition back into the real world, tucked away on the edges of the Old Town, yet near enough to the hustle and bustle. The newly renovated traditional property demonstrates the owners passion for history and is both comfortable and elegant. A particular highlight was the bathroom with the amazing shower! If you stay there, don't miss out on the delicious fantastic value for money breakfast. Finally - the customer service is truly impressive. From the arrangements for pick up at the Port to the transfers back to the airport and the magical production of a bottle opener and some ice, everything was achieved efficiently and generously. I can highly recommend staying here - and would suggest you make it more than one night!
