Everything went well..the manager kept in touch with me prior to my arrival and met me outside the walls and was very helpful, as were all the staff I encountered during my 3 night stay. For the price the room met all my requirements...I have stayed in this room before, so I knew what to expect... the refrigerator was especially appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town and accessing the ferries.

The must leave key in room for power...the refrigerator appeared to go off as well which wasn't great. Otherwise, I will always stay at Spot hotel for my future visits to Rhodes.

This was our second time at Hotel Spot. Perfect central location in the Old Town, spacious bedroom, basic facilities, but all that we required with all bars/restaurants at close hand. Excellent value for money.

The location is the best part about the Hotel. Also the employees are really nice.

If you don't call when you arrive, nobody shows up but I travelled on Christmas. So it is their holiday and the hotel was completely empty because of winter season. (Iwas all alone and that was a bit scary.) Holiday and winter season is an acceptable excuse to find nobody. :)

This is the best location ever. Only 50m from the towns square. The accommodation was a room and shower with a toilet. It was perfect for us as all we need is a place to sleep. It was clean had tea and coffee facilities with a roof terrace if you want to relax. You can literally walk around the town and enjoy the history. Within 100m you can get to the seafront and slightly further is Mandraki There are oodles of restaurants and shops historic old town. Slightly disappointed with the market thinking it would be a typical fresh produce and fish market but no, just the usual tourist trash. Food is reasonably priced. The Spot Hotel is really well priced and great value fo money especially with its location. I always judge a place by if I would go back there and the answer is yes I would definitely use the Spot Hotel again. You are in the heart of a Greek town with women sat outside peeling vegetables as it would always have been. Cat lovers will love it as there are cats everywhere that are well fed and looked after. The streets are clean and well maintained. Motorcycle hire is 100m away from the hotel and reasonably priced.

Lack of fish dishes at the restaurants.

Perfectly situated in Rhodes Old Town and very reasonably priced.

There is a shortage of power points so we had to leave the fridge unplugged whilst we charged our phones. The shower was good except for it being so small that the shower curtain was always clinging to you. Being in a corridor close to reception, the room was very noisy at times, and the large gap under the door didn't help. It needs better sound reduction.

The location is the BEST in Old Town Rhodes, the style of the room (room 3) is amazing and feels like you're in a medieval movie, the comfortable bed, njce good shower. And even though it was ground flour at the front of the building the room wasn't noisy, the window blinds kept the room completely dark and so I slept perfect not knowing it was already morning 😀 Staff was also VERY friendly and helpful, amazing! Too bad I couldn't stay longer there.

The WiFi speed is really slow, but in general that's in most places I went in Rhodes.

the single bed needed a mattress topper - it was uncomfortable but I did not complain so did give staff opportunity to resolve which I’m sure they would have done if I had - I just did not want to make a fuss because everything was so good

The Spot Hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully situated, and full of exceptionally helpful, kind and informed staff. The shower was delightfully hot; the inner courtyard a wee haven to drink your first cup of the day. Sadly, due to rain, lightning and thunderstorms, the rooftop courtyard was unavailable. I would most definitely recommend the Spot Hotel for convenience, location and value for money!

lovely little hotel, centrally located in the old town. traditional and a little basic but everything you need. we had room 5 which was larger than our friends who both had ground floor rooms. very clean and well equipped with fridge, good hairdryer, air con, iron and ironing board. great value with lovely staff. would recommend.

bathroom a little small but adequate

Great spot just off the main drag in the old town in Rhodes, somewhat eccentric decor which we really loved! The owner very kind and accommodating about leaving bags before check in and then all day on check out (our flight was late in the evening). The had a huge room with 3 beds, fantastic value for money for the old town.

One of the beds had a rather ropey mattress, luckily we didn't have to use that one. Bathroom could do with updating but everything works and the whole place was clean as a whistle.
