Fabulous location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the main town and Kokkari beaches. Good kitchen facilities - stove top, oven, fridge with mini freezer and cooking pots and utensils. We were able to make some fried eggs for breakfast and a coffee pot. The bedding was comfortable - you're generally so tired from the days out that you pass out anyway. Towels were replenished twice during our 9 night stay which and sheets were changed once - this worked well for us.

The curtains in our room were sheer so people could see in. It would be good to have some darker curtains - this was the ground-floor apartment. Make sure you have an eye mask as the sunlight shines into the room. The great thing about the ground-floor apartment is that you don't have to take the luggage upstairs.

The owner of this place yurgus is a very nice man that help us a lot with all kinds of information about kokkari .his apartments are in right side hill of kokkari the view from the street nearby is beautiful and you can see all kokkari from above and it is good value place for the money that we pay. But this place is need to be renovated , the facility are basic and good for young people that can climb up the steep walk and don't need much , although there is everything that tourist need , we are to old for this.

Giorgos is a great host/owner who is at the hotel around the clock and is very friendly and tries to make guests happy as much as he can. When we asked for an extra bread toaster, he was there 2 min later with brand new one. Check in check out times are also very flexible and there is a nice view from the balcony. AC and wifi works well, all of the furniture is a bit dated but in our opinion this added to the charm except

The bed-soffa was really too hard and too small for our 2 boys (13 & 16). We would be very happy to stay with Giorgos again!

Yorgos was really kind and helpful. The room was quite large with a separate bedroom with a bed for 2 and a sofa bed in the living room. All went fine. It is 2 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. It is located uphill but not a big deal. Arriving by car is a bit tricky and somehow challenging because of the narrow greek streets but nothing to exagerate. The 2nd lower street could be used for access by car instead of the one very front of the hotel. (You can unload or load the luggages down the stairs and carry them by hand in 15 seconds)

We love the the studios, the owner Yorgo was the nicest man, so kind and helpful.. the location is closw to everything the restaurants cafes. The garden is gorgeous

The location was great and the personnel was very nice and helpful. The place is very calm. There is a nice area to eat in the shade...

Shower was very small. A bit rundown but completely functional. I would definitely return nevertheless!

Excellent stay in the midst of Kokkari, looking out over a beautiful landscape of greenery & the beautiful Aegean Sea. Very comfortable property with everything you could need to have a perfect holiday.
