Beautiful estate and accommodations. The massages were awesome and the staff professional. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and had plenty of fun, interesting stories to tell us during the tasting. The food was also very good and homegrown by the estate. We'll be back with a bigger group next time!

The showers need curtains and safety bars to prevent slip and fall.

Truly amazing tailored experience. I got the impression that I spent 5 days in Italy or in French Provence. All aspects are well-designed and at the very high level (so different from my previous experience in Bulgaria). -- Gentle check-in with a taste of champagne, even my dog was offered a bowl of water. Thanks for letting my dog stay, especially considering that this is a fully grown collie. Villa interior design is extremely stylish, it was such a bliss to walk with bare feet on natural stone floors. Scent design and bathing accessories (with towels and bathrobes as well) are presented by Acqua dell' Elba, truly fascinating experience. Cleaning is provided daily (with updating minibar items and coffee for free). My fireplace was also refilled and ready to fire with no extra charge. -- Spa area is maintained very well and designed with natural stones, quiet, spacious and illuminated with natural light. Hot spring pool is organized as a natural pond, clean and lovely. -- The area of the estate is huge, so you'll be offered a bike to explore it. There are a couple of picnic places, organized with hammocks, glasses and wine, so you can take some rest during the exploration. -- Breakfast is organized as a buffet, contains everything you need and more, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. There is a gourmet restaurant on the estate for additional gastronomic adventures, which is managed by a chef who is in love with his job. -- The vineyard is hugging buildings, giving gets an opportunity to walk along the furrow with a glass of local wine. -- People who managing this place, a welcoming and nice, was participating in Relais & Châteaux course. Overall, the atmosphere of the place is so calm and relaxing, despite this, it feels like a lot of efforts (and money) has been invested in this project. Insects, but stuff is very helpful and have medicament, if case you'll be interacting with insects too close :) Pets accommodation can be improved with adding bowls. Also, it would be great to have higher green fence in villas, so it will be possible to sunbathe naked :) Audio system and coffee machine are a bit tricky. Bed lined is fine, but can be updated. Would be nice to have a paper map of the area :)

Zornica Family Estate is a beautiful place. Very romantic and beautifully designed. When you are there it feels that you are in Toscana, but with majestic views of Rila and the Greek Rhodopi mountains. The food is amazing, very tasty and the service is truly 5-star. The SPA is very well done and made us feel very welcome. We were there just for one night, but felt that it was enough to get a proper rest from the busy day-to-day. Fifty Fifty house syrah wine blend is a MUST try, it is incredible.

The estate was really romantic, absolutely stunning in terms of nature and hospitality! The breakfast was great, however, the cleanliness of the facilities was not up to standard. The Spa in the hotel was not cleaned all day and other guests had left cups and hair all around the pools, that was unacceptable. The reception staff was not helpful at all, if we didn't read before coming to the estate we were not going to be aware about most of the things that were available to us. It was also rude that the day when we were checking-in the reception gave three ladies three wines as a compliment while they gave us only one during out check-out even though we were three girlfriends as well. We went on a tour around the estate which is free to all guests with a golf cart and the guy who showed us around was great! I truly recommend! Main restaurant was great, full with interesting dishes even though TOO salty for all of our tastes. Overall, the estate is great, we would recommend it if it were cheaper because you absolutely don't receive value for the money.

Food in the 55 bistro is great, the staff there is doing great job as well. The nature around the properly is awesome and views are stunning.

We had to wait for 20+ minutes for someone to appear and do our check-out. It seems there was shortage of staff. We could not get proper introduction when we arrived at the property and there was almost no explanation about the facilities, the wine yards, farm, Spa, etc.

Amazing place with very good installations and lots of comfort. The staff is super nice! Restaurants are very good and the breakfast incredible! Our room was very comfortable and spa/massages +++

Maybe the staff could clean windows and walls inside jet pool and salty pool more regularly. (It is a detail)

Definitely the most luxurious accommodation I have experienced so far in Bulgaria. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Even special cosmetics where supplied for the youngest guest. There is a big private garden where one can take a coffee, glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet and the stars at night. The restaurant (Bistro 55) offers interesting meals made with delicious products and a good selection of wines (the house production is also very good, possible to buy). The Spa is excellent with great facilities and very peaceful. I enjoyed a wonderful massage very professionally performed. The staff is extremely polite and friendly yet discreet.My favorite part was the connection with nature (plenty of small and bigger animals, not dangerous) which makes this luxury estate very alive and special.

The couch is not super confortable for sleep.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by vineyards and with lovely views towards the Melnik mountains. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable and there was great attention to detail (drink on arrival, fruit, chocolates etc). The staff were extremely helpful and were very understanding when we didnt quite have the room we booked, giving us an upgrade for the second night. The indoor swimming pool is beautiful and the estate is worth walking around. Breakfast was very good indeed and the bistrot restaurant was excellent - delicious and reasonably priced. Many of the ingredients are produced on the estate itself. We didnt try the gastronomic restaurant.

The resort is a true heaven. We were very impressed by the service- its exceptional and from the heart. Most of the food is from their farm and bio garden, cooked to an outstanding standard. The spa center is very large, offering everything you need to very high standards - there is a sauna, steam bath, salty pool, big indoor swimming pool with mineral water and an outdoor pool. The resort is on a very large terrain, which allows you different activities- walk , golf, fishing, wine testing sun baths, spa activities, massages etc. They have managed to combine and eco, agro, natural tourism in an exceptional luxury resort. Zornitsa- you are a place made with lots of love in every detail, who can satisfy even the most demanding clients- thank you that such a place exists in Bulgaria.
