The property has a great location with the beach in front of it. 5 minutes walk from the city center. The beds are very comfortable.

On the way to the hotel, an Opel Corsa vehicle can only pass close enough to touch the walls of the houses. It's that narrow. Although this is not exactly related to the hotel, I wanted to write it for information.

breakfast: kind of choice & quality is under average extra payment for Air Conditioning is very special & not world standard.............. rather a No-go.... just over the hill, a bit hidden, is a huge PowerPlant.............. producing electricity for the whole island of Samos (working with carbon or coal or gazole.......... (giant CO2 producer) when wind is blowing/coming from East, you can smell the dirty ugly smelling air quickly, starting first at Hotel Sunrise & beach, going towards absolute nice village of Kokari..... for me "killer criteria" for choosing the hotel........ (would call it a shame for this really lovely spot)

Amazing view! The beach is one of the best places in Kokkari, even in the windy weather this bay is not so wavy. It's not Sunrise's private beach, you need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas (the same price with the other beaches). It's location is perfect, you can easily access the city centre by using the stairs as a shortcut. They clean the room and change the towels everyday.

Very simple and old style decoration. There is a narrow road from the street up to the hotel. Even if you have a small car, you need to drive very very carefully. Once you book, they send a message to warn you about the narrow road to the hotel. If you don't have a car they help you to book a proper taxi to take you.

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Hotel in Kokkari. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location couldn’t be better, and the view is simply breathtaking. The garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery for hours. The staff were extremely kind and helpful – even though check-out was at 12, they let us stay in our room until 4 and also arranged a taxi for us. Everything about this place was perfect. Next time we visit Samos, there’s no doubt we’ll be staying here again. Efharisto poli!

Hotel's view and the sea were amazing. And Kokkari is full of nice restaurants, cafes and bars. We rented a car and went around the island, but if you prefer to stay at the hotel, the beach and the town are enough to enjoy a nice vacation.

The bathroom floor gets wet when you shower, because the curtain was not enough to block the water, but that wasn't a big deal. Also you have to pay for the shade and chairs on the beach, which was irritating a little.

I think the hotel has the best beach in Kokkari. While the sea at other beaches are very wavy, because of its unique location, here the sea was very calm. The room was very spacious and the view from our balcony was perfect. I loved their idea of Honest Bar. You just take anything from the fridge and write it to your room by yourself.

The most disappointing part for us was the sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach were rented from a very expensive price (10 euro per person). I understand it was nothing with the hotel but still there is very little place left when you don't want to use those sunbeds. The bathroom especially shower was a little bit dated. And it would be nice if they supply toiletries instead of one bar of soap. But the price is very reasonable so this is understandable.

View from hotel was amazing, it was very close to the Kokkari center and beaches. There is a beach also in front of the hotel and if you would like to have sunbed at sea side 10€/p. The road way through the hotel (last 300m) is very narrow, if you drive pay attention. Hotel is only 15min away from the Vathy Port. I would prefer to same hotel, if I visit Samos again.

It would be better if they could change the coffee cups everyday.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, with a truly magical beach right below the property. The staff’s friendliness and service were absolutely outstanding.

The breakfast was good, though we missed fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and bacon. We would also have appreciated a freezer with ice cream.

The view and the room was amazing. The location is also superb as it is right above the beach. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Kokkari town but it is so much better because it is very quiet and peaceful. I wholeheartedly reccommend the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the terrace was so enjoyable. The room and the hotel was pretty clean our balcony was so much fun. I so enjoyed sleeping with the balcony doors open, listening to the waves all night.

The view is amazing. Mikra lemonakia Beach is just in front of you. Also there sunbeds in the garden and lovely table and chairs to sit. Balcony is narrow but okey. Room Cleaning is bidaily and enough. Sheets are very clean. Room size and wardrobe is enough. Air conditioner was good.

Bathroom and shower is old, can be renovate.
