The location and the staff was amazing. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a parting gift. We felt safe and comfortable. The desk gave us excellent recommendations for traveling and beaches. They carried the bags to our rooms and helped in need.

The premises are really old, so there were some problems with the room. The bathroom door didn’t close because it was wood and got bigger in time with humidity I guess. The bath was really hard to get in and the faucet was facing the wrong way, so you end up wetting the floor more than you should.

This hotel management has once more proved us that hospitality is the key issue for tourism. The hotel has obviously seen better days but helpfulness and kindness of Ms. Sevi and night shift staff has made our stay like a 5 star one. We had a very late hour ferry and when we send message she has replied immediately, arranges our keys and vey kindly provided taxi number as well. Good breakfast, clean bes sheets and closeness to the sea side is the other pluses for the hotel. We were group of four stayed at 3 rooms and each of us have received a cute Samos magnette as a gift from the hotel management. This is also very thoughtful and made all of happy.

The receptionists were extremely polite and helpful in every way. Our room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Although the bathroom was a bit outdated, we didn’t encounter any issues; it was very clean and functional. The hotel's proximity to the city center was a huge advantage; transportation was very convenient, and there were plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast exceeded our expectations; the homemade cakes and cookies were especially delightful. Any food that ran low was quickly replenished, and the tables were promptly cleaned, with empty plates being cleared away quickly. All the staff were very friendly, which made us very happy. Thank you for everything.

The hotel was very clean despite being a bit old. Its location was perfect, within walking distance to Vathi port. The parking area was very convenient and always had space. The lady and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. On our departure day, even though we checked out early, they kindly kept our luggage until our ferry time.

There was nothing specific that I didn’t like.

I arrived at O4.20hrs.in the .morning (or night)& was immediately welcomed by the night staff member! The staff were helpful, friendly and I was gifted with a wrapped "Easter" soap by way of a small gesture.

The bathroom was bright and modern, but the light over the lovely large mirror threw my face into shadow, not good for shaving. (P.S. I used to be an architect, so notice these things).

Ms. Sevi welcomed us with a smiling face. She brought water for all of us. This was a great kindness. We felt like we had come to her home. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean.It is a good thing that there are employees like Ms. Sevi. I would prefer her again.

The breakfast could have been better.

Great facilities. Very friendly staff that were always happy to help. Very clean. The cleaners were cleaning every day with respect to personal belongings. The room was always fresh after they finished. The location is great. Close to stores and the port and all the souvenir shops and coffee places, as well as places to eat and the coach station. The view is decent. I could see the mountain from my balcony and part of the town. Beautiful.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Despite being an old building, it is well maintained. The room and bathroom are really clean. Our early check-in request was accepted and everybody is really friendly. It is so close tı town. Thanks for everthing.

Parking facility, renovated room 309 Breakfast generally ok. Tomatoe, cuxumber several chese. Yogurt, honey, several sweets egs, omlette and so on.
