I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is a hidden historical gem with beautifully refurbished rooms. The art deco is well-preserved and gorgeous. The staff is attentive and kind. I highly recommend the stay. Just for those new to Serres, parking is hard to find in this area, but I already knew that and was prepared to walk a little from the car to the hotel!

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very clean, although it was showing some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, not a big deal though. Although there is no parking at the location there is paid parking nearby and also the staff let me park my motorcycle safely in front of the hotel.

There was nothing that really bothered me, I had a great stay at the hotel.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. It was also equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the Hotel is perfect. We will definitely visit the Hotel again during a future visit of Serres.

The location is in the centre of the town and has free parking. The suit we occupied has 2 bedrooms, with matches our needs of family with 2 children. The value for the money is ok considering the period of Easter.

Cleanliness was under our expectations, the carpets are dirty, and the shower had a dirty plastic on the floor. The shutters are from the last milenium.

We used this location as a base for seeing sites nearby. The hotel is in an area with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The owners were very nice and very accommodating.

The parking facility that the hotel recommended was closed on Sunday and on a holiday. It was only by chance that we learned of this and it could have caused us a lot of trouble.

great location right in the center of the city, close to bars and restaurants. we were very pleasantly surprised to see how lively Serres is at night. the hotel takes you back in time,.. almost with an old French Quarter charm. the staff was very nice and even brought us coffee in the room at 6 am since we had an early departure and no coffee shops were open yet.

the mattress and pillows are a bit hard for our taste,. ..but, nevertheless we had a good sleep.

Тhe hotel is in the very center of the city. It is in an interesting building from the turn of the century, but it has been completely renovated. There is no parking, but the guy at the reception was very nice and helped to find the right place. The guys at the Reception are very kind, helpful and smiling.

Very nice staff- as we were with a toddler, they promoted us both times from a double room to a suit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the location of hotel is perfect -close to the centre and also next to it there is a great bakery for breakfast:) we recommend it, and we’ ll choose it again fir our next transit trip. Thank you.

The location is the best in town. The staff are extremely polite and very friendly and helpful.

I was not impressed with the shower. I think it should be replaced with a more sophisticated one where you can have different kinds of water flow and can use it better as a replacement of a bidet. Also, I found the mattress a little bit hard for my taste.

Everything about the hotel was very good. The location was top notch. Right in the centre. The host always tries his best to find you a parking place. He was very kind. The hotel itself is clean, with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We liked everything about it. Our towels were changed every day. We liked it a lot.
