All the staff were exceptional. The cleaner(s) was/were very proficient and the desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. One of the men whose name I unfortunately didn't get but was normally behind the bar, went above and beyond when my girlfriend got severe sunburn, going as far too get some natural aloe plant and cut into it to get the natural gel which finally soothed her days long pain.

The location wasn't great but wasn't too bad either. The nearby beach was nice and simple and provided an adequate snorkeling experience. The nearby restaurants weren't all too expensive and did nice food, and the new marina was nice to walk by. The walk to old town was only about 20 minutes or so which wasn't bad either. It was just a bit too far from the other side of Rhodes town for my liking, so any activities starting say at the other marina would be a 40 minute walk to, and the main bus station and whatnot were also far away.

We stayed here 1 night to be close to the port, and for this reason the location was great. Good value for money. Breakfast was ok, good enough. Staff was friendly. There was a great small taverna close by (Mnakns?) with amazing food!

Pool area looks a lot bigger in pictures, and the pool is a plastic one. But better than no pool at all in the Rhodes heat. Our stay was good for the one night, but would not stay here for a longer holiday. Location is outside of the central area.

Excellent location. It is in a quiet area without many tourists. Very good restaurants near the area. The facilities are very good and very clean, with access to the pool until at night and there is also a pool table to hang out. Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't very big but there was never many people in a one time so was perfect and so warm. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice with many choices. It was close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and The Old Town.

Good communication and friendly family run hotel. Clean efficient hotel with elevator and good breakfast. Also has a pool and there is nearby local beach with clear water and sun loungers and umbrellas for rent at beach.

Good value for staying in Rhodes Town near Old Town by 20 minutes walking or can take Bus by nearby bus stop Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby and grocery shopping.

Perfect location for Rhodes Marina (100 metres). Close to a couple of restaurants serving good traditional food.

Breakfast wasn't the best, but value for money at the price of the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Also quiet. WiFi and aircon both worked well. Location good for us as we needed to catch a boat from the commercial harbour in the morning, 18mins walk away.

Steps down to the hotel (though we knew this before we arrived so not a problem). The lift was tiny and only just accommodated my daughter's small wheelchair. A larger adult chair would not fit!

The stuff is very friendly. Helped us with every question we had, ordered us a taxi. The hotel is not new but kept well. Most of the facilities in good condition. Good value for money. The breakfast (cost us 7 euro per person) is good ! The pool is small and clean, it was enough in a hot day😀

The bathroom a little bit small. The shutter which leads to the balcony wasn't clean.

Pricing seemed inconsistant amongst guests . Some paid very little I paid alot . The website stated restaurant but unfortunately food was not available. Location is a bit out of the way but reception happy to book taxi . Reception and day day staff very pleasant and effective . All in all a good experience.

The rooms were as described. Check in was quick and easy. The staff and owner were really friendly and helpfull li would definitely stay here again.
