Then he crowned the welcome with a glass of wine he made himself. We had a very friendly and helpful host. Everything was perfect. The view from the balcony was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect. We felt like we were at home. I will go again and again. Vasili is my friend who lives in Greece. The 5-minute walk to the beach, watching the view and seeing the Greek houses, greeting smiling people was a great experience. Kokari beach was perfect. We made Greek friends there. Uncle Kostas, whom we met on the beach, accompanied our children to jump into the sea from high places for two days with his grandchildren. We talked to the Greek children who were fishing and our children swam with them. We ate delicious seafood. I thought a lot but I couldn't find anything that I thought would be Finally, I would like to thank the host Vassili. 'Thank you for your hospitality and everything. Everything was perfect. Shower and toilet can be renewed

Our room was super clean and we had the most comfortable stay in Greece. The hotel is an apartment and very central just 3 min to everything. Our host Vasilis and his parents were so welcoming, helpful and warm. They recommended restaurants and beaches and even offered wine. If we go back to Samos we’ll stay in Kokkari and in Villa Maria.

Spacious room, really cool with good air conditioning and fan. Quiet and private. We ended up staying an extra night due to weather conditions and the owner was very kind to accommodate us. Thank you.

The hotel is very close to the center; you can walk to anywhere in Kokkari. Despite being so close, there is no parking problem. The rooms are very spacious. Additionally, Vassilis is very helpful; you can confidently go to the places he recommends. If we come here again, we will definitely stay here.

Nothing to dislike.

Location is great, you can easily walk to the tavernas of Kokkari. Our room view was wonderful. Also it was a delight meeting the owner (Vassilis), he is a very kind person.
