Samos Bay Hotel was an absolute dream. For me, it’s a solid 10 stars! Such a peaceful and charming place with a breathtaking sea view – it felt like a little slice of heaven. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and it truly captures the spirit of Greece. You can feel how much Greek people love life and know how to enjoy it. Every morning, the smell of freshly baked pies around breakfast made it all feel even more homely and authentic. A big shoutout to Dimitris at the reception – he was super helpful and made our stay even more special with his warm and attentive service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. We will come back again and again. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! 🌊🇬🇷💙

Beautiful view to the sea from my balcony and to the sunset behind the mountains. I liked the food in the restaurant, especially the Greek food (salad, pies).

A little far away from the center but it was walkable.

Great hotel right in front of a beautiful beach, the rooms have spectacular view! The hotel staff are so nice, breakfast was great everyday, good variety of options, love the eggs options and fresh croissants as well as the crepes! The cleaning was done perfectly every morning as well! Upon requesting Dimitris provided hairdryer for me as well! Special thanks to Dimitris for all the great hospitality, we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying one more day!

Great hotel, very polite, helpful and cheerful staff. The view from each location ( balcony, beach, restaurant) is sooo peaceful. At night you may hear just unbelievable great music of the sea waves ☺️ very tasty breakfast ( 3 variations of cooked eggs, 2 varieties of cheese, 2 varieties of Salam, cooked Salam and sausages, vegetarian spinach balls - very tasty, mini croissants, pancakes, different variants of pastry, vegetables, orange juice, tea, coffee, cornflakes) everything was more then enough. Breakfast hours is 07:30-10:00. In the bathroom you may find towels, shampoo and shower gel. There is no hairdryer in the room but u can find it on hall of your floor ( I just saw it once but other guests was faster then me to take it and unfortunately never give it back😅). You may also find in the hall of your floor the iron and iron table. There is a nice beach, water is crystal clean. The side of the hotel sunbeds price is 3€, there is also a cafe on the beach ( their sunbeds is 10€). After check out ( 11:00 o’clock) it is difficult to find a shower. Very happy from my stay at Samos Bay. Thank you sooo much to all staff 🤗🤗🤗

a very minor detail, however for the sensitive ones, there is no shower on the beach that belongs to hotel. and pls do not forget to bring to water shoes as those small rocks really hurts when you go for swimming.

Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Yes, the bathroom was small, but the balcony was big with an amazing view. So nice!! The breakfast had a huge variety of foods and everyone was happy. All the staff were super and helpful. They put every effort possible to make our stay enjoyable. There was a refrigerator in the room. No hot water kettle in the room, but the restaurant made hot water for us. Parking was easy along the side of the hotel (we went in May). It was a super quick drive to the port where we parked and took the ferry to Kusadasi for amazing shopping at the Grand Bazaar.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service. I especially want to mention the reception team, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful. A big thank you to Dimitris at the front desk — he made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I truly appreciate his hospitality and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and I can't wait to come back!

Sleeping with sound of the sea and vieuw of sea...a nice beach in front of the hotel. Where also locals come to swim and it has nice vibes. Not to touristic. Room is simple and clean and comfortable and just 15 minutes walk to centre of Samos city. The staff is friendly and Dimitrus is helpful. It was my second time at this hotel and i enjoyed again.

I missed a waterboiler in the room to make a tea or coffee

The hotel is close to city center. Rooms are really clean. Maybe it would be better to have hair dryer in room. Room view was amazing, you see the beach. We took breakfast at hotel every day and it was enough. Staff was very friendly especially two lady who were working at restaurant.

We arrived at 4am because of a delayed ferry. Check-in was still available, and a sympathetic member of staff was waiting to present us our key. Dimitri was especially kind and, understanding how tired we were, made special arrangements for us the next day. My wife had coffee in bed with a flower from the garden from the staff. So very friendly, and genuinely so. Samos is generally a wonderfully calm and friendly place, but Gagou Bay Hotel stands out. We will be staying here again, and making sure our family and friends stay here.
