Excellent location, very central, large room with good view and spacious balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in and who allowed me to leave bags in reception on the day I checked out. The bed was very comfortable and large (double); there was a nice living/sitting room area too with multiple chairs, very good for work. The area was quiet but still centrally located. The fridge and AC worked very well. It is very good value for money, and I would certainly stay here again.

I cannot recommend Hotel Bonis highly enough for any travelers wanting to visit Vathy on a budget. The hotel was exceptional value for money with a large room overlooking the bay that had a lovely breeze, a refrigerator in the room that worked very well, a good, hot shower, and an AMAZING breakfast. The couple who run the hotel are delightful, so helpful, and extremely kind. They even had the room ready for me to check in early so I could pass out after a long few days of traveling to reach the island. The location is fantastic, only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Vathy, and easily accessible by car to the peripheral road that leads out of Samos to go to other parts of the island. The aircon worked a treat, the bed was so comfortable, and when I accidentally left a few shirts in the closet they helped me arrange to send them on by courier to another part of Greece. This is a TRUE Samos stay with all the trimmings - care, hospitality, kindness, and great food.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this wonderful hotel! I suppose I would only note for any travelers who have mobility problems that the hotel is located up a steep(ish) hill and some steps, so it might not be suitable for those who have trouble walking or climbing stairs.

Great location with very nice staff 3-4 mins walk from the sea. Walking distance to everything. Ms Barbara makes life comfortable for you. We stayed a week and met our expectations. If you have physical disability you might want to reconsider walking up the hotel. Our room had a magnificent view. The room was very clean. We didn't have breakfast. Since we just needed a clean room to sleep and have shower this hotel was more than enough for our needs.

If you are looking for an accommodation with immaculate circumstances you might want to stay somewhere else. This is a family hotel with hospitality and convenience of being in the city center.

small bathroom and the owner was a little older, so he didn't comunicate with us through booking messages at all, he didn't even know we were coming:) but the other staff members found a solution for us immediately and were very nice!

The hotel owner and the staff were very kind. They were very cheerful. The view from the hotel was mesmerizing. The hotel's location was very close to the port, and the streets were very beautiful. The room was clean. We stayed for one night and were very satisfied. I thank them for everything, and if I come again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff was very accommodating and helped us with a check in at 3am. The room was clean with basic amenities.

We found the price high as compared to our other stays in Greece. They would do well to arrange basic breakfast.

The hotel is located close to Vathy Port and is in a good location for touring Samoth Town. And best of all, the view from the balcony is fantastic, overlooking Samoth Town and the bay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage until the time of the ferry to Piraeus, so I could make good use of my time to see the sights. I would stay there again when I come to Samos!

Central location to Port, fairly easy walk from bus station (the hill at the very end a bit steep followed by stairs at the hotel but if mobile don't let that put you off). The balcony and the view from there truly make up for it. Friendly staff

A very good and modest small hotel in the centre of Vathy. Very value for money. Very good location - central, 3 min walk from the main streets of Vathy with all restaurants, shops, municipal (ie. free of charge) parking etc. The hotel owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always there to help. The facilities are not super new but this is not a problem - the room had everything we needed, plus an amazing view over the port of Vathy. A very good solution if you are looking for something central and convenient, modest, clean and value for money.

yes the furniture was all a bit old as other reviews say but it all certainly did the job - the bed was comfortable enough so I am not complaining. I had breakfast both mornings I was there - egg, meat & cheese, banana, coffee, orange juice, bread - initially they told me it was extra but as I was checking out she didn’t let me pay which was very kind. owners & employees were all very nice. location was pretty convenient, the views were lovely. attached photos are view from my room & view from breakfast table.

as others have said the shower is small but pretty normal in my experience - also there are shower curtains now
