All instructions arrived in good time with well laid out PDF guide for us to let ourselves in and find the flat with clear instructions and photographs.. The apartment was very clean, large, cool, airy and very well appointed. Locks are deadbolt and very secure. There is a safe, and large balcony great for an evening nightcap and smoke (if you do). Beds are large and comfortable with the option for a change of linen if required. Kitchen had everything you could need and a great fridge freezer and washing machine. Clothes dry on a second balcony by the time you have finished hanging them, so you really can pack light. TV was barely on, but had a good satellite feed, and WIFI was excellent. We needed to contact the owners on occasion for a bit of help with queries, unexpected airport transfers and a late checkout (our carrier let us down) and we couldn't have asked for more. These were not problems of their making, but we received prompt helpful responses and felt very well looked after. The great thing about this apartment is that it is so centrally / well placed. A 10 minute walk to the docks where we hired a boat for the day. A 10 minute walk to the Old Town, and plenty of great local eateries within a five minute radius. The groceries, are two minutes away and despite its great location the area is not dense with tourists. Busy with Rhodians during the day and quiet at night. A perfect location for those not enamoured of the package style hols and wanting to experience a more genuine insight to the island. Hiring a car was genuinely easy and inexpensive without the usual exhortations to buy extra insurance etc. Scooters are probably the way forward, but we took a buggy and went round the island (Much fun). Parking is easy, and although there is underground parking specifically available for apartment guests we chose to just park on the street outside. We could not fault the property or service, and would take it again if we returned to Rhodes.

Neither my partner nor I could fault the apartment, nor the customer service. We requested a late checkout as our flight was late, and were given a gratis late check-out which really made the last day a worthwhile one, and the night before a very relaxed affair. If I were being really, really picky and trying hard to find a fault I could say that there was not a sea view from the balcony, but that is not strictly true, and not what we hired the apartment for in the first place.

Supermarket is just in the house, close to the downtown and marina, we came for yacht sailing so it was nice place to have a stop.

Better to write the floor number right in the advert, to read pdf and if you are in roaming or do not have inet - can be really a problem, is some boring ‘cause no need as it is easy to find apart in the city, so we entered the house and started to look for the stage in the e-mails and found only in some pdf after 10 min)) The room number is the same story - need to open pdf and look carefully, better to write at once in the general e-mail description not to have a quest. BUT - that is just our personal perception, for someone that is ok. + Communication by messenger is more convenient than e-mail now, so please consider as well as some long waiting for e-mails is some nervous as well, anyway - that is just our impatience, I guess, because of some quick life style.

Location excellent. Stores convenient. Close to all amenities. Spacious apartment. Hosts easy to deal with and tried to help us if we had concerns.

Could work out the safe as it had no instructions on how to use and should be bolted down. Fridge needs to be secured more. Front blind made a lot of noise as it was broken on one side. Could watch any greek channels.

Perfect location. Close to the port, the central market and above a large super market where you can find everything you need. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The staff was kind and always ready to assist.

A great place where to stay with the children, there was all you needed for a longer vacation. Easy to park a car, Rhodes old and town is within walking distance. We had a wonderful time in Port Haven Suite. It's great that there is a supermarket downstairs, a coffee shop and a fruit market from where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
